We very literally would have died if we'd chose the greed option last vote.

Okay, please don't count anything I'm saying as an argument for the temple, but I'm looking at the fishing updates for anything maybe helpful if the lemming vote wins. +Evidence that the obvious trap is a trap. Ctrl+f for moon, not particularly meaningful 'cause we yoinked the Evening Sky in the same update. The world being the audience sets off my paranoia though.

Only useful idea... the "False Moon" could be a reflection in the water. The temple might be under a lake.
This update we forced a beast to appear with the power of our ring while mentioning the lake. I think this implies that a suspiciously nice fishing spot appeared because we wished for it and it was manifested by [Ring of Power].

Yeah, high reward for its risk, far far far FAR less risk that the trap that is the Moon Temple and the ability to get more shit from it anyways, whats not to love?

Come on guys, Civilization offers so many side benefits! Don't be a basement wilderness-dwelling hunter who never interacts with anyone outside of his sad extremely limited social circle!

I'm afraid being an isolated loner who never talks to new people has an unbeatable emotional resonance at the moment!

Interesting... Temple out to an early lead, it pays 2 Arete but you'll likely have to spend more if you want to survive it! I thought you guys wanted to save Arete?

Perhaps there are new magics you could acquire, items of power to equip Gisena and Letrizia with (your arsenal being full), even supplies to repair the Armament?

If you didn't like Seven Seals, we could see what other magic systems are out there we can be initiated into(Ordinalism, Vitalism, Battle Mastery, non Heaven Shattering version of Outer Sorcery, etc), maybe initiate Gisena or Letrezia into Accretion, possibly even repair the Giant Robot. The right synergy can explosively upgrade our progression.

On the one hand, dungeon-delving without a white mage. On the other, Apocryphal mitigation. Screw the rewards, that insight alone is worth the danger.
The pick is in case we have to bail on the dungeon before completing it. Losing power-ups to caution sucks, but with a free slot we might not feel as compelled to get ourselves killed.

It is far easier to be strong enough to be above the law with these local civs than the Human Sphere

Though, going by the example of Ber and Seralize, you're not there yet! Especially for the type of cosmopolitan city-state you'll be aiming for. That said, gaining access to even one viable and synergistic magic system could massively increase your rate of progression...

We can get access to other magic systems via civilization?

It's pretty strongly implied.

[ ] Make For Civilization - Your Rank having been augmented by recent efforts, you can navigate the Voyaging Realm nearly as well as Verschlengorge himself. Though the Tyrant's Doom afflicts you still, at least your Decimation is absent. Morally it's a good idea to take care of any civilized business in this window. Logistically, civilization confers the power of multitudes to solve your problems. Perhaps there are new magics you could acquire, items of power to equip Gisena and Letrizia with (your arsenal being full), even supplies to repair the Armament?

You'll let Gisena do most of the talking, so as not to provoke your Doom.

*Wide range of outcomes, available options will be determined by a combination of thread participation, fanworks and random chance.
*Low-Medium Risk, Moderate Reward is the likeliest outcome
*Potentially outfit your existing party members, and acquire new party members!
*Can sell your giant pearl for lots of money
*You can't reach Letrizia's civ, so you're looking for native societies.

After selecting an INT/CHA build vote we should cash in on it. It would be a waste otherwise.

Doom of the Tyrant can't proc if there's no civilization to proc it! :thonk:
This is the same line of galaxy-brain thinking that leads to 'mitigating' the Doom of the Martyr by killing everyone you meet. High-grade problem alchemy at work!

Hm... False Moon -> "That's no moon..." -> clearly we'd be boarding the Death Star.

More seriously, it's probably underwater or something, since the ink dissipated in the air and the message was found inside the King Fish.

It's probably one of those crazy dungeons where you have to enter the reflection of the tenple to enter it, and it's innate magicalness makes magic suppression a unique effect.
