[X] Try to rescue Ohun
-[X] Roland will be accompanied by Inge, Esha, Wanderer, and Swift Pebble.
-[X] Roland and Wanderer will each bring a Cold Iron spear in addition to their regular weapons, should they need to fight against Fey.
@DragonParadox, since Ripper already has a Swim speed and doesn't need a Water Breathing potion could he tag along? If so, do I need to add him to my plan or is it automatic?

I hadn't actually thought about bringing Ripper.

Twenty Eight Day of Elnu-Hamba (Elnu Descendent), 1349 A. L. (After Landfall)
The water is cold against your skin, its touch as familiar as all the days you have swam in the sea to cool off as a boy, the waster tastes of salt against your tongue... not in the least familiar, for all the potion had tasted strange tart and bitter all at once it is nothing compared to the fact that you must now force yourself to gulp down water like air. At first all about the five of you is clear, the sun bright on Ripper's scales, the only shadow the vast bulk of the Marcella above, but the deeper you go the darker it gets.
Instinctively all who are not of this place swim close, or in Inge's case clings to your back, not because she cannot swim, for by her power you can all swim as though born to the sea but because she wants to have a hand on you 'just in case'. Just in case something lunges out at your from the dark, you finish. The light from above turns grey and faded and all of you are following by the light of Dorendal whom common seawater cannot quench, but still the path is clear Ripper had scouted ahead already by the path that Inge's friends had taught her and he had found the way to the place Ohun was supposedly held.
"A good think no one thought to gainsay a priestess of Ikomi when it comes to the sea," Esha says. How you can hear her so clearly you do not know. Perhaps it is more than the space between your hands and feet that were by sorcery changed.
"Was there any chance of them doing that?" Swift Pebble asks. Almost as graceful in the water as Ripper her far smaller form is marked by an enchanted stone, like a small white star in the gathering gloom
"Took all glory again," Wanderer surprises you by answering, he has not been very talkative since you had managed to persuade him that going under the water to fight water spirits was a thing worth trying.
"You only get the glory if you live..." Esha starts, then pauses to consider. "Or if they find the bodies I suppose."
The distraction of a large bream darting under your arm as it comes barreling from the south is quite welcome... it becomes less so when you notice what is ahead of you. Ripper had just called them 'big stones' and you suppose that in the broadest sense they are, towers of bone white stone that branch almost like trees. Reaching out to touch one your hand comes away covered in a thin film sending a cloud of the stuff flying... or maybe floating.
"We can hide in this!" you call, realizing your path is among the pillars. Whoever had taken Ohun captive would know something is coming but not what.
"I could scout, let me look-see," Swift pebble sends. "I am small will look, will come back and then you know what you fight."
What path do you take?
[] Right through, between the dust and your own skills at arms and sorcery surprise will carry the day

OOC: Really way too late to be writing, but I managed a bit and what is hopefully a decent vote to leave you guys on.
Mentioning Swift Pebble's Stealth bonus reminded me that I hadn't actually setup a proper 1st level character sheet for her yet. The 2nd level one I made a while back was jumping the gun a bit.
@DragonParadox, I've left her attack line in assuming we were able to find her a Tiny-sized short sword to use somewhere, which would essentially be a Small-sized dagger.
Hold Breath (Ex): You can hold your breath for 52 rounds (4 times your Constitution attribute) before risking drowning or suffocating.
Thought Speech (Su): You can communicate with any other creature within 60 feet that has a language. This communication is thorough but not always perfect, particularly when dealing with abstract or arcane concepts you are not familiar with. It is possible to address multiple creatures at once using Thought Speech, although maintaining conversations with more than one creature at a time is just as difficult as simultaneously speaking and listening to multiple people at the same time. You lack the mechanisms to vocalize complex language.
Limb-Climber (Ex): When you are adjacent to or in the space of a corporeal creature at least one Size category larger than yourself, you can climb that creature's body with a successful Climb check against a DC equal to the target creature's CMD. Although you are holding on to the creature, this action isn't a Grapple; it doesn't provoke Attacks of Opportunity from the creature, and neither you nor the creature you climb gains the grappled condition. While you are on the climbed creature, the creature takes a -1 penalty on attack rolls against you (equal to the number of Sneak Attack dice you possess).
I don't think that's how weapons work. If I had an ogre's knife, for example, I wouldn't be able to use it as a very good sword because the proportions would be for a cleaver sized knife, not for a sword, and the grip for someone with hands the size of my head and such. Similarly, an otter with a needle knife would still probably have problems no matter how much time they pretend its a rapier.

Depends on what we were able to find for her. I can't remember the details, but a while back we managed to acquire some appropriately sized daggers to begin training the Otter-kin. If nothing else, Swift Pebble should still have one of those. The damage would be a bit less, but not too much since most of her combat damage is a result of her high Dexterity working with her Deadly Agility feat.

Those daggers were basically the pocket knives of sailors. They do not do much damage on their own... but sneak attack works fine. Sharpened metal in the eye is sharpened metal in the eye
Twenty Eight Day of Elnu-Hamba (Elnu Descendent), 1349 A. L. (After Landfall)
Though Swift Pebble loved not the deep briny waters nor the cold dark depths she swam in them willingly in search for He of Many Forms. She had not spent much time with him, but she knew him to be wise and old even by the measure of the seafolk, with power over its lesser spirits the favor of the great ones. So what makes you think you can save him then little paddler? The voice sounded all too much like her granddam who had been most against her 'foolish gallivanting' but they didn't call her Swift Pebble because she liked to sit around tale to snout. Moving quickly as she was able she stuck close to the pale columns to take advantage of the murkier water. But as the seafloor continued to rise out past the Sea Cat had marked she was starring to wonder if it had been entirely wise to come...
The stone floor rose in jagged stones, not white like frozen trees, but black like the teeth of some dreadful beast risen from the sandy mouth of some long dead beast. Swift Pebble did her best not to think of dragon... it was as it turned out very hard not to think of things, especially things with far too many teeth whose skull she had so long looked over. The prospect of such things was a lot more pleasant when it was safely dead and above water.
The prospect of some kind of sea wyrm chilled her to the bone.
Perhaps it was more than the chill of fear that was getting to her... the water moved and swirled against the current, a ripple seen out of the corner of the eye, after a jolt of fear dismissed. It was obvious enough which way Swift Pebble aught to be going, towards the central mass of the almost island, amidst the dead garden of stone pale and black. The fish were getting scarce here, though they were also getting bigger, silver brutes almost as long from tail to head as she was and some of those heads were festooned with far more fearsome teeth than she was minded to deal with.
Thankfully they either weren't hungry or just didn't know what to make of the furry interloper in their watery home. Fish were not the smartest of beasts, the nimble otter was more than able to keep away as she made for the entrance into the side of the stillborn island. Just a little peak inside and he would be.
"Well... well, well, what have we here?" a voice that rippled in the water like icicles in winter breaking. "Aren't you a bit far from lake and liver?"
Swift Pebble turned head over tale so fast it might have been funny in other company, but now the last thing she felt was mirth. It was a good thing she did not need to breathe because there before her with hair like kelp and skin like the crumbling chalk. She looked almost like a human only stretched out, like a giant had grabbed hold of her by the head and feet and pulled until she was about four tail-lengths longer.
For one panicked instant she considered just pretending she was one of the lesser kin, who knew not the speech of man, but Swift Pebble realized that would not fool anyone with eyes in their head. She was rearing a belt and on that belt tools... and the deep grey eyes of the water spirit bored into hers.
"I was just curious about this place. I heard from a friend that it was passing strange and the home of all manner of strange folk."
"A friend...." the spirit hummed. "You wouldn't happen to be looking for another friend of yours would you? One who took on the seat of kings and made it his own, one who allowed a Given Child to fall into the hands of the Formless, one who is not condemned!" Higher and higher the words came, until they were almost painful to hear, but the spirit made no move to snatch at Swift Pebble.
She did not stay around to give her the chance, but at once turned tail and swam back.
It was not until she saw the sword-light in the distance that the otter-kin felt safe.
What do you do?

OOC: The stealth roll did not go well at the start, not really an auspicious start for a rogue but it could have been worse.
I love Swift Pebble POVs. The Otter-kin have such a neat perspective.
Too bad that her stealth didn't hold up, but she'll get better with practice.
As for fighting, it might come to that, but it doesn't have to end that way. We are not in our preferred environment at all, and we do not have the advantage of surprise on our side. Makes me lean toward attempting to negotiate. From our recent conversation with Lina, at the very least we have some info that might be worth something to them.
