Time and Time Again:
Purchase Property: You think there is an old munitions warehouse, abandoned after the war, that can serve as a laboratory. Even the City of Berlin wants to get rid of it. (Cost 7,000 Marks Note: Will be in need of repair) Rolled:D100 => 80
The Old Armerment building was a mess, a wreck that was bombed during the final days of the war of the strategic bombing of the Americans, during the final months of the war, and the owner of the building, some armament man who had lost everything during the war, had sold it and all the equipment in it during the occupation. Leaving only a shell of a building.
It also had quite a bit of damage, not proper facilities to use the restrooms, the water lines were damaged, windows were blown out, a hole was on the roof.
The only thing that wasn't damaged was the gas and electrical lines, and that was only because they were underground, and under some strong defenses, that was built back in the first world war.
You learned something important as well.
The Bunker connected into the Berlin sewers, and it was well hidden.
Interesting.
Turns out this place was built to serve as a headquarters for the Kaiser during the Great War if Berlin was ever invaded.
Reward: Future Corporations now owns a Former Armerments Warehouse, in need of repair.
It also connects to the sewers via secret tunnels.
Certain actions that are taken now gain a roll bonus.

The Nazi Party, which had been outlawed by the new constitution, has come back in another form.
The Social Progressive Militant Workers Party.
Nazi's by literally another name. And they have taken to the streets, demanding the release of certain Nazi War Criminals. Including their so-called leader, Albert Speer.
Communists as well, have risen in the streets, all waving red flags, wishing for a revolution to join the Soviet's influence.
There may not be violence in the streets, but there is chaos. Unrest and street gangs roving all over Berlin. And you fear it can only get worse.
A strange thing did occur, that struck a blow to their movement. And strike fear into the revolts all across Germany.
Retired Field Marshal Rommel, probably fearing another civil war, did not support the actions of his countrymen, at least publically, and offered his services to roll tanks through Berlin to quell the protests and use any means necessary to stop the Nazi Protests from getting worse.
Though the government did approve the former hero professing his loyalty to the state, Hans Spindel, now Supreme General of the Bundeswehr. Warned that such actions may make matters worse, and giving any powers back to the former Nazi's even one who helped overthrow Hitler, was going to set a very bad precedent.
Reward: There is Chaos in Berlin.

You are correct, Germany is a unified, disarmed, and neutral nation in the Cold War. (currently).
The problem is, if there is even a hint of rearmerment, even to take down rioters.
The Soviets will be sending enough tanks to destroy Germany.
It doesn't even have to be that (maybe secret research) I think more economically.

The protests erupted all over Germany. Many of the former military, men who had fought for the Wermacht, answered the call to serve as police troops.
They came in numbers that could be described… with feelings of this…
They were angry. They wanted to go home, and they did not want to fight anymore.
But they vowed one thing.
All the Chaos would end. There would be no Nazification in Germany. There would be no successor to Hitler. There would be no 4th Reich.
There would be no Communist revolution either.
There would only be one thing to determine the future of Germany.
The German People.

To describe the crackdown would be to undersell just how effective it was.
Entire riots, protests, even underground terrorist organizations, funded by both the United States, The USSR, and other Former Nazis, were arrested.
Jails, prisons, even private homes of those officers were being used as cells as the radicals among them were sorted and charged with treason, Nazification, terrorism, destruction of private property.
And many many more crimes.
Even another assassination attempt on the Chancellor failed, and only prompted more of the Neo Nazi's and the former Remnants to fall from grace.
It may have been chaotic, but the Nazis finally lost the invincible hold over Germany.
And the communists were revealed to be the stooges of the Soviets they always were.
Reward: The final holds of the Nazis and communists in Germany are broken.
For a Generation, it will not return.

It was soon going to all be over. He could be doing it himself. But the Politburo wished for him to be in a meeting about overseeing the Red Army demobilization.
A Shame, he wanted to put a bullet in his head himself.

The Winter Soldier did not care that his superior was… being an oily slime.
He was just going to die out of breath.
He snapped his neck. Then there was no more breath, and the problem was dealt with.
He was very… very happy that the man was no longer talking.
Though there was something on his mind.
That kid who saw him. Why did he let him go?
Was it because he saw Steve?
No… something else was gnawing in his head.
A reminder of who he once was.
