A warlord from the depths of Coruscant, Megatron led his coalition of droid gangs to dominate entire regions of the undercity, going so far as to set up their own production lines to fabricate the parts their kind normally relied on scrapyards fed by the higher city for to sustain themselves. But as Megatron's ambition continued to grow, his graze fixed on the world above. Bink's reforms in the area of Droid rights allowed Megatron and many of his officers to join the Republic army to conduct reconnaissance of this new frontier.

Megatron conducted himself with both tactical cunning and political deviousness during the Cartel wars, fighting his way up the ranks and making both important contacts as well as a name for himself despite being discriminated against by many in his chain of command. Now, with Binks retiring there is a chance for Megatron to finally realize his ambitions of Galactic Dominance and Droid freedom without firing a shot.

And if not, well, he has centuries of experience fighting droid armies in the Coruscant underbelly. Gaining the popularity for the next election by liberating the Confederacy's slave soldiers should be simplicity itself.

(I freely admit, this is at least in part cause I want to see Megatron vs General Grievous)

Oh yeah, I'm definitely adding this to approval voting. I would also like to see Megatron vs. General Grievous.

-[X] You weren't supposed to be in office, heck, you weren't even a senator! After your restraining bolt was removed, you had felt an almost intoxicating sense of freedom bubbling within your processors and exciting your thrusters, and just like any organic freed from the shackles of servitude, you had a... phase. In a bout of newly-liberated euphoria you had seen that there was an election being held to decide who would take over from the man who had (unknowingly) fought for your right to exist. You weren't expecting to win, and now with a Republic at your beck and call, your old masters in open revolt and the entire galaxy looking to a droid who could barely fit in the hover-platforms of the senate chamber for guidance through a crisis, you have a LOT of work cut out for you.

I want a Vulture Droid chancellor so here's my vote, pick Venari if you want the mental image of a vulture droid trying to fit into the senate to be made real
