I feel like people aren't thinking things through with the idea of using our own name for a company when you remember that we are likely to be targeted by Nazis, we are Jewish, and this is right after the Old Man just went through an assassination attempt. Like seriously, we are freaking 12, Jewish in a time with Nazi's still being around in Germany right after Hitler's rule and have next to zero combat skills. We can always just change the company name later, as in at least when we are past our teenage years and/or have decent combat skills, but right now putting our name on our company seems like it's a terrible idea at the moment.
Especially when we were just told that there will be a disaster event coming up involving the neo nazis acting up.

Tbh we have fucking eric guarding our location i think he would love to deal with nazis. It would only really end up with a question of how many nazis do we have to bury and from the way our father is i can expect that he knows many locations and would be happy to share them on where we could get rid of them. Proud Jewish corporation giving jerbs to former soldiers and those who are out of work would be really really good for pr and help counter far right nonsense and anti-semitism that is still rampant in the country. ALSO JOBS FOR ALL THE FORMER CONCENTRATION CAMP PEOPLE. They got freed and are currently wandering around destitute plenty of learned men in their perfect for pharmacy work. Eric would only be protecting our company while we can just be targeted directly and he isn't going to be around us 24/7. On top of that we can just fail the roll to hire him which would have him leave. As a reminder we literally rolled a nat 1 just this turn so it's a real possibility. Hence the kind of thing I meant when I said not thinking things through.
Again, we can literally just change the name later when we aren't literally a pre-teen and have decent combat skills to defend ourselves. On top of that we don't need to wait that long since something like another training session can give us both enough time for our body to grow and gain new self defense skills.

could just name it that now, and dice roll and 1s happen they could happen next turn no matter what we name the company at the end of the day future corporation as a name blows. Also those benefits of being jewish company employing jews wouldn't last forever they might do an israel but I dunno if thats realistic due to the concentration camps closing before real documentation went down of what was going on.

We don't need to roll a 1 specifically, just rolling low enough to fail would do it which is the point you are missing. Also nothing would stop us from hiring Jews just because of the name since that's something we can do regardless. Also again we can just change the freaking name later and even use our name when it's less of an issue. Seriously, people are making way too big a deal about the name in my opinion.
First off the name doesn't really make sense here since we do plan to branch off to other things. Second it's noted that we would be targeted directly and honestly doing something that would have our company people targeted just because seems like a pretty big dick move considering our goal of giving people opportunities seems contradictory with putting them in danger. Also we are already being challenged on numerous fronts, we are Jewish in a recently post Nazi Germany, we have the Infinity Formula in our veins which many nations would kill for, we are a person of interest among many people including Hydra and are at risk of being kidnapped if we are not careful. we are getting a disaster roll next turn and finally our dad is in the hospital.

Yeah but on top of being 12 we still aren't good at direct combat. Like just beause the guys that built the nuke built the freaking nuke doesn't mean that they are good in actual fights. On top of that it would be really awkward for a 12 year old to explain why they are carrying explosives on them. Not to mention all the potential collateral damage with using bombs.
And it was noted that said people are Nazis. Heinrich just personally experienced how that ended up for the Jews the last time.
Yeah I know we have a target on our backs. Just rather we not make it bigger than need be. My reasoning for not directly using our name on the company is so that people don't immediately clue in to us or at least on a large scale. Example being that most people don't know the names of the heads of most companies barring the really famous ones. Was pretty much hoping to buy time for us to level up before we really started gaining fame.
But if your ruling says otherwise I will accept it. It's your quest after all.
While I do like challenges and support them after a point just adding them on just because feels like masochism.

do not be hypocritical, seriously the name that this plan has is not very ingenious and it also sounds generic (it sounds like the name that would be given by the corner pharmacy that dreams of having subsidiaries or something like that in the future)
Because I am responding to the specific point about the name I chose not fitting when we plan to branch out into other fields, not the entirety of what Red Bovine is saying.
That doesn't mean what i said isn't true future corp is a terrible name. It sounds like its from some dystopian super corp land. It just sounds evil tbh.

First off if you are going to be using an argument you should try using something else besides 'I personally don't like it' because people can have different opinions as shown people thinking it's an alright name. Second on the argument of 'uniqueness' using ones name isn't really original and in fact can be considered just as generic as what you are accusing. People have outright pointed out that many famous companies are named after the people founding them.
Edit; For the record I think it;s totally fine to want to use our name for a company. Just think people shouldn't pretend it's being original.

There is nothing more generic than using your name / surname / nickname for the name of something
As they said before, each one has their opinion and the argument I personally like the most is not valid.
but, at least we have a reason for the name of the company that goes beyond "it fits with as it is named in the comics"
