it's kinda a continuation of last turn's plan but the big thing is we need the oil refineries, with them we gain more money and with that we can actually use more of our dice, and not just take the cheapest options.

also the reason why we would want the army manpower is cause each action that is actually good for the economy takes 1 of the available workforce, so we kinda need workforce

Edit: changed the plan a bit to increase dice on housing but want to keep 2 dice on road so it's a sure thing that it will finish this turn.

I will only say that if estovakian stability goes critical unstable. All Hell Will Break Loose For The Estovakian Nation. so its recommended you keep it high

    JUSTICE VS PRAGMATIS

    Hans Burgund, or the Minister of Justice, was ....... a man if his time, some would say. He was not a nice man, most would agree on that, were others supported the new king with enthusiasm, he was silent, not even applauding, a sign of his stance considering the king.......contriversial past, were others wanted to further rebuild the houses, he wanted railways. Hell, some would even ask themself, why he is minister of justice with those views in the first place. Shouldn't he be in the economics ministry?

    They all forgot, that justice is not nice or mercifull, he got elected because he saw jobs through, because he got results. He transformed Estovakia from a lawless hellscape to something resembling civilization. Did they care when he draged the Reds before military trials? Did they care when he had all of the old junta and those who supported them executed? Of course not, they said 'good job' and went on their day.

    Every day he says to himself, today is different, today justice, true justice for the people can return, then he looks out of his office window and knows, pragmatism amd apathy will rule the day again.

    Just once he would hope the council would listen to him, everyone knows trains are needed, yet they put out more and more money into rebuilding what can be done later, as minister of juctice his heart bleeds with every soul lost, as Estovakian, he wants nothing more than prosperity for his people, yet how can there prosperity without rails, without roads, everyone thinks some meagre oil reserves are gonna be the salvation of this nation. Without the means to transport them, they are useless.

    By the allmighty, look at this mess. He discusses economics with others when he should reform the justice system, the courts are practically disbanden, bandatry still rampant, and here he is. Siting alone, in office looking out the window, praying for better times.

    He looks down, in his left hand is a glass of whiskey, imported from Osea via the new ports, in his right a folder, in it some of the biggest matters of the day.

    It isn't even midday, and he already wants to go home.

    This is the first omake i ever wrote, wrote it on my phone, so sorry for the grammar. And english is my third language, so sorry for any vocabulary mistakes. I wanted to bring out the feelings of a man simply DONE with the shitty situatuon his country is in. Hope i succeded.

    Logic

    Roads are nearly complete so one die should be enough to finish them, Getting housing completed prevents people from freezing to death. More importantly it improves army Moral which given we are trying to get them involved in reconstruction is rather important. Otherwise I have no issues with the current plan.

    We should finish repairing the essentials and getting our homes repaired since it is nearly finished, no point in delaying that just to get railways since it would take a few turns of constant effort not to mention it is expensive in resources that we dont have and would require us on not spending it on other actions.

    thinking about it you are right about trying to finish housing sooner than beginning rail, so will change the free dice from rail to housing this way no matter which plan wins there is more dice on housing, but I have had multiple bad experiences with dices in quests like this one where you think 1 dice is enough and you get a bad roll so the project isn't finished and you have to do it again next turn, so gonna keep the 2 dice on roads.

    Right now our neighbor are busy beating each other up so threats of a foreign invasion are pretty low, Economically we are gaining money so we don't need more cash immediately but stability is fairly low, so doing the basics of food, housing and healthcare are the priority.

    Edit: I have looked at a map and got some context and our neighbors are not beating each other up. Despite that risk of invasion remains low.

    The aura radiating in the Main EIB Office in Gamlekil could be described as nothing short of organized chaos as Agents and Operators whizzed about in the building, folders and paperwork being exchanged hands almost five times per minute while phone calls were being received and answered by the overworked Operators. The Director Ethan Marcus sipped on his cup of coffee from his office overlooking at the scene, this tremendous amount of Activity is being justified as the fact that a new King was being Crowned and the EIB wanted to ensure that nothing ever befalls to the VIP's attending the Event. Undercover Agents were placed all around the parade ready at a minutes notice to pull out their gun and apprehend any would be assassin's with snipers on every vantage point overlooking the event, a few miles from the Parade various Checkpoints were placed along major roads ensuring that not even a butterfly knife could be near the Crowning Ceremony.

    Unfortunately as he sipped on his coffee the state of Security and Stability in the country meant that even the amount of Protection and Security provided in the Ceremony it was still to extremely risky as even though they had won the Civil War there are still many radical terrorists and rebel groups in hiding and underground and have yet to be rooted out and purged by the EIB though they had been making in progress on that, in fact a raid by the EIB commenced on the same day as the Crowning against a Far Left Terrorist group called the Estovakian Peoples Army, the Agents had just returned from the raid with the Leader one Stalosky Jose and his 35 man army in their arms the raid was a near perfect mission with no getting killed although one of the Agents sprained their Ankle when they kicked the door too hard. The terrorists would be loaded into the Trucks and be sent straight to Hands Burgens Justice Department where they would be facing countless Crimes levied against them with the Charge of Conspiring to commit a large scale Terrorrism using the Yuktobanian MD-65 Assault Rifle they smuggled into the Country being the most damning of them all.

    Knowing type of Man Burgun is he expects those Terrorists would probably be facing a firing squad by the end of the week. Onto the next matter he placed his cup in the desk and sat down on the chair as he began to reads the reports on his desk. Among the reports the update regarding operation Storyteller is going smoothly, the men of Room 36 are reporting that they have finished crafting the rumors for Ernst Pedersen to be looked as a Hero and fabricating the Evidence of the Rouge Emmerians that will be used as a scapegoat. The Director smiled brightly at the report and put the files on his Manila Folder, to be presented to the Cabinet on the Next Meeting. He hopes now that Ernst is King they would have to acknowledge that they can only delay so much before Ernst Secret comes to light, so he hopes to be ahead of the Curve and be able to choose the field where the Cabinet could effectively fight the PR war.
