She specifically says that Nikola is borrowing the building; not the land. It would be within the agreement to move the whole building at some future time and get a new one built on the plot. It might actually be preferable for the goblin with how long Nikola might live.
Also, goblins are really good craftsmen and many of them have a bunch of cash. I see business opportunities in the future.

Maybe some negotiations to go through on what we can do with the building to settle up first, but Trimsy seems to need this as much as we do, so we shouldn't be getting screwed over on this.
