We have 2 weeks to get this done and do Komamura's challenge. Do one this week/vote and then one next week/vote unless we get something else that could bone us by not being done in time.

We ARE out the quincy energy though because that should've just gone to Yhwach. So instead of .5 Shinigami + .5 hollow + .5 quincy we're just .5 shinigami + .5 shinigami, but that's not anywhere near as apocalyptic.
(Also we might have fullbring power still, we haven't specifically asked about that and IIRC it's unclear what happens to it from the manga.)

The dead fullbringers (Well, the main two) actually show up during the Yhwach mess, and Tsukishima uses Book of the End to retcon the breaking of Ichigo's bankai.
Even if you're killed with a zanpakuto, it seems like you keep the capacity for fullbringing...though that might only be if you actually learn to fullbring first.

While I am pretty sure Zangetsu wouldn't give us this challenge if he didn't think it was possible on some level, from an outside perspective, isn't Zangetsu basically telling us that before he lets us master Shikai, we have to unlock bankai, when normally one never even touches on Bankai until Shikai is mastered?
