I think Yzarc has said we can't give mutation gifts until we have an Inner World
Can we give them shapeshifting with VEE + Scoured Perfection of Form?
I am really sorry for this but you need to buy the powers and not the dots. That too in sequence.
You can give mutations. But their Mythos will reject it.I think Yzarc has said we can't give mutation gifts until we have an Inner World

So you need to buy the first power for 4xp, then the second for 8xp and so on.

You need at least the first power in a Lore to unlock the mutations mentioned under that Lore or something that would fit in that Lore.
You unlocked all the lores you can. They work off Archetypes, Holy, human and Light. So we'd need to get Lorgar a mythos aspect (probably his human archetype) that was compatible with shapeshifting if we wanted to go down this route. We'd want to unlock the Lore of Transfiguration or Flesh

These are all the lores you will get and the features listed under them, both Torment and not act as a sample of what "mutations" a demigod can take, with the exception of lore of humans, which gives no mutations.
Yes to both. He can purchase it and learn Solar Hero Style.@DragonParadox, I think we may want to consider enlightening Dharok if we can.
That's a shame.
Can we have Dharok buy the Enlightened Essence mutation? If he gets Enlightened Essence, can he then learn Solar Heroe?
Just like Lorgar.Does Dharok need to pay XP for solar hero charms, or does he just learn them like Lorgar and Fan did?
@DragonParadox, I think we may want to consider enlightening Dharok if we can.
Hm, @DragonParadox, looking at your latest plan, the total purchases for Dharok would be 51 XP, and he only has 50 XP.
Just like Lorgar.
SMs do not learn it normally and the few that do are Exceptions.
That is why I am allowing it without xp.
-[X] Merit : Code of Honour 6 XP
-[X] Lore of Light 2 12 XP
-[X] Enlightened Essence 18 XP
-[X] Mutation: Double Extra Speed 18 XP
Fair enough.
On the rest of your plan, I think we shouldn't underestimate the value of getting Code of Honour for Fan. It makes him 20% better at Sorcery, as that's a Willpower roll. That's actually quite important, as using sorcery to hit the Chaos Army with sandstorms is a big advantage for us, and we want to get as many advantages to it that we can.
I also think that Loom Snarling Deception is a lot more immediately useful than Shadow Spite Curse, as it would allow us to move through the enemy camp when making probing attacks a lot more easily. Paired with Lorgar getting Clark Kenting it opens up some options we don't currently have.
Shadow Spite Curse's big disadvantage is that it's single target, so a lot of the time when fighting the enemy army we'd be better off actually attacking ourselves rather than spending the action imposing the curse. Allowing us to cheat in duels is the main use case I see, and I think Dharok with Solar Hero Style and double extra speed is enough of a beat stick that we don't need to bother.
Shadow Spite Curse also entirely screws any sorcerer we have LoS to. They are going to be rolling willpower, a thing which has a limit of 10 dice, we could rip ten dice out of that on an average roll. And yes it is single target, but most major sorcerous workings are done by one primary sorcerer with a bunch of assistants. Giving that guy -10 dice it going to make for a hell of a perils roll.
Getting Fan to do stealth has the issue that he is not good at stealth as a baseline, it is not his skillset. Don't get me wrong I want those charms for when we meet with the Emperor, but I do not think they are urgent nor should we spent Fan unsupported into the heart of the Chaos army if we can help it
The point about sorcerers is well made, but if we have line of sight to them in the battle we can just do something like have Dhorak fire a volkite caliver at them and kill them directly. Or take a Primarch portable mortar and drop a plasma bomb on their heads.
The kinds of scenarios I'm thinking of are next time Lorgar and Fan attack the chaos army in the middle of a sandstorm Fan can simply pretend to be a chaos warrior as part of their escape. That would probably be a social skill rather than stealth.
