I'm assuming this is a typo of "senbon", because I don't remember anyone called "Sabon" being in the Land of Waves arc, and even if there was, they wouldn't have been noteworthy enough for anyone to know who Shiro is talking about.

I was going to vote for the Bandit Arc just for the simplicity of it, but then I saw these. Not sure which one I want to go with, so I'm approval voting.

Look, the peasants don't have a point, because the Shinobi Villages don't rule them except in a few fringe cases, none of which include the five elemental nations. All of the administration and dominion over these peasants is handled by the Fire Daimyo, with the ninja standing as an alternative to manpower intensive feudal armies, with the peasants blaming them because there the ones escorting the carts that carry away the taxes each month. Most likely there is a couldn't make it academy drop out pulling there strings in the shadows to settle some grudge. Even if their rebellion succeeded, the perceived weakness of the village hidden leaves would only lead to another ninja war.

Of course. Obviously he's allowed this minor rebellion to rise up as a blooding for potential chuunin hopefuls prior to the chuunin exam. How do you think people manage to omit the details of C-ranks so successfully? Danzo covers things up so the leaf has countless Casus Belli in the event they need an excuse to wipe some village off the map to keep a Konoha secret, and Hiruzen lets it happen because the alternative is more paperwork. Once more, Danzo is undeniably to blame.

While correct on several fronts, there is one problem.

If it were up to Danzo, it would be a D-Rank mission.

Called Pest control, as he did not think Civilians were any threat, and he'd be lying to his subordinates about what they were killing.

Here at least, we know exactly what we're doing.

And might need to pull a seven samurai at this point with another team.

Also, Blame Danzo for fermenting rebellion and making the Daimyo more reliant on the village then the samurai.

- Naruto's Current Mental state, update that to Okay
- Naruto lacks a Fuinjutsu trait
- Naruto gained a Wild Martial Art style, add that in to the sheet?

Sasuke Uchiha -
-Sasuke Lacks a Medical Ninjutsu Trait
- A trait indicating Sasuke's taijutsu and ninjutsu skill would be nice

Yakumo Kurama -
- A trait indicating Yakumo's taijutsu skill would be nice

I think this is mostly all that needs a update on the character sheets before we enter the C-Rank?
