Silence is probably super pissed that Sleepy is convinced Rhodes Island makes medicine out of tortured orphans, considering she left her previous job specifically because of her moral objections to torturing orphans. Like, he's Sleepy which makes him practically intolerable to most people, but she specifically is probably not going to have a good time with Turbulence office, who are willing to do utterly horrendous stuff for results.
There's two more members of Turbulence Office who just took a contract to beat the shit out of Nearl in the middle of what's about to be a massive political event, assuming they aren't planning to stab Czarny in the back and take the money and cause even more problems. Then there's a third member who's got an army of crimes against decency just kind of floating around that entire shitstorm.
