What would alleviate my suspicion is actually like scum hunting and not just trying to save your own skin but that's just my 2c

I said I suck at analysis at the beginning of the game, I think? And I've stated my reads on people plenty of times, just not recently, because I'm not sure where they sit currently.

Anyway. This next bit is partially head canon, but the GM said I could choose how to interpret the lore, so…*slaps cheeks to get into character*

"Hi, I'm Zaealix Omega-Chan! The reason the name thing happened is because in fact, I don't have a SV username! See, I'm the mysterious Eldritch Yandere that thought everyone should be more like Zaealix-senpai, and so started forcibly altering brains! Some people figured out what I was doing though, and started wearing tinfoil hats to block out my psychic brainwashing virus. Meanies. Even worse, they've started killing my precious little Zaealixes! I don't know who they are, but it's my job to work with my team to figure that out, then stop them from hurting anyone else, by any means necessary!

With my Eldritch Yandere powers, I can analyze a target, and determine what they can and can't do! The tinfoil hats might have a way to block this though, I'm not sure. Also, as the source of the Zaealixism, I have a passive ability as well! It only really works if it catches people off-guard though, so for now, iiit's a seee-creeet! :lol:

For a while, I was worried about revealing my identity because I was concerned that an outsider might have the goal of dealing with me. It's almost like someone might think making everyone more like Zaealix-Senpai is a bad thing! But now, it looks like the outsider might be being dealt with, so concealing my true identity is less of a concern now.

I really hope this is a good enough explanation for you, @Cyricubed . If one of my little mini-Zaealixes wound up killing men due to a misunderstanding, it would just break my heart.

Some of it was a flavor argument though, Nictis-kun. My information is very vague, and I'm primarily basing what I'm saying off of the things in thread. That said, you do have a point in that it's probable that my true nature influenced my interpretation of the common knowledge.
 
So to be clear, you're a rolecop that can only investigate members of the Zaealix Collective then?

Nope! What I said about my ability before remains accurate. I'm just saying that it would make a lot of sense flavor-wise if the tinfoil mafia had a way to avoid my scan, as normally, I'd be able to tell if I'd brainwashed them or not, even if just from looking at a list, right? So they must have some way of fooling my senses already and making me think I got them. I'm guessing it's tinfoil hats, but I don't know for sure.

4) The original Zaelix role probably exists. If it does, I could see it as either village or elim, or even 3p. After all, the change seems to come with a mind control aspect. The original isn't necessarily affected by that. Likely reads as town if elim.
4) conversion is baked into the game's premise. Odds of some sort of conversion are a lot higher than your standard closed game.
5) there seems to be a lot of people who have the thread up, but aren't posting. Possibly lots of private communication?

Oh, and on my cryptic bit earlier:
The message was to original name-kun! IIRC, they had implied that they thought I might be Zaealix prime earlier because of the name thingy. I said that I wasn't, but the logic was right. I then pointed them towards the bit where I talked about the source of the alterations at the beginning of the game.

It also might have been someone else, but somebody was implying that I might be prime, and the message was to them.

I don't think I ever cared about any sort of flavor.

I'm going to make this clear I don't care at all about flavor.
