[X] King's Landing will take time to rebuild, but it has served as the heart of the Seven Kingdoms for three centuries. You will move your court there in time, and until then rule Westeros from somewhere else.
We literally own all of Kings landing now and can remake it in our image, with proper sewer systems. Plus it's location at a confluence of rivers and the sea is perfect for trade and communications.
Storm's end is too isolated whilst Harrenhall is cursed and too inland. We can make Harrenhall later on into a great fortress in which our enemies need to assault before they can threaten the capital. As for Storm's end, it can go to a second son as their seat.
As for the North, if we want to be selfish, it can be a crown possession like the duchy of Lancaster.
