--[X] Use an old Konoha-Uzushio code phrase for friendlies: "It's a lovely day in the village and I am a horrible goose", followed by then leaning heavily on your aisatsu training, and thank the Uzumaki matron as head of house for her hospitality, and ascertain their loyalty to Grass.
--[X] If friendly and amicable towards defecting, have your troublemaker send his doubles throughout the village on a series of targeted strikes designed to cause the most amount of chaos, pinning the blame on Stone before layering the deception on top of it by making it appear as the efforts of a group of hapless academy students to muddle the waters to cover your escape.
---[X] If he can, have one of his clones disguise themselves as a Genin and walk across the Sergeant Major ANBU Captain's grass.
---[X] If he can, have one of his clones not give the proper greeting of the day as a Genin to a Jounin.
---[X] If he can, have one of his clones completely disorganize their Armory by moving equipment around so that the serial numbers don't match up.
---[X] If he can, have one of his clones steal and/or memorize Grass forbidden techniques.
---[X] If he can, have one of his clones steal and/or memorize Grass patrol routes.
---[X] If he can, have one of his clones steal a coworker's food from the fridge, one that has a name on it, and pin the blame on another coworker.

A moment passed and you looked at the kids. "Get your laundry done and get cleaned, and stay in the building. We're staying here for the night."

"Aww, what about dinner?" Naruto complained. "I wanna try some grass ramen! Believe it!"

Karin raised an eyebrow. "Uh, you don't wanna try that crap. It's literally grass noodles, and they suck. Believe it."

Naruto raised an eyebrow. "Who makes noodles out of grass?"

Sasuke finally spoke after a long silent moment. "In a place called Grass Country Naruto, come on."

"Do they have chocolate?" Hanzo asked as Yakumo looked around for something.

"Hey, we agreed that we would have a chocolate binge after the mission." Yakumo protested, stopping Hanzo from taking over her body. "You promised!"

"I promised after a few days. It's been five days since we had chocolate, and you expect me to keep this going without something sweet!?" Hanzo protested.

You sighed. "Go get a single chocolate bar for Hanzo Yakumo, if only to make him feel better for all the work he has done."

"YAY!" Hanzo cheered.

Karin looked at Yakumo and then at you. "What the hell are you guys?"

"Well we are team 3… filled with the only Uzumaki in Konoha, the Last Uchiha, and one of the youngest Kurama Clan." You smiled as you turned towards Karin's mother, who was just gobsmacked at that. "To be honest, when you say it out loud, it really reminds me that we are possibly the walking landmine of political shitstorms and world wars all together in one team."

Karin facepalmed. "No I mean, how are you so calm after so much chaos? You are too calm for this."

You smiled. "Blame Danzo."

"WHO THE HELL IS DANZO!?" Karin exclaimed.

"You'll find out soon enough." You replied as you smiled. "Kids, laundry, and dinner then be back by 2200. We have a long run ahead of us."

"YAY!" Naruto cheered as he than started to march down the stairs. "We need to get Ramen!"

Sasuke followed close behind. "No we are not having Ramen on a mission!"

Yakumo frowned. "I'll make sure those two idiots don't kill themselves."

"Thank you. Karin, could you make sure that you show them around?" You asked.

"Sure, I need time to talk to Naruto anyway… Like why is his name Naruto? That is a stupid name." Karin complained as she followed your team close behind, before leading the way as she ran through the group line and then played tour guide.

When the door closed, you looked at Karin's mother. "Ms. Uzumaki." You saw that she was sitting at her table, quietly sharpening her sword. "Is it Miss or-"

"My husband has been dead for years, so Miss Ruka." She replied. "Sit."

You truly began to formulate a strategy, but instead, you sat down. Trying to remember something. "So, are you a defector with your team, or are you just passing through and roped my daughter into your schemes?"

You took a breath. "It was a lovely day in the village and I am a horrible goose."

Reaction: D100 => 23
Other Reaction: D100 => 99

Her rage reminded you of the story of Kushina when she was still alive, a story told to you by Kakashi. Her hair seemed to move in anger, and chakra and intent radiated off of her like she was about to explode. "I am so sorry that it took so long for my village to find-"

"Thirty fucking years I have waited to hear those words!" She drew her blade and somehow you were pinned to your chair, and you then saw her seals had kept you locked and in place in your seat. "Dragged away by my mother because my home was fucking destroyed by a fucking invasion that your village could have stopped! But it wasn't the case so we crawled around in the fucking dirt for years until we got captured and forced into a life of servitude, not knowing if we would survive the next day, much less the next year!"

Her blade touched your cheek. "When they saw my mother wasn't as loyal, they hung her by a tree where everyone would walk past every day. I had to walk past every day… a reminder that if I gave them a single reason, that I would wind up next to her. That my name meant nothing. Utter loyalty meant everything."

"And twenty fucking years past, and Konoha nin walks into my house and gives me a phrase that I never thought I would hear again…" She took a breath.

"Then why haven't you killed me?" You asked. "Wait Twenty, what do you mean?"

"Hatake… Sakumo Hatake was in the village one year, I was… 25, on guard duty… I wasn't paying attention and he had a blade to my neck. He had to save his team, and he asked me my name. When I gave it, he only laughed, and said that someone was waiting for me… but first he had a team to save. And then he'd come back and bring me to that someone."

"What happened?"

"The third ninja war happened. I lost everything except my little girl." She then took a breath. "You're too young to remember the war, weren't you?"

"I was." You stated. "You knew of Sakumo the White Fang?"

She scoffed. "They say he never gave up on anyone from what I read. And killed himself, because he gave up on himself." she then put the blade away. "I'm not going to leave. Don't even think I can. But Karin deserves far better than this. She deserves hope."

"What have they done to you?" You asked. "I can help you."

"You can't. Not anymore." She said. "Please, get my daughter out of here. Out of this village. Take her to a place that won't destroy her soul."

You placed a hand on hers. She was trembling. "Please let me help you."

"You had your chance to save me a long time ago Konoha nin… but you still have a chance to save my girl."

You nodded, understanding what she was offering. "I will."

Everyone was home by 8 and you decided to set your plan in motion. "Alright Naruto we nee-"

Ruka Interupt: D100 => 79

"No need." She then handed over several things that you were thinking of. "Grass-forbidden jutsus so that Karin can put them to use better than these clowns can."

She handed over the scroll and Karin nodded. "You remember all the patrol routes."

"Mom I created three of them," Karin said with a smile.

"That's my girl." She then hugged her daughter and knelt down to her level. "Remember what I said about finding a place that will accept you for who you are?"

"The Akatsuki?" Karin questioned. "I mean, I know they are awesome, but I am not going missing-nin. I am too young for that."

"No. I'm talking about a new home." She then pointed to you. "You're going to go with them, go to Konoha, and live the best life I can't give you here."

"But I want you to come with me, that's been your dream." Karin said.

Ruka's choice: D100 => 10

"That hasn't been my dream for a long time Karin. My dream has always been you… being safe and being happy." She was crying. "Your father would approve of you leaving."

"Dad would have burned this place to the ground." Karin snarked.

"Oh, he and I were of the same mind on that subject." Ruka smiled as she looked at her sword. "Sorry that you won't be able to spend the night Yamato. But it might be for the best to leave the village before everything goes down."

You looked at her with wide eyes. "You want to fight the entire Grass Village all by yourself?"

Ruka smiled. "It would be an even fight."

You hadn't seen determination like that since Kakashi and Shiro went off to find the White Chakra Sabre. And only found the hilt.

That determination scared you.

"Karin, get packed, we don't have much time." You ordered.

"Am I allowed to be sentimental?" Karin asked.

"Naruto get some seals, we have some packing to do." You said.
----------------------------

Outside the village you all gathered, looking at your watch. "Okay, it is almost 2200, what is the holdup-"

There was an explosion that went off across the village, and everyone started screaming.

"Oh." You mustered. "That it?"

Another hundred went off. Every building in the village seemed rigged to explode.

Oh. "Kids start running, I think she turned the entire village into a bomb!"

Grass Vs One Angry Uzumaki: D100 => 12+70 (An Entire village)=82 vs D100 => 100

It was thankful you were at a safe distance.

Ten minutes later, the Entire valley it seemed exploded and the landscape shifted into that of a smoldering crater.

And then the very earth began to shake.

"What is going on!?" Sasuke screamed as the entire team ran like hell.

"If I had to guess, and this is a very big guess, she must have made an earth seal around the entire country and is blowing it up!?"

"Are we going to be running all night!? Naruto asked.

"The entire landscape of this country is about to blow up and start an earthquake the likes of which since Hasirama's and Madaras' little hissy fit." You stated. "We just have to keep running till we stone, and pray we don't hit any patrols in the meantime. So yes, we are running all night kids!"

"When mom said she wanted to burn this place to the ground, I thought she just meant the village, not the whole damn country!" Karin complained as you scooped her and Yakumo into your arms.

"Well we have some time till it goes boom, and she had twenty years to prepare, looks at those trees."

The trees were growing and glowing with energy. "Wow, I was not expecting her to seal that… wow." You said to yourself. But the trees hadn't gone off yet.

Wait… a village being blown up and shaking the very foundations of the world…

Kidnapping an orphan from her home.

Leaving a massive of bodies in your wake!

Good heavens… were you becoming Danzo?!
-----------------------------------------

Stone Patrol encounter:D100 => 9

Thankfully, when you hit the border, the mass explosion was drawing a lot of people away.

Reward: Karin is now a temporary party member.

Grass village has been destroyed by one very vengeful Uzumaki. Now you know why everyone ganged up on them to kill them all if this is what one of them could do.

Grass country has been trashed, and collapsed into civil war.

Do you wish to attempt to have a special event roll (A Special Event Roll can be a good or bad thing that happens to you as you travel. Doing this places you and your team at great risk, but also can give you a great boon, whether it be experience, allies, special events that can help out the team, or something else. However, if rolled low, it can place you, and your team in great danger, and they may not survive unscathed)
[]Yes: Lets go for it!
[]No: No, we shall stick to stealth, and keep things quiet.

"Please let this be a normal Quest."
"With the Goose? No way!"
"Ohhh."

Damn, the Mist-Lightning-Stone dogpile destruction of the Uzumaki seems a hell of a lot more justified now. Although at the same time it makes Hiruzen look even more stupid for slapping the name on Naruto and painting the biggest target on his back, even without people knowing he's the Jinchuuriki and Minato's son.

Hell of an escalation compared to Canon. Team 7 kills a mob boss while Team 3 blows up a country and probably starts the next great Ninja War. I know Shinobi don't place the same value on land and resources as we do, but free real estate is still free real estate and Hiruzen is gonna have to pull something huge out of his ass to stop Onoki from going in and annexing Grass. I guess that would be stopped if this mission is a success and the alliance is created. Part of me kind of does want a war to happen from the craziness, especially since it would most likely lead to a Rain spillover just as the Akatsuki begin their mission.

"Go get a single chocolate bar for Hanzo Yakumo,
There should be a comma after "Hanzo".

filled with the only Uzumaki in Konoha. The Last Uchiha, and one of the youngest Kurama Clan."
That period should be a comma, and that "The" should be "the".

He had to save his team, and he asked me my name. When I did, he only laughed, and said that someone was waiting for me…
That "did" should be either "gave it" or "told him".

And then he'd come back and bring to that someone."
Something went wrong here, but I'm not sure what.

"The entire landscape of this country is about to blow up and start an earthquake the likes of which since Hasirama's and Madaras' little hissy fit."
"which hasn't been seen since Hashirama's and Madara's"

"We just have to keep running till we stone, and pray we don't hit any patrols in the meantime."
"till we reach Stone"?

"Well we have some time till it goes boom, and she had twenty years to prepare, looks at those trees."
"look"

Leaving a massive of bodies in your wake!
There's a word missing here, but I'm not sure if it's "number", "pile", or something else.

Thankfully, when you hit the boarder was drawing a lot of people away.
Firstly, that "boarder" should be "border".

Secondly, I'm pretty sure this sentence is missing what was drawing people away.

Well looks Like Magoose Dice needs to be added on the thread now for its tags.

Cause this... is fucking insane.
Damn, the Mist-Lightning-Stone dogpile destruction of the Uzumaki seems a hell of a lot more justified now.
Yes it is. They summoned Death and captured it and threw it into a mask, Majoras mask style.

They pulled that bitch out during the fall, and you wonder why everyone took so many casualties with them.
Although at the same time it makes Hiruzen look even more stupid for slapping the name on Naruto and painting the biggest target on his back, even without people knowing he's the Jinchuuriki and Minato's son.
Oh yeah. But really, its one of the safest options. It meant he was always being guarded.

Also, Hiruzen is an idiot, and far too old for this shit.
Hell of an escalation compared to Canon.
Its a comedy quest, everyone will be fine and smelling the roses by the end of this.
Team 7 kills a mob boss while Team 3 blows up a country and probably starts the next great Ninja War.
They won't start a war... but they will have to deal with the consequences of their actions eventually.
I know Shinobi don't place the same value on land and resources as we do, but free real estate is still free real estate and Hiruzen is gonna have to pull something huge out of his ass to stop Onoki from going in and annexing Grass.
...Well Orochimaru is in the area, and maybe he can just... do Hiruzen a solid and Annex Grass while he's working on his revenge, and realize that running a country sucks.
I guess that would be stopped if this mission is a success and the alliance is created. Part of me kind of does want a war to happen from the craziness, especially since it would most likely lead to a Rain spillover just as the Akatsuki begin their mission.
all I will say is this.

Level ups. Level ups everywhere.

Also, Dear lord will Hiruzen be blaming us for this, instead of Danzo.

Thats how you know its serious.

...Well Orochimaru is in the area, and maybe he can just... do Hiruzen a solid and Annex Grass while he's working on his revenge, and realize that running a country sucks.

I mean he kind of did that in canon with Sound and the land of rice fields, only it was an extreme North Korea. Orochimaru can't really annex it into the Sound since Sound's on Konoha's Northeast and has several countries in-between. If not Stone or Leaf, then the Hidden Waterfall or Rain would be most likely to annex it. The latter would certainly be a scenario for the lulz, Hiruzen makes peace by having Pain annex Grass.

What do you have Naruto do?:
[x] make clones like he did early

What do you have Sasuke Do?

What do you do?
:
[x]-if you have a time & a summon contract: tell hiruzen about there before ng a civil war in grass.

-if you have no time: you create a clone so IT can delay any grass survivors that come for you (dispell it of noting comes in the expected time.
--If noting comes, make a clone to assist naruto "20 minutes forward fron group" if anything happens

For some reason I kind of doubt anyone is going to want to annex Grass if for no other reason than no one will want to deal with the humanitarian crisis this will result in. With the Grass Village destroyed and the resulting Civil War breaking out it seems like no one will want to deal with it.

Blame Danzo. Thats what I do.

And its what Hiruzen will do.

Esspcially once he realizes what we've done.

[X] Plan Fallout Tactics
-[X][Naruto]
Creates a network of clones that he sends out as a small scouting force, ensuring that the path ahead is not only clear but also sets up a series of traps to obfuscate their campsites.
--[X] When they're safe in their camp that first night, Naruto-main makes the attempt to reach out to his cousin with a warm hug and just silently listens to what Karin's mother was like.
--[X] Have one of the clones create copies of Grass techniques under Yamato's supervision, one to be kept for Team use and the other to be incorporated into Uzumaki techniques.
-[X][Sasuke] Act as Overwatch to Naruto's clone forward scouting force.
--[X] When at the campsites, continue practicing Medical jutsu.
--[X] Begrudgingly start opening up to teammates about himself.
-[X][Yakumo] Work with Naruto to later timed genjutsu on top of the traps.
--[X] When at the campsites, continue with strength training.
--[X] When time allows for it, connect more with teammates, and, by proxy-to-Naruto, Karin.
-[X][Karin] Looks for ways to act as additional support to the team, supplementing their skillset.
--[X] At the various campsites, begin teaching Naruto his Uzumaki heritage, starting with their signature taijutsu.
-[X][Yamato] Continue teaching your team (including Karin) on the journey, and at the first opportunity to inform the Hokage of just why there's a civil war in Grass, blaming Danzo over the loss of Sakumo's intel.
--[X] Watch over Karin, not only because she is in your care, but because the kid just lost her terrifying mother. Ensure her mental health is stable enough until she can meet with a mental health specialist back in the Village.
-[X] Yes: Lets go for it!

Payday. The mission gone up to at least B and you can probably argue that crossing an exploding country is a S rank. Additional we get payment for an extragenin.
Because of this explosion ,i think that Deidara is Karins father.

If only Danzo hadn't intercepted those messages the Umazaki sent us, our allied village would have never been destroyed and Karin and her mom wouldn't have ended up in Grass. This is all Danzo's fault.
