The Radiant Shepherd - A Warhammer 40K God-Emperor Quest

I'm trying to think of things were not thinking about all im coming up with is leaning more onto our God hood and having our followers do warp rituals in our name like with the chaos gods.....

Could we do as the chaos gods do? Have our followers do rituals that actually do stuff for us? Like create a imperial demon?

Or could we try and create an alliance with the Laughing God against Chaos? You help me, I help you, we both kill chaos?
Well, Emperor would be closer to Order God and not Chaos God, and even then, he would be twisted by his followers beliefs of him, so we may be freed from pain of the throne, but other things may happen that won't be so welcome.

I'm saying like here and now, can we do it. We might not be a chaos god, but we are a god in the warp, just like chaos, just like the Laughing God, just like Isha and all the other gods in the warp. I'm wondering if we could some of the very same things that they do, not out of being a CHAOS god, but a WARP god.

Edit: And technically speaking while the Emperor may be a near dead skeleton on a throne, he still has way more in common with the Eldar gods.

So in actuality.... instead of being similar to the chaos gods he has more in common with the Eldar gods. If we look at what they can do could we do something similar?

I imagine we would need to try at least to make the transformation stable and Emperor's soul would not be shattered as much to actually make sure Emperor won't become insane or anything horrible.

Perhaps we can split the Lamenters one to give a blessing to Kryptman so he doesn't go genocide happy this time.

Or use that point to observe Titus, I want to see if he's anywhere that actually needs him before I decide whether to promote tossing him and whatever fleet he's with across the galaxy either to help directly on Cadia, or to send him Huron's way.

Remember, he is an Ultramarine, so huge amounts of plot armor are assured

Edit: Actually scratch that, keep all blessings on the Lamenters and hope it'll be enough.

We should do a turn dedicated to Helen g the masses directly soon though, given the Star Child side wants us to do so.

Replaced Celestine with Kryptmann getting a sanity buff, since it'll save more people anyway. We'd probably be better off saving up a time to drop a 5 point or more blessing on Celestine to let her ascend others and/or be our voice to humanity, given that she is already eternal.

I want to keep the Lamenters at least at 2, both because they're a group and because I suspect their curse is something real, which is also why I shaped the blessing as I did.

Also, in the future, does anybody think we could trick the orks into fighting chaos for us? Like what happened in Fantasy?

Just tell Gazgull that Abbadon called him a pussy, or Gork and/or Mork that Khorne was talking shit? Let nature take it's course from there?

Kryptmann's folly shows the danger of using the orks as a weapon. They get stronger the worse their enemy is. Chaos for their part also seem to make active efforts to avoid entanglement with the orks, since they can't corrupt them in most circumstances.

Chaos is dead-set on subsuming humanity specifically. Everything else is gristle in the flesh to be picked around.

Ok, how much did I miss, and what's our current goal as of right now?

Ok, I'm up to speed now. In honesty, we need that Chorel engine (however you spell it) and badly. Also, with the new stock of gene seed, I highly recommend we start investing into Anti-Psyker and warp weaponry in our fight against chaos, like say an entire Astartes chapter compatible with the blank gene?

--[X] Oud Oudia Raskian: The Dark Age of Technology as you knew it, the wonders and horrors of knowledge that even the Mechanicus at its height did not know. The signing of the Treaty of Mars, and your own manifestation as Omnissiah before the Magos of that era. The progressive factions of the Mechanicus, who operated with your blessings during the Great Crusade, and the service they rendered to humanity and the Quest for Knowledge. The blade of the Enemy, blinding one eye of the Mechanicus, luring them to twin sins of regression and rebellion, diverting them from the path. A occulary of golden and ethereal clockwork, which you integrate seamlessly into Raskian's bleeding eyesocket, that he and all the Mechanicus might see anew. Flashes of the Choral Engine's location and similarity to the Golden Throne, hidden STCs, guardsmen of the Solar Auxilia who's kit would put any Skitarii to shame. Yourself-As-Omnissiah, rising new and whole from a repaired golden throne, blessing Raskian for what he has done.
One last thing. I think the bolded might detract a bit from the Choral Engine and instead of narrowing on his goal of repairing the Golden Throne, will split his attentions and that of the forces of the Mechanicus.

I'm not trying to maximize the Choral Engine. The Mechanicus is a huge lumbering beast, and its work as a whole needs to take a progressive shift. With how hidebound they are, I'm trying to get them started gradually.

Any techpriest who got a vision like this is going to be removing all the brakes and speedrunning the Ascent of the Omnissiah, but for those not so inclined there's certainly no shortage of guns, butter, and research yet needed. Raskian and those most loyal to him will prioritize, I'm sure.
