I think I'll just be doing this every turn and leaving the important stuff for everyone else.

I'm thinking that our best option right now is finding out what the Administratum are up to, and to probe for any weak links within the organization; the former will of course allow us to properly anticipate what they're focusing on and try to avoid their ire, whilst the latter may present opportunities to undermine and/or recruit them to our cause. Depending on what information we get, it may also help us with finding a new headquarters or another way between the layers of the hive city, although that is up to the GM to decide.
 
[X] Start writing the "Bible" of the cult. Before distribution, we must make the foundation of our faith. With the "Bible" we will be able to recruit people more effectively

So how does riot vote works? Do we each represent a portion of the cult who will do what we voted for, or are we voting for the only action that the cult will take?

I think you must put a space between the ] and the next word for the option to be counted.

It is the former, each vote is a portion of the cult doing something.
