Based off of the Snatchers from Bloodborne. This Endbringer brings with it nightmares and enthralling illusions. Under the cover of these phantasms and mindscapes it has been seen to capture parahumans and people using its large burlap sack. It then displays the ability to use powers similar to those it has taken. None are certain as to whether its victims are merely dead, consumed, or stored somewhere else; as the sack appears to be empty. Though that emptiness may merely be another illusion.

You know, there was a reason Panacea was so highly regarded in canon, so why don't we try messing around with that?

The idea behind this that you can just grab a person and then immediately turn them into a tinkertech bioweapon, and it also gives a lot of versatility in terms of attack approach as you could try something different every time you fight. You could use the powers to make doppelgangers to fool Scion, as well as make pretty much any minion you desire.

In addition, this makes recruiting Fallen easier and effective as you can heal them and enhance them with your powers.

Force people to kill others to kill minions who'd otherwise crush the city :drevil:. It's like the psychological impact of Ziz, with a bit of Behemoth so you can't just ignore it. Have fun :grin:.

[X]Looks like a human up till the part where it dramatically reveals itself as an endbringer, in which case it's more like the stereotypical tentacle monster with eyes and stuff.

I thought of a Stranger Endbringer with Illusions and the surprise, "I was already among you humans" that will create a lot of fear and doubt.
