[X] Plan Long Term Cooperation
- [X] Humans
-- [X] Reclaiming the Lab - After taking over the lab that made them, Sabrina will allow the Eevolutions to reclaim it (+2 Favor)
-- [X] Poaching Privileges - The Eevolutions will be extended greater protection from trainers, with captures requiring a license from Saffron City or the Pokemon League (+1 Favor)
-- [X] Move Sharing - Violet will spend a few days teaching Protect to many Eevolutions present. It will take up a lot of her time (+1 Favor)
- [X] Pokemon
-- [X] The Missing Attendant - This whole thing escalated because an attendant went missing. While the Eevolutions don't know where he is, they did seem to meet with him before. (-1 Favor)
-- [X] Investigation Assistance - While the Eevolutions don't think they can identify who raised them, Sabrina is a psychic of incredible power and skill. Having them agree to be mind-read would simplify the inevitable investigation (-2 Favors)
-- [X] Search and Rescue Assistance - On occasion, trainers and civilians can get lost in the wilds. Having the Eevolutions assist in those situations would be invaluable (-1 Favor)
-- [X] Umbreon - Umbreon will join Violet on her Pokemon journey. After having spent time with her, he's looking forward to it provided he can visit home regularly (0 Favors due to taking this meeting as soon as possible)
We came out here for the gym attendant at the end of the day so we can't just leave that out of the negotiations. Otherwise, things are fine, and we're left with plus one favor because Sabrina you have zero right to complain.
pretty standard all for all deal, well almost all, we're not asking them to help reclaim the lab. But given sabarina is bored enough to be lashing out at challengers, I think she could use the enrichment of doing it on her own.
1- I don't want to because I find it funny to give Sabrina more work
2- that would turn my plan into the other plan being voted for so it'd be pointless
Like, you realize this is an actual person who's potentially in danger, right? Honestly it feels callous and OOC of Violet to deliberately ignore the attendant for the purpose of trolling Sabrina.

Unless I missed something, the search parties shouldn't have quit and walked away. Putting the entire onus of the operation's rescue mission on Violet's shoulders would be kinda whacky imo.
It's a trade off of getting a "last seen here" clue versus having one extra favor for the Pokémon and improving their disposition towards humans.
Like, I may find it funny but I'm not doing it to explicitly have the guy die or anything.
As it's relevant, I feel like I should clarify what it means to get help for the Missing Attendant. As it is, the Pokemon present did meet with him a while back as well as where he was heading. That being said, that was around 2 weeks ago, since then they don't know where he went.

Having an actual clue is pretty important for the search parties actually being able to coordinate better and find him in time. Because otherwise they're looking for one person in a wide range without any idea of ways to narrow down that range.
Alright, looks like it's a fairly decided vote. Seems like Plan Long Term Cooperation wins. So I figured I'd briefly cover what this effectively results in.
For the human side, the fact that you're basically going all in for helping out does win a fair few points. Even from Sabrina although she may change her mind after realizing this means a lot more work for her (that and she may have caused extensive damage to the lab during the battle to take it). Additionally, having most of the Eevolutions know Protect does mean they're going to be a good bit scarier, even if it does take Violet's time.
As for the Pokemon side of things, Sabrina has yet more work thanks to having to liaise with Saffron City and them to properly set up the S&R aspect as well as reading the minds of around 300 Pokemon. Needless to say, she's going to be rather busy.
And lastly, the attendant. While you did pass on the information gained from the Pokemon, namely that while he had been headed up to the lab and there was a battle, the Pokemon never saw or heard from him again. Sabrina meanwhile thanks to her victory has found out that the group involved did teleport him to an island in the Sevii Archipelago chain.

Violet's focus was on long-term cooperation between humanity and these Pokemon. While she wasn't sure what that meant, she knew there were several steps involved. The first was helping the Eevolutions to retake their home. A part of her considered having them help with the reclamation before she discarded the idea. Sabrina could handle that on her own. Although Violet hoped that her message about the negotiations reached the gym leader before she took the lab. Otherwise, she suspected Sabrina would have to quite literally put out several fires.
Besides that, she also committed to an agreement between the Pokemon and Saffron City to create a refuge zone for them. While a few expressed interest in Pokemon journeys, the majority preferred to stay behind with the pack which caused concerns that they would be captured anyways. Implementing that was simple (for Violet), and brought her some goodwill.
As for the Pokemon, she did manage to get a few concessions from them. The first was their help in search and rescue, as this far into the wilderness it was difficult to even know what area a lost trainer was in, let alone find them. Having Pokemon native to the area assist would make it far easier. Secondly, Violet did get them to agree to assist with the investigation into who raised them, even if she did have to convince them that Sabrina wasn't as scary as they seemed to think she was. Lastly, Leafeon informed her of their last knowledge of the missing attendant. He seemingly ran into them, heard their story, and chose to head to the lab afterward. While there was a battle, the Eevolutions had been avoiding that area at the time. As such, it wasn't the most useful of information, although it was at least a starting point for Sabrina.
The last item they discussed was Violet offering to teach Protect to a variety of Pokemon present. The moment it was offered, she could practically hear several necks turn to look at her. With 300 Pokemon capable of learning it, it would certainly provide a fantastic bit of flexibility to the group.
As she began to plan out the training, Umbreon slowly sauntered up to her, a contemplative look on his face. Violet glanced at him, taking in the dichotomy of his intense eyes and hesitant steps. "Umbreon?" She asked, understanding that the Moonlight Pokemon was in the middle of a big decision.
His eyes flickered towards the Pokemon around him, then towards the Pokeballs on her hip. His head tilted, gesturing at the area around him. He almost seemed to be asking what she would do after this.
"I'll be traveling around Kanto," she replied, opening up a map on her phone. "There's a lot of cities I'm going to visit on my journey."
Umbreon looked at the map himself, his eyes tracing a variety of routes on screen, mentally calculating how long the travel would be. Slowly, after serious contemplation, Umbreon nodded his head, having made his decision. A paw snapped up, pressing against the button on one of the Pokeballs on her hip.
To his surprise and embarrassment, that wasn't one of the two empty ones. Instead, a rather amused Dragonair popped out, literally preening in front of the Eevolutions. Letting out a giggle, Violet looked at Umbreon who appeared to be trying to will his golden rings to turn black so he could sink into the shadows. "I think you were looking for this~" She teased, holding out an empty Pokeball.
Pressing the button with his paw (far more hesitantly this time), a beam of red light enveloped him as Violet caught her fifth Pokemon.
Meanwhile deeper into the wilderness is what could now charitably be described as a ruin, Sabrina floated in the air with three unconscious bodies and 20 fainted Pokemon around her. Two of them were hers, Houndoom and Espeon. It had been an interesting battle for Sabrina, where she had decided to take on the three lead trainers alone and have her supporters handle the rest. It wasn't the best tactical decision, but she wanted a battle where she could go all out. And a three-to-one numbers mismatch was the best she was going to get.
To those who knew her, they could see a satisfied smile on her face. While full interrogations would have to wait, she'd used her powers to gain some hints as to the greater conspiracy at play. And it generally helped when the enemy wore a giant "R" on their shirts. Having been informed about this location and their past activities from unknown sources (although Sabrina suspected it was either Kanto or Johto Black Ops), Team Rocket had decided it would be invaluable to take. As such, they had sent a notable force to take it and had been working on the data extraction. Unfortunately, they did manage to upload the data to their servers and had been in the process of wiping it when the rainstorm hit.
The delays that caused allowed Sabrina to arrive a day before they had intended to leave, where she proceeded to start a rather intense battle. During which she had also managed to find the location of her missing attendant by telepathically blasting one of the weaker Rockets with an image of his face. They had then unconsciously thought back to one of the leaders teleporting him to a remote island in the Sevii Archipelago as they lacked the equipment used to capture Pokemon. Sabrina was grateful for that, otherwise she would have been far more violent.
Another wall collapsed as one of her attendants hesitantly approached her with a message. Not bothering to read it herself, she peeked into their mind before her face grew pinched trying to hold back the realization she had inadvertently been making more work for herself.
She should have expected this from the girl. Violet had displayed an impressive capability for reading others, and it was clear that the Eevolutions wanted their home back. Sabrina herself had sensed a set of Espeons watching them, and right now they were practically brimming with glee at the fainted Rockets. She just hoped they wouldn't be able to get into the line of sight with the remains of the lab for another week.
At least the rain put out the fires?
A portion of rubble fell apart under the heavy rain and Sabrina felt a muscle in her face twitch at the sound. She had so much work to do now ...
The 26th Week, Pick 1
Pokemon Actions
[] Train with your Pokemon - All of your Pokemon are skilled in battle with unique skills, but they can see some improvements through practice.
[] Train Umbreon - While he is experienced, he has had an informal training period and may benefit from special attention.
[] Buy and Use TMs/HMs - You're a big enough trainer to afford TMs and HMs for your Pokemon. You should take advantage of it when you can.
[] Train with Willow- While it would be nontraditional to train with your rival, both of you have unique skill sets that could complement each other. And Willow is hoping to take on Sabrina to earn her 4th badge.
[] Review Past Battles - You were so close to beating Flynn, and some of the tricks he tried are giving you ideas. Going over your past battles may help with that.
[X] Teach the Eevolutions - You committed to teaching Protect to a lot of Pokemon. It'll take a while to do so.
Battling Actions
[] Challenge New Trainers - Now that you and your Pokemon have developed, fighting a few trainers in rapid succession would be easy.
[] Challenge an Experienced Trainer - Some trainers in the area have two badges, beating them may be a good experience.
[] Challenge the Dojo - An unofficial gym with skilled Fighting Type Pokemon, you may benefit from challenging the leader within.
Exploration Actions
[] See the Sights Inside the City - There are several interesting attractions in Saffron City. You saw a fair few last time you were here, but far from all.
[] See the Sights Outside the City - With Diglett Cave nearby, it could be fun to spend a few days exploring the cave system and see what interesting locations and Pokemon are within.
[] Explore Unorthodox Locations - Saffron City is a large metropolis with several rather unconventional places to explore. See what you can find.
Traveling Actions
[] Leave the City - It's about time you decided to head out. There are a few cities that you want to travel to. Not to mention quite a few adventures to have. Opens travel sub-vote.
Social Actions (For socials, it's assumed you keep up a basic level of contact through text, choosing a social means I write it up)
[] Call your parents - Your parents did leave Saffron City a while back, it may be good to talk with them.
[] Meet Tetsuya - An old childhood friend of yours, the two of you drifted off recently. He is preparing for a Gym Battle with Sabrina, but right now would like to hang out.

I'd like to meet up with Tetsuya and have a chat since we've yet to actually have a social with our childhood freind. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind getting to know Umbreon and bringing him up to speed with the rest of our team. Hopefully, we can teach him Psychic at some point so that if Sabrina ever tries to read our mind again he can give her a... polite reminder about respecting the privacy of others.
Edit: Also, Daemon Hunter will Umbreon be able to learn Pursuit at some point? It was removed from their moveset during generation seven alongside a general purge of the move, bans on abilities like Arena Trap, and a variety of other changes to increase the viability of swapping Pokemon in competitive play. But it's a great move for both Umbreon and Tyranitar so I might as well ask if there's a path to getting it back for them both.
Same question but for Refresh? Just for Umbreon this time though.

I think Umbreon learning Pursuit makes sense to me. I'll probably say that he'll learn it midway between the time he learns Moonlight and Guard Swap. So around level 32 ish.
