There's probably smaller time skips like the months in-between seasons 1 and 2. Of course we've changed things so massively we have no idea when the stopping points will be. If Victor doesmt go God king we may have time to fix hextech corruption and prevent the whole thing from being pulled.

The time skip option isn't for free either. That's not how this quest works. It's a trade off. Take the silvermere trip and pass on something else that is far more unlikely to happen without something going horribly wrong to prompt Jinx to start undertaking it in an ark, or pass on Silvermere for something else because Arks are where our Relationships are most easily advanced.

I will say that the Silvermere visit has potential consequences beyond just Lux and Jinx's personal relationship. It has some potential synergies, and there are also a few things in motion as far as Lux's personal choices and growth that Jinx will naturally be in a much better position to influence if she's actually present.

Definitely possible, but with how many different directions things could go no promises are made.

Fixing the Enforcers isn't really an option for Jinx right now, considering she's 15-18 and the Sheriff kinda hates her.
Jinx: I was thinking "fixing" the way you'd fix a dog. Hextech Scissors, if you will.

Jayce: Jinx, you can't just put "Hextech" in front of another word and expect it to solve all your problems.

Jinx: Sorry, can't hear you through my Hextech Earmuffs.

I maintain that if we're going to use Hextech to grow plants for eating, we would benefit from visiting somewhere that plants are grown for eating. As it is, the closest Jinx has to experience with crops is the Kirammans' lawn.

I think studying organic chemics and related classes would be good enough. Jinx already understands fertilizers well enough to make bombs. A year or so of classes should be more than enough for a very successful hydroponic facility, and certainly Damacia's field crops based agriculture techniques wouldn't be particularly superior. Plus, Cassandra can ply them for techniques as part of the Kiramman Way.

Saw a mention that mage regulators aren't useful beyond uncontrolled mages and I think that discounts how it works to stabilize hextech and could push both Piltover and Zaun into a unique position for mages.

I don't thiiiiiiiink anyone was using this particular combination of choices? Not really interested in grenades. Would be nice to deliver the Regulator to Lux personally. And it amuses me to think about Jinx fighting Silco by the book and being an ethical capitalist. Also I really don't want to leave the Shimmer Research hanging.

I just really want us to support Seraphine, and help her Zaun Concerts happen safely. I think it is both a good thing to support your friends and their dreams and wishes, as well as synergistic with much of what people generally want to do.

Was hoping Seraphine would be able to counter preach against Silco's message. Along with the most visible examples of the class divide dealt with Silco would be starting act 2 severely crippled.

If Jinx could figure out how to either cure shimmer or track down its parts she or the firefights coukd have stroke blows against him. Shrinking his influence to the bare minimum.

My hardest bit of choosing which is whether or not the grenades make for great symbolism of Jinx growing wiser and recovering for time.

Meanwhile we'll tackle shimmer to counteract it and undercut him if he tries to cut a deal with Noxus to sell them weaponized shimmer for shock troop creation, and grab Pow-Pow because It's the weapon most of us want

Also the combination of events to influence mage influx is not a small thing in regards to both Silco and Mel's mother.

Silco can't do what Jinx does to help mages. And I think his control streak would make him be against giving them power. You don't know what they have up their sleeve in an emergency... Which with additional rights probably also undermines Silco's Shimmer plan. Someone roiding out might end up stopped by a mage with sufficient control to not blow up the entire neighborhood and with the rights to not end up wishing for merely exile for helping save the day.

The difference between the plans is Shimmer research vs visiting Lux and Demacia, and I'm OK with either one of them winning. Both can lead to interesting paths with one more focused locally, and the other international stuff particularly with us developing greater food independence and the mage reform stuff.

I'm not really interested in the Séraphine option as she's going to do what she does, and if she has the security of the magic regulator/law reform she'll be able to make a much greater impact if she doesn't fear losing control of her magic and being outlawed. So this would be buffing her capabilities and confidence regardless.

I really want pow pow but it just wouldn't be Jinx without something going boom. Honestly the only thing I dislike is the hydroponics but I understand the necessity of it for the things I want to go smoothly. The shimmer is the only thing I'm meh on. On one hand I love to spread Jinx chaos outside of the city. On the other having some ideas of what shimmer can do helps so much plus leads to possible chance of shimmer enhancement Jinx which I kinda did enjoy.

Jinx: Did you pay your Hextech power bill first?

Jayce: I have an automated Hextech payment system.

There are number of benefits to supporting Seraphine's concerts, and even with Mage Laws and the Regulator this does not ensure Seraphine's security or successes within Zaun, as it is Silco's domain still. Us being there protects our friend and also aids us in being associated with the idea of unity/synergy between the two cities. It additionally is more hanging out with a friend which is probably a boon for Jinx's own mental health. It directly empowers the disruption of fighting Silco the Kiramman way because it puts us physically in Zaun more and helps us provide and advertise our wares and identity. Without the concerts I feel we spend significantly less time in Zaun.

Seraphine's music has generally pushed a message of peace and unity between Piltover and Zaun, since the empath naturally sees building empathy and understanding as the first step towards fixing things. Jinx being there associates her with the message and helps ensure Seraphine's performances go well.
