I was gonna vote Price of Silence for how cool it is and how it vibes with Hokma more than any other abno, but penitence talk convinced me to save it.

also, there's the fact that: there's already going to be questions about where the teacher got whatever weapon from, and how he knows how to use it. There'll probably be even more questions if said weapon is a f***ing scythe.

We can say that it borrowed from a friend in the police. If they have railguns, then maybe the have sinister scythes?

Penitence really is making a comeback. Only 3 votes behind the Thirteenth roll. We might actually get a chance to see Ayi- I mean One Hundred Good Deeds make an appearance here.

I think that if Hokma is planning on appearing as the benevolent teacher he should start with Penitence, a mace that radiates healing as opposed to The Price of Silence which is an uncaring manifestation of death.

And there goes, I was hoping that we can see some action from The price of silence, because it is basically one of my favorite abno, but what the hell, one bro is good too.
And at least when white night become boss fight, we have a 100% way to counter it.
 
If we're going through the whole list of abnos, then we're definitely gonna get to see Price of Silence at some point, and it's gonna be cool as hell. But for now, we don't need the firepower, and there's a lot of unknowns- and frankly if we resonate a little too hard with a piece of EGO, I'd...much rather it be a piece of gear that doesn't line up, one-to-one, with Hokma Meltdown. If shit goes wrong, or things proceed in a way that isn't just pulling out the EGO exactly like it was from the Library/Lobotomy Corporation, One Sin is a relatively safe bet as it's a benign abnormality.

Penitence can easily serve as our cornerstone for further growth and secures our bases for this encounter- We should proceed ahead steadily, and not pull out all of our stops at once.

As we are in Persona, not picking the Abno most aligned with Hokma is HERESY.

Well, this condition only applies if you aren't in the Library.

Since in the Library, Hokma balls usually uses most of the abnormalities at his disposal.

Damn, now PoS is in the lead. While potent- well, actually, every argument that could be made has been made. But as it stands, this isn't the library or the corporation. Bringing out the high power stuff first is just asking for some previously unknown factor to come and fuck us over. In addition, the healing, the fact that maybe it would be good to not appear overly threatening to our new friends, and also, despite Thirteenth being associated with Hokma in the past, it is also reasonably safe to say that One Sin is associated with him now.
 
Was thinking about what elements the Abnos we have would use if they were personas (in p4), here's my ideas:

Burrowing Heaven: Light/Dark
Price of Silence: Almighty
Blue Star: Light/Ice/Wind (Gets AoE high chance of kill light skill)
One Sin: Light/Almighty
WhiteNight: Almighty/Light/Physical (from Apostles)

Zayin is the easiest to use, and we shouldn't need too much to deal with these, even if one is Teth. Also somewhat fitting for a first choice given it's the first one received.
