I'll get around to a more specific breakdown of all that there is to unpack here later, but for now let me just say holy moly; you have a talent for writing this sort of prose.
Mechanically... well, given the nail, our genetic heritage, and the state of the world I suspect there's going to be a lot of opportunity to brush shoulders with all manner of memetic hazards. In light of that, I'm leaning towards a sensitive body if only because it seems well rounded and equipped to learn and discern? Biomechanics is a necessary building block for being any good at combat, so we aren't completely ignoring that need. Infowar is going to be very helpful on a planet full of ancient murder machines in the wake of a nanotechnological apocalypse. Rhythms is just damn cool.
I don't particularly want to neglect anything but, being a hylic, spirit seems like the lowest priority unless we're set on trying to rapidly overcome the social stigma through raw charisma?

Made a minor change: all your stats start at 1 because that's the Disco default. Gives more freedom for people who want custom builds.
Level 6 is excellent, Level 4 is good, level 2 is low, and 1 is bad. There will be more chargen (hence why the highest you can get here is four if you focus a particular attribute) but if you have a particular attribute you want to boost this is a good time to advocate for it, because once attributes start being statted they will stop autofailing and there is an actual risk of failure or success.
Higher attribute levels also make that attribute more prominent. You should also be voting for the voices you find most interesting (though I will never outright just shut a voice out, it's just going to be less important and you will rely on it less).

Glamour or Infowar might be good alternatives for the vibe of Sunrise Parabellum to replace interlace. Infowar for maximum sensitivity, glamour for cool. Ultimately up to the plan-maker!
