I like the idea here, but am not sure I like choosing Skrýmir to be the thief rather than someone new. As an alternative, I'll suggest having the thief be a slave of the Druyul Empire.

I just wanted to finally name it but had no idea so I used GPT-2 to generate one.

Yeah, that's a good point but there is already a proposed act about a druyul slave wanting vengeance, the Celestial Fire Emperor is probably too strong for a "mere" newly ascended ziggurat minor god and I like building up on already existing stuff.
Claiomh + Ziggurat godhood vs Refutation mastery and Ziggurat godhood and some legend is probably a more interresting and narrow fight IMO.

Skrýmir though quite honesty is the only one that's currently free and potentially powerful enough to overcome the Celestial Fire Emperor (who not only is basically a God but also has had his power boosted a hundred-fold by that orb he's wearing). Everyone else is either occupied or dealing with revolts/uprisings.

Personally I don't really want to send anyone stronger because just smacking around the Druyul for daring to be evil is just plain boring (and because they're my creations). It's also why I don't want to give direct godly favor to the sea-ants in the Cloudlands or make the Hollow King go to sleep and inevitably let his armies collapse. Seriously, can't you let evil win for once?

We could focus it more on the "theft" part of it than the actual fight? Losing the next flame of ascension is a big deal for the Druyul even if the result isn't someone who can match the current emperor immediately. A result where the new god manages to wound the Emperor by taking them by surprise but then is forced to flee by the emperor's greater power would be similarly dramatic without requiring us to haul someone basically unrelated across the world.

[x] Heart Eater Foxes (Voxkoli) (lesser act)
a metamorphosis that ribbon foxes can undergo. They become substantially larger. Going from the size of a garter snake to about the size of a normal fox or wolf, their snake half the length of an anaconda. Their butterfly wings now replaced with the wings of carnivorous or scavenging birds. Unlike Ribbon Foxes, Heart Eaters can become selectively tangible and are resistant to all magic except for water magic. They are intelligent, capable of understanding speech, and planning ambushes. HEF are known for ripping out the emotional heart of their still living victims, leaving them emotionless and listless. The resulting emotional/ spiritual heart is used to decorate their nests in the unseen and provide a nurturing environment for their eggs. Should the victim die the spiritual heart will disappear. People can quest into the unseen (or occasionally the material depending on where it nests) in order to retrieve the heart of their loved ones. But it is a dangerous quest, and the Voxkoli will defend their nest viciously, especially when they have eggs.

As creatures of immaterial void they are unaffected by the stone plague and can not spread it. They find the suffering statuary gardens of the plague act as ideal nurseries. This does somewhat relieve the prisoners suffering, while also providing a natural defense for eggs and young ribbon foxes. Voxkoli who nest in these living statuary gardens tend to be less aggressive, but also form larger flocks.

As intelligent creatures they are capable of learning and using magic. They are only about as smart as corvids and octopus tho. Think pop culture velociraptor vibes.

HEF/Voxkoli are the sexually mature form of ribbon foxes. Like eels ribbon foxes can live their whole lives and never proceed to sexual maturity. HEF tend to lay four to ten eggs to a nest. It is said that their eggs are delicious and to taste one is to never again know sorrow. The eggs can also be good ingredients in mood regulators, and several magical rituals.

Across all of creation, across time and space itself, everyone, from man to ogre to skrayt to ant hears a voice from afar. What voice this is shall never be known, but the single message that it delivers shall affect all of creation for all time.

One single word echos through the minds of everyone. That word is "PREPARE", and it is a warning for what shall come. The Black Death bacteria, a disease which killed millions in a world known as Earth in some other universe far far away, shall be placed into the bodies of several rats and animals on the continent of Stronheim. From there the disease shall spread, killing all that stands in its path.

Let it be known that someone at least gave a warning, for those who did not heed it shall be given a terrible fate. All may interpret it as they will.

When the Arm of Embla was lost the Blood that would have fallen to the ground was instead gathered by a Maker fond of creating Items of Power and Infused within A Divine Sword only capable of being wielded or even moved by one who embodies the traits Embla admires most in her children, even allowing or rejecting prospective users based on her whims, As long as one wields the sword, they are effectively a DemiGod and conceptually considered one of Embla's children. The sword allows one to borrow the power of Humanities Mother as if it were their own as well as having a spiritual and mental connection to her controlled primarily by Embla, whether from the seen or the unseen. (Basically, if she dies in the future it still works.)

Well, pollinating insects were recently introduced here:

And it turns out that flies are the primary pollinator for a lot of plant groups! Along with this, the Black Death was also transmitted by humans and other animals along with insects, so either way the plague is going to spread rapidly.

I'd suggest just grabbing some random person or beast and dropping it in there at the right time. Who said there needs to be a fight at all? Stealth and speed can substitute for power.

I like it more, but I'm still of a mind it should be using a new character rather than Skrýmir. I think the history of the world benefits more from having more actors doing their own thing rather than a few actors who are given something to do every turn even if it's unrelated to what they have going on so far.

I went with the elemental bloodlines since Npt reminded me that elemental materials already exist. Which is something I'm tempted to write an omake about just so we can finally see them in action. But onto the act, any changes I should make to the bloodlines? Comments? Concerns?

-Across the world of Aebrirea 15 people are born, each with a unique bloodline catalyzed from the 15 elements. Beyond a natural affinity for their element, they each have a unique bloodline ability.
—Metal: Metal Eater: Members of this bloodline can absorb metal into their body to permanently enhance it. Lower quality metal is replaced as better metals are absorbed.
—Water: Water Form: Members of this bloodline can change various parts of their body into water. They may even turn their whole body into water, however, this is severely exhausting.
—Ice: Ice Veins: Members of this bloodline can flash freeze anything that enters or exits their body and are immune to the cold. The frozen objects are always searingly cold.
—Wood: Wood Stalker: Members of this bloodline grow thin splinters instead of hair that can be plucked and thrown with ease. Their eyes can see the weaknesses of a target's body.
—Fire: Fire Will: Members of this bloodline have a scorching internal flame that, when expelled, can be molded into a solid object and are immune to heat. These projections can become permanent with enough internal fire.
—Earth: Earth Surfing: Members of this bloodline can slip through dirt and stone as if it was water, just like water they need to hold their breath. While submerged their body heals.
—Wind: Wind Step: Members of this bloodline are fast and agile as they produce winds that propel them forward. Using this they can maneuver or even turn while in the air.
—Lightning: Lightning Purification: Members of this bloodline are immune to electricity and can briefly transform into lightning. They don't have much control in this form, only being able to move in straight jagged lines.
—Light: Light Crafting: Members of this bloodline slowly absorb light over time which they can later expel to create fragile light sculptures and illusions. The more light they have the less tired they get and vice versa.
—Dark: Dark Connection: Members of this bloodline have shadows that can be made to act independently of the owner. The shadow instantly returns to its owner if "destroyed".
—Life: Life Blessing: Members of this bloodline have full control of their own blood and can regenerate from any wound so long as they're alive. Blood outside of the body can be controlled until it has dried up.
—Death: Death Bones: Members of this bloodline have full control of their own bones and can rapidly grow bone out of their bodies. They do not feel pain and can cleanly remove produce bone as needed.
—Space: Space Walk: Members of this bloodline can store non-living objects they can carry in a personal pocket space and have greater spatial awareness. The space is about the size of a small room.
—Time: Time Skip: Members of this bloodline can, with noticeable strain, "skip" a second or two of time, during which anything that was done to them effectively never happened. This effect may look like instant healing to outsiders.
—Void: Void Body: Members of this bloodline are highly resistant to all direct magical attacks that aren't infused with void energy. Their ability to use non-void-based magic is equally decreased.

-The Prism Flowers start appearing outside of the spring's area, slowly growing outwards.
—Flowers with more uncommon elements begin to appear more.
-The Flowers near the springs grow larger as they obtain more spring water which lets them store and produce more magical energy.
—Some even start to gain attributes of the energy. I.E the water mana Prism Flower starts having a small amount of water gather around it while the stem becomes more fluid.
-The flowers begin to bloom and release mana of the type they are while the newer flowers outside the spring still stay dormant.
-The blooming flowers near the spring's petals become very nutritious and grant more magical energy.
-The flower petals become incredibly durable when dried if the magical energy hasn't been drained.
-Those in contact with the flowers for long periods of time slowly absorb the magical energy the flower produces even if none is left within the petals
-Flowers that lack petals will slowly regrow them.
