Don't have much against her personally on account of us knowing so little about her except from the one blurb about eating Versch, - which Augustine almost did too, now that I think about it, this mother-daughter pair sure have good taste, - and whatever she did that made the Tyrant swear vengeance on her, the details of which we don't really know. Except that it maybe involved her siblings? Given what she did to her biological family and that the Shard probably isn't in the habit of having children too often, I'm thinking it's the usual story of unethical experiments gone awry and the sole survivor tearfully swearing to avenge the clones.
Anyway, my reasons for voting Diplomacy aren't complicated. For one, I just want to fight Shard because that sounds rad, and I don't think leaving her behind is a good idea if there's anything we can do about it.

Alright, launching a new initiative. Behold! The Subquest Tracker!
This is a dedicated index for the various subquests, as well as their reactions and commentary! I have tried to be careful, but I may well have missed reactions or even full entries. Please tag me if you would like your subquest reaction featured, as the ones small enough not to reach Orm's index are still valid here.

Update as of 2021/July/31: I lost track of this. Sorry. I know for a fact that @Aabcehmu and @OctarineShrike have written new subquests since I last updated this, and there are almost certainly others. Maybe better omake-tracking mechanisms will be available in the future, and I'll be able to update this - or maybe it won't even be necessary.

Thanks for putting this all together Horatio! This helps me a lot actually, I keep meaning to draw some omakebearers and having all of the subquests organized in order and in one place will be a real research timesaver once I can finally get around to them!
Well, Divinity 2 allows you to play as undead, so between that and the title I figured I was obligated to attempt adapting Baenlixnaire. Turns out he takes poorly to imprisonment, resulting in an irate lich tearing his way through Fort Joy alongside the only undead companion. Tyranshal I made in Pillars of Eternity, mostly as an excuse to dump Resolve (mechanically the worst stat for wizards) as low as posthumanly possible. The playthrough's ongoing, pursuing knowledge at every opportunity makes for a fun experience.

Kae sounds like the most interesting character aside from Charlotte, and we don't have enough points to get an interesting magic build if we pick the latter. Hence, maximum bullet time.
This is probably not a great build if we weren't going to get more from Stonelight, but since we are? Probably the best short-to-midterm synergy. Mentalism seems to benefit a lot from preptime, and Intercept multiplies preptime. It also supplies some kind of attack magic - I'm guessing hasted punches, supersonic finger-flicks, maybe lightning bolts? Kind of a Gunm vibe. But I could be totally wrong about those.

Incidentally, I would very much appreciate participation in my subquest! Helping active quests stay active was a large part of my motivation for this project, although the Arete is a nice bonus.

Just cut through, there's no reason to complicate this shit by trying to recruit her. Does UV even have enough slots to fit Augustine? Kinda ironic if we can't protect the Protector.

No reason to spend Arete here either in my opinion, we still need 12 to finish the DA we committed to after killing the Fish. What happens if we haven't mined enough, do we just fucking fall over? Hitting 2 Arete debt's lethal IIRC, but this is Aobaru's circus so who knows how that would be represented. Probably just go with the runner up, making this safe if wasteful.
