The Cult of Morr has consolidated their forces in their holy capital and have called to arms all the faithful to oppose the undead menace, but they have also opened their coffers to those willing to fight for coin. The cult has sent a representative from a Shinobi clan just like us to present a contract. The money being offered is great and so are the opportunities to cut our shinobi's teeth properly but so are the risks of spilt blood.

With a clenched iron fist, a will of steel and eyes burning with the blackest of hatred they call their flock to wage war alongside them against the walking dead. But they do not march alone. Following side by side with them is their closest partner the Hatake Clan who pursue their ally's war with the same fanaticism. To entreat and meet with one is to meet the other by default and both factions have offered a seat at the table.
-[X] Stone and Steel Fortress Network: Those same villages I would build roads to not only make good vassals and trade partners but be the first stones upon which waves of invaders will break themselves, I will turn them into fortress towns with large walls, local artillery such as catapults and ballista to protect them, weapon depots of crossbows and armor and then provide them with a garrison shinobi to patrol the area and act as messengers.

Not to mention the metallurgical techniques used in the construction of such weapons could be applied to our own arms manufacturing.
-[X] Theological Dialogue: There are many gods in this land and Akeem would like to know more about them so he is proposing sending out our priest and priestesses to find temples to the local gods and ask about their own gods so we can gain a better understanding of them and not offend them.
