The Furnace - A simple Dungeon Core Quest

[X] Plan: legally distinct Hallownest
-[x] [DUNGEON THEME] Endless Hive
-[x] [TYPE] Pocket Dimension
-[x] [PLACE] White and Black

Nothing like spiders dragging up adventurers into their nests!

Option 1: I can do my personal take on the Liminal Concept: so the sensation that the space is wrong, similar to a normal one but with a particular geometry. So more with original monsters based on "something external to the reality seeping through the liminal".

Dungeon

A new tool for teams & individuals that blends everyday work apps into one.
I prefer this if Liminal wins. I don't really know what to vote for. All of these are good, (Although I'm still salty my Museum suggestion didn't get farther) I originally really didn't like the Underground Factory, but now I'm not so sure.

Apologize if you cannot see the links to the previous page, I discovered a small issue with Notion and I'm going to fix asap. I'll edit this post with the new link when I'm done.
Bit busy at work, probably I'm going to work on the update when I get a bit of time (or in the weekend).

That's very much fine, those things happen all the time, and hey, it gives us all some extra time to brainstorm and come up with extra stuff.

All right, I was expecting to be able to write the update today, but I didn't manage in time, so I'll probably write the narrative tomorrow.
But at least I should be done with the Notion Board for the Dungeon, available at this link:

If I can offer some advice I'd say maybe threadmark this as informational or anything that you deem important Abyssius so that everyone might have ease of access to it on the future.

Apart from that, very much so looking forward to our first turn.

So we have a NecroTech theme while we are close (I think) to the place were it is considered normal, its gonna be interesting alright

Basically we start out with a underground forge type of vibe for our theme, cruder clockwork cyborgs, clockwork constructs, that type of things with our spells probably involving byproducts from forging and messing with metallic equipment.

II - The Furnace, Ablaze.
In the misty region of Domoter, the normally still air starts to tremble. First with small vibrations, then with progressively stronger quakes which cause ripples in the fog, both due to the shockwaves and to the running, scared animals. After longs minutes, the mist is again undisturbed, except for a large column of smoke and ashes rising from a hole in the ground, near a newly open underground entrance. A new Core is born, with a still undecided fate.

The metallic innards of the Dungeon are paved with alien mechanical devices, emits a range of buzzing, sizzling and crushing noises in the hot and humid rooms. Only two rooms are currently done, with the dungeon still unhinabited. But what's a Factory without its workers?
From a machine near you blazing furnace, three small creatures, no larger than a goblin, rolls out, made of cogs and mechanical manipulators sensing the area and moving where it's necessary.
After a longer minute, another creature, three times bigger, exits the machine. His muscular body and green-orange is skin is already covered by soot, but his steel limbs are keep pristine clean, without any chance for malfunctioning. Thick googles cover his eyes, while it's scanning the surrounding, stopping when his eye meets the three CogWorks.
"Go to the entrance and be on lookout." Whirling, the three machines obeys.
The Foreman then stares straight at the inferno that is your being, waiting for your next actions and orders.

Well, we can finally start with the first turn. All the infos are in the Notion Board at this link: The Furnace Core

I updated the Mechanics post with the basic Mechanics. Please, vote by plan with the following format:
[J] Plan Smart
- [CREATURE] Create X CogWorks
- [ROOM] Create an additional room
- [RESEARCH] Spend one progress to Increase the Vitae Reserve
- [MONSTERS] Go scouting outside.

Vote will be open until the next weekend. Let the game begin.

[X] Plan: Safety Hazards
-[X][ROOM] Create a room between entrance and core.
--[X] Place several broken pipes facing inwards that release bursts of steam at random intervals.
-[X][CREATURE] Create 3 CogWorks
-[X][RESEARCH] Spend one progress to Increase the Vitae Reserve
-[X][MONSTERS] Have the Foreman go out with 3 Cogs to collect materials.

Let me know if I did this right.
