If this was the deal let us keep it. Not that I mind if Rest wins - we didn't tackle the Temple for the Ring's power but to rescue the Ring and harvest the power from killing the Guardians and we're getting a good haul.

So, after the temple I don't want to hang around leading and caring for the survivors. We might want to claim suzerainty over them and Ennoble a new, less objectionable, leadership to govern them in our name. Then move on.
We have things to do before we go to Empire Outpost:

Seeing it laid out made it clear avenger is only slightly better in this situation but far less applicable in the future.
Besides, the higher Hunger's rank the faster he'll be able to heal his conditions. Including the mess he'll probably get from this.

You know, it occurs to me that the reason Peerless grace doesn't grant Arete might be because this is secretly a vote to see how far she's progressed her Sharpbright, astral studies, and her Rank. After all, what's the use of Rank if you can just spill soup without the universe giving you a out???

Meh, I'm against SAVE in many votes anyway, let's have soup. Won't be the dumbest thing I've ever voted for (pretty sure I was partly responsible for the Fishing vote). If I'm going to be responsible by picking Ruler and Vassal instead of nice person route, I'll make up for it by being silly about the all-important soup vote.

Obviously by far the most important vote here is the fate of the soup! Give Hunger something delicious to look forward to after his trials.
With the revelation that ring hatefulness could have an effect on the ring bearer I'd like Eminence since it reduces the rings hate the most.
Ruler And Vassal is a nice balance that provides us with 7 arete and offers Gisena some good scaling as the ringbearer without causing the Azure ring to hate either of us. Let's honor the deal that was made.
