People who have voted for my plan! Changing my vote so that it's more in line with the DemCent line. No secret rejection, just full on rejection of the new provisions this time. Keeping Japan because I was surprised to see so much support for it. But to keep things in perspective, here's some points on why you should vote for a plan with the UASR in it in case you were of two minds. They're a great choice as well.

- Great long-term ally. Only revolutionary government that isn't on a Great Powers watchlist (UPU).
- Massive Industrial base. Will bring a lot of support in terms of trade and industrial expertise.
- Big navy. Might be helpful in a future war with Japan. Not now though because of their own reconstruction and isolationist bent.
