My hero: The old days

Ok so I'll allow it but…

What is he stitching the body's together for? I need to know a direction or something.
He's trying to make a wearable puppet of it, to try and push the limits of his ability to what can be "crafted and/or assembled", and figured bugs are good since most can fly, some can walk on walls, some have (non-lethal) poison, and some have a wide-range of vision. He means to try it all out.

Oh so an alternative body? High Dc so good luck!

-[] Born to be Wild
Main Power
-A predator on the Verge of Death: After taking a certain amount of damage, your wounds begin to open and coarse, black fur sporouts from it. You grow a tail, and your head becomes elongated. You take in a more canine form, a— oh f**k it, you turn into a werewolf. You have enhanced regeneration on this form, your intelligence as a human, and you have the senses of a dog.
Minor Effects/Powers:
-Rules of Nature: You have mild dominion and control over those animals in the Caninae family, with them being in a good disposition towards you. With further cultivation, they can view you as a 'pack leader'.
-Laws of the Wild: Anyone you bite and scratch, and cause sufficient damage to, will begin to develop wolf-like characteristics. It will crescendo after three days, where 20% of their higher brain function is inactive, begin to act feral, their canine teeth have grown to fangs, and gain the ears of a wolf. Over a period of 2 weeks the effects begin to fade.

I'm imagining that there was a guy with a mutation quirk that basically turned him into a furry, a girl with a regeneration quirk, it synergies, and boom.

I'd be fine with that, but I didn't want people thinking I'm weird for that, or Black Angel saying that it'd be too villainous to do.
I'm more ok with that than the bugs… also I've been trying to figure out how stitching insects would not freak out legitimately everyone else.
Edit: To be specific. Go to the butcher. It's normal.

That's a villain quirk… 2 weeks hospital due to being a danger to everyone? Oh yes, good job!

Buying a whole chicken would be less weird because we can just cook it if it doesn't work or once we're happy with the proof of concept.

Having a small abomination made of sewn together bugs gives real "This child is going to grow up to be a serial killer vibes"

I also just realized how else that would look.

You have a ghost like being that than goes into said abomination and starts moving in it. In a time where quirks are starting to become normal, but still prejudice, this is asking for a good ol burning at the stake.

Well it's not like he would have to tell anyone, or make it public. You know, hidden until needed.

Just when I think I understand people, I figure out I don't.
Though, with the caveat in the Quirk saying "build or assemble" we'd have to take apart the chicken, then reconstruct it. Which would likely mean we're also eventually going to learn a fair amount about our feathered friends biology.

Let ''em stay in that hospital too.
Oh, and though I said feral, that doesn't change the innate personality of the person. If a really normal, calm person got it, they'd probably adopt docile, dog-like traits. But I can very, very clearly see this as being a villain Quirk. Or some misunderstood guy, like Shinso.

*snickers* Hehe, that'd be funny. But it's not like we have to *say* that the monstrous abomination is from us. Anyway, how many people know about our quirk in the first place? And is the place we're going to a place specifically for quirk-users? I figured we could cosplay as a normal human for a bit, keeping our powers on the down low.

Anyway, I'll go change the bug thing.

We going to hero school… it's going to be known.

We are again going to school. For some heroes. Also our quirk is registered and anyone who knows us knows about it. They might not known the specifics but they know because it's legit a big monkey doll walking with us talking.

.... This is the reason both of them are banned in preparring the thanksgiving turkey A.K.A. the Frankenturkey incident

"Go ahead aground me mom. You can't un-**** the turkey." Fill the asterisks with what you wil.

It doesn't have to be known known. Like the administrative staff and our home room teacher. After all, at the start the classmates didn't know each other's powers unless they saw them as they fought. We could give the appearance of our Quirk being one thing, but it being another.

Reasonable.

Heres a thought every time Pin gets a new body would they need to train to use it? Like for example Jimmy made a Lobster body do they need to train moving the limbs and swimming with a tail?

I'd say it'd take a small amount of time for them to get used to a new body. Like possibly an hour or more? If they used the body before they don't have to get used to it, or used a similar body.

Ok so for plan silly. Would anyone mind at all if I gave the monocle a purpose? Like a flash light at least or even a camera?
Also the glove. Can I make it fire proof? I need to add something besides just a cloth glove. I can improve the tail along with it.

@Dark as Silver, @Andre Chaos, and @Archmage Zoltan.
Could I convince any of you to vote for…er, the western stand off "This town's not big enough for the two of us"?

Class needs none of that. Form over functionality. A hero can be stylish, without needing to scrounge every last piece of anything they can get.
Of course, if you wanted to give the monocle the power to give anyone an incredibly British accent, I would not object.

It sounds dark, so I approve. However, silly is also pretty funny... Well, guess I'll go for darker path - balance the scales so to speak. I don't have time now to come up with my own plan

[X] There isn't Enough Room for the Both of Us

I don't really see why being a hero is needed for plan There isn't Enough Room for the Both of Us. I guess a Hero license for quirk use maybe? however unless the quirk explicitly needs a body that will require weapons... Well we've already got one that the quirk can use. Why does it need to be an android?
Silly also seems to make better use of the stat training. Unless we're intending to get to Stain/Aizawa/Knucklebuster/Toga levels of fit I think other stats are more useful.

It's not so dark. It's mostly text to accentuate how serious he is — not that he'd actually do it. Jimmy's main goal is a permanent, usable vessel for his roommate. If you were to come up with a plan, what would it have?

We'll it says being a hero for the connections and money gained, so they can find a permanent host for the roommate. The accentuating 'flavor' text for either of those requires either of those, and he wants to do it morally. That's his starting goal and motivation, which can change and develop, right @Blackangel? And anyway, he needs some reason to be A hero.

Funny thing, I was also asked this in CONV by B.A. To quote myself,

Well provided that we're training ourselves and not the puppet-spirit directly, as far as the conversations with the maker of it and the guy who advocated for it went it'd essentially be a long-range quirks that we could narratively perspective switch to. Especially since we wouldn't be sharing headspace as puppet-spirit being in Jimmy actively hurts him.

The clear weakness in this quirk is that there's no personal power to Jimmy himself. It's all on the puppet-spirit. Which means that if someone got the drop on Jimmy, like jugging him or anything, if the puppet-spirit vessel isn't nearby then we're just a normal human. So, buffing health is imperative. Or would be, if I didn't delete the plan.

I'm was just more concerned with the immediate exposed weakness rather than empowering an already strong strength.
To put it in other words, imagine a man. His weak-spot is his genitals. His strength is his muscles, arms and legs. Rather than making stronger what is strong, we're covering what is already weak.

If you were to come up with a plan, what would it have?
Think, I would try to do something weird... Experiment with abilities. Can he make a fully or partially liquid doll? Maybe use a multilayer weave structure with a non-Newtonian fluid between the layers? How about chain mail structures? Why not have several different vessels for different situations? Is it possible to create a doll that attaches to the owner of the quirk and acts like a second set of limbs/conjoined twin?

There are many ways, I could develop into something.

Just like to mention that improving strength and agility, improve our quirks strength and agility. So there is a point to working out.

Okay, well the quirk automatically doubles durability so since we are hopefully already at a decent level of tankiness there, I'd still rather train things other than constitution.
But good to know for the future.

I wouldn't mind, I thought the extra versatility inherent to an extra hand would have been enough on it's own.

The monocle being a camera would have my preference. We are going to be cops heroes, so we will want something to record the evidence with.
I should remember to be more concrete, more powerful and less let the QM figure it out next time I create plan.
