You were deep in the recesses of your mind, and he had thought you wouldn't notice? He was arrogant to try and play in your mind and make things worse. For him.
Every single moment he was here, he was falling further and further into your mind. And every single second he was here, he could find that he could soon not get out.
And you instead smiled at his constant attempts to. What was the word again? Enjoy the pain that he might cause you.
"Charles, are you trying to get into my mind again? It won't work. I have powerful friends." You said in a sing-song voice as you allowed him to… go a little deeper.
He was waiting for you, in front of you, as always, the residual image of his present self, excellently there. "Hello, Heinrich." He stat, trying his best to concentrate on you and maintain the connection to your head.
A very brilliant if futile manner. "I prefer Abaddon now." You said as you strode forward and felt a feeling of… dread fall on you as if he was trying to scare you.
It wasn't working.
"Why are you using silly names Heinrich?" He asked scoffing at the name.
You frowned and pushed back at his projection as if he was thrown across the room. His body was sent flying back in pain, but not enough for him to be thrown out of your mind. "Perhaps you need a lesson in Hebrew and my people Charles." You walked over and towered over his still shriveling body, which was moving in pain. "It means Doom."
That made Charles laugh as he stood up again. "Are you that much of a child Heinrich? You of all people want to be doom on the world. For what?"
"Because the world hates us, needs to be cleaned by God's fire and wonders." You stated. "All I am doing is preparing for it. And making sure all of us are… ready for when he comes."
That… you saw Charles' face morph from horror, to one of determination. "Henrich would never sound like a Christian wishing for the rapture." He then struck you. "He would never forsake who he was, and what he is!"
"You haven't been paying attention now, haven't you Charles!" Apocalypse said through you as you gripped Charles' throat, spitting the blood onto his projection and lifting it up. His feet shook as you squeezed his windpipe, trying to crush it. "Henrich is not Here! I am!"
Charles choked, and for a moment, you thought you felt him fade away.

Now that you mention it now that the Moon Knight tv series just finished it's first season can't help but think of the egyption gods. Wonder how they feel about Apocalypse? What with them seeming like they'd be more familiar with a being like him then most others on Earth.
