Guys, If we go to our check up with Sakura we might be introducing her to med-ninjutsu way before she starts it in canon. There really is not much we can do for Lee until Tsunade comes.

Why currently? Is this likely to change?
What happened to fortune telling. Is it lore? We must know it's Tentens distinguishing feature.
How? Sakura may be an NPC, but she does have agency.
Our taking her around is not going to automagically push the med-nin button, and Tenten wouldn't have any IC reason to do so to her.
And even if she did, it took three years to train Sakura to med-nin. I do not see what difference a delay of a month or so would do.
Meantime, Lee is one of Tenten's best friends. And is lying crippled in hospital.
Do you not think she would prioritize finding time to visit him and try to keep his spirits up?
She found time to visit Neji and help him train, and he's someone she might meet in the finals.
An army marches on its stomach, but a Gov't runs on its red tape. Just keep that one as is and consider that as a non combat skill in the eyes of most its unlikely that most ninja will have it any higher than needed. There needs to be a reason you have so many ninja at near Kage levels of power that don't qualify for running the ninja Gov't. This is a good excuse.
Also not super experienced with exalted but if this has to do with magic then consider that most everyone would just use jutsu rather than learn magic proper so again its not likely a sought skill.
Otherwise maybe attach it to Fuinjutsu? Both are about writing and if magic is involved then both are about using what amounts to paperwork to rewrite existence.

Considering that it is up for vote, I think that it is up to us what she does or does not do.
Also, picture this scenario, we walk in to our check up with Sakura in toe. Med-nin starts doing super cool med-nin stuff. Sakura thinks to herself, huh, I have heard about this but now that it is my face and being done to my new friend I would like to know how it works. She opens her mouth and asks. She learns about the basic requirements for being good at it and notices how perfect it is for her.
Regardless, I honestly do not care. Like, I sympathize with Lee. I am not saying to never visit him. We have plenty of time for that though. I do not want us to get on the Lee bandwagon because that leads to voters reaching a point where they exclude everyone but Lee.
Other characters 'need' us too, namely Kin who is arguably worse off than Lee because she both does not have the human cheer machine that is Might Gai as a mentor but also has no one but us.
I just want to spread or attention across our friends. And, to be fair, I could care less about Sakura becoming a med-nin. For some strange reason I have been picturing her with a sword lately. Kenjustu mistress Sakura?
We do attempt to play the character within her characterization.
Here's the thing:
Sakura has PLENTY of existing incentive to learn medical ninjutsu. Both from having to deal with two injured members of her team alone in the Forest of Death, and then having to look up Sasuke while he was hospitalized, and then visiting Lee. Seeing someone get examined does not really add anything to the existing calculus.
Furthermore, Sakura would not be in the examination room anyway; she's not a relative or authority figure, confidential medical files tend to be confidential, and comprehensive medical examinations can be long. We have no OOC reason to push, and IC there isn't much reason why Tenten would drag Sakura to the hospital with her for her own medical exam; she's not afraid of it.
We spend time training with her, Neji and Gai. And sometimes Ino.
We only visit Lee in the hospital.
We visited Kin, remember?
Kin has all her limbs, and we did ask Maito Gai to take care of her; say what you will about Gai, but he's conscientious.
And she actually drew Sarutobi's attention, to the point where he made time to visit her.
I know it's been a while since the last update, but we've spent more time with Sakura and Ino lately than we have with our team members.
Some of that is because training for finals, and because girls, but that doesn't change the fact that we've only visited Lee in the hospital twice.
And one of those times he was unconscious.

These suggests are both quite good, and I'll keep them in mind when I get the full thing up tonight. Probably also take a look at how @FixerUpper is running his thing (which I honestly kinda forgot about

Thanks for pushing though anyway. A lot of fics just die out when the author bumps into a scene he can't write quite up to his tastes. Better to push beyond,( even at the price of something like making the MC appear idiotic,) than kill the whole fic
ANBU is not actually a rank, maybe use Special Jounin and extend the Kage instead to make the extra ranks ?
This makes little sense. I don't get the idea how controlling chakra could be a physical thing. I would have considered a mental thing.
Even medicine seems more mental than physical to me...

Lee seems like a good way to get more Limit points and, sorry , but i don't like Ino.
I would like to vote for Kin, but with noone else on it it'd be a useless vote
