--[X] 3rd Motor Rifle Battalion - Scour the Western Jungle for the escaped FEIS leadership with the 1st Tank Company. Use San Miguel as a Base of Operations
-[X] [Ministry of Public Works] Survey Infrastructure
-[X] [Presidential Office] Name a Minister - Foreign Ministry
-[X] [Presidential Office] Name a Minister - Ministry of Agriculture
-[X] [Presidential Office] Name a Minister - Interior Ministry
-[X] [Presidential Office] Name a Minister - Ministry of Public Works
-[X] [Presidential Office] Amnesty for ERPA

ERPA as a threat has been neutralized diplomatically for now. They still exist, but hostilities between the two of us should be incredibly unlikely now. As such, as a show of solidarity, we can offer amnesty to ERPA troops.

That said, the Ministry of War we can leave alone for now since the other ministries are much more important. We don't really have any pressing military foes at the moment, so I think San Reina is safe to be ungarrissoned in favor of finding and dealing with the escaped FEIS leadership. Tanks aren't the best for scouring jungles however, so we need to send the Infantry in. Finding those people was part of our campaign promises, so we should always be looking for them before people start growing disappointed at our lack of action and success.

They couldn't have gotten far on foot since they escaped only a few hours before the attack, and jungles aren't the most traversible terrain. We may find some clues as to their location still.

Ugh, my brain elided Agriculture and Interior. I've edited to add Payroll, and removed the ERPA action since we need to appoint 5 Ministers instead of 4.

Disregard the last bit, I made two mistakes and they canceled out.

Trying to hunt down the escaped FIES leadership is a good idea, if for no other reason than to provide the people some catharsis and sign we're trying to punish the bad guys, but I think our immediate actions should be taken with more thought. Getting an immediate source of cash and the economy somewhat running again will help a lot, while feeding starving people on the streets will reduce unrest and make us very popular; ideally, the actions will synergize. Otherwise, assigning ministers and making peace with the anarchists is a sound idea - combined, this should give us a solid base moving into Turn 2.

[X] Plan: Meet the New Boss

Fair point, we do need the income since we'll be bleeding money without taxes and we have a grand total income of $0.

There's also seizing the wealth of the banks, but that may scare away foreign investors, though it will be very satisfying for the people of our nation.

[X] Plan: Jungle Manhunt

Moving to this since I think it's important to do our surveying while we've got a tiny bit of a cash buffer from seized assets. We can get revenue streams running once we know what the potential revenue streams are.

Not comfortable with exports without understanding our nation first. We might be selling something important.

[X] Plan: Meet the New Boss

We have only 30 mil in the bank, unknown expenses, and actions cost money. Doing at least one action to start getting any income is needed.

I feel that not doing exports right now might land us to the very uncomfortable talks with the IMF. Seriously we need money so that we won't be forced to do "reforms" that we don't want.

This argument persuaded me to cast a vote for this plan.

Seems there's a consensus on hunting Corradini and naming ministers as fast as you can, though it's entirely split on the other actions.
