You weren't exactly sure if this was going to work. You couldn't help but rub your chin as you stare at the coffee machine sitting on the counter in front of you. It was an innocuous thing, this machine. All it does is make coffee. It's pretty simple really, just walk up to it, press a button here and a button there and within moments, you have a cup of hot coffee ready to drink in slow but meaningful sips. You've seen Montoya drink it, you've seen his coworkers drink it and recently, due to a lack of foresight on your part, you've seen Captain Wei drink Divine-blessed coffee which had surprising results.
It was a weird idea at first but the more you thought about it, the more you couldn't get it out of your head. A far more efficient police force would no doubt benefit the city, or at least, the area around Precinct 2 but with Captain Wei still in the process of rooting out the moles and imposters that have infested the force, it might help them realize what the Captain is doing.
It was a chance you have to take.
Reaching out with one hand, the chains of your scales rattle as you infuse the coffee machine with your Divine essence, golden light streaming from your outstretched fingers and into the fine inner workings of its machinery. You feel yourself gradually growing weaker as you spend what was left of your power to imbue the device with a far weaker rejuvenating effect like what you have done with Captain Wei's coffee mug. Within moments, the light settled and you can feel your own power gently radiating off the machine, which looks a bit… newer looking than you remember.
Hm? What's this? You noticed something else that was different. Your symbol was now emblazoned where the previous logo used to be. Interesting! Satisfied with a job well done, you make your leave but with barely any power left, you won't be able to do much else but you feel that you will replenish your power with a bit of rest.

Tanner Montoya walked into the break room the next day with the intent of getting a cup of coffee, today was going to be a long day, he felt and he damned well wasn't going to face it without a nice hot cup of coffee first!
"-thought we didn't have it in the budget." He overheard one of the officers in the breakroom say, clutching his own cup of coffee tightly with his hands before taking another sip. "I've been telling Captain Wei that we needed a replacement and it looks like she came through for us!"
"And did she!" Another officer gushed, "This has to be one of the best cups of coffee I've ever had! Where did she find it? I don't even recognize the brand, and I've already tried looking it up!"
"It's pretty weird too, why would it be a pair of scales over a city?"

Tanner's head turned so fast, he felt a sting of pain go up his neck. Fuck, sprained it. He bit back a hiss, rolling his shoulders as he rubbed the ache in his neck away. His attention quickly focused on the coffee machine and lo and behold, it looked new, not brand new new but definitely new in a, definitely used but not banged up like the last one vibes. Well dang, that's a mighty fine gift, Aves…
Tanner's pin grew warm under his collar.
"Probably some small, start-up company trying to earn points with the NCPD." He threw in his two cents, grabbing a paper cup to put just beneath the dispenser of the coffee machine, his curiosity and need for coffee pushing him to try the coffee from the god-blessed coffee machine in his work space.
"Well whoever they are, I really hope they have a store in H10 or near it. Now I'm more into tea but this concoction of perfection right here?" The officer held up her own cup of coffee, its contents half empty. "This is an answer to my early morning prayers!"
The detective bit back a snicker as he heard that. You have no idea… He grins, watching his fellow officers taking another sip of their coffee, and each sip seemed to make them look… better, if that was the right word to use? The officers were usually pretty exhausted or overwhelmed from all the work they've had to do during the whole day, and considering that most are doing the work of two officers or more, it's a miracle that most of the officers in Precinct 2 haven't dropped dead from exhaustion yet. But each small sip of coffee seemed to be giving them some of that spent energy back. Not quite enough to make them all that much better but it was still a remarkable improvement!
"What is this brand anyway?" One of the officers piped up after taking a couple of sips from her cup, her brow bunched up as she tried to identify the taste. "Tastes way better than Matapang Coffee…"
"And it's not as bitter as Continental Brands either." Another agreed.
"Well, whatever it is. It's making me feel better."

Such a cool name, right? It's one of their best Cyberware to date! It's a jaw implant that turns your mouth into this large toothy maw that can rip and tear into things as if they were made of paper! With a shocking amount of bite force that can go up to 18,216 newtons, anything caught between those pearly whites is done for! Perfect for those who want to look tough and scary or who want to get in the habit of eating rocks for breakfast. Either way, you're going to be one scary choom on the streets!

May has come and gone, Personalities are all over the streets in Night City and paranoia is building among the locals. With a gang that can look like anyone, faith and trust among the average citizen has reached rock bottom. Well, at least towards anyone with a bit of fame to their name. You feel that this is going to get so much worse however, with what of human history that you've managed to get your hands on, there have been numerous monsters that colored Humanity's past and with the Personalities assuming the faces of those in fame and infamy, it's only a matter of time until one of humanity's monsters.
