"My name is Yukina, but not that Yukina. I'm not sure if I'm an Uchida or not. I'm working with the Kyoto Magical Girl Alliance. I enjoy bartending. Nice to meet you," you replied cordially but a great improvement from the first time you both met.

"Bartending is it? That's amazing. So you mix drinks like that?" Kazumi asked as she smiled your way.

"Just the one time. I mostly just watch," you clarified with a nod

"Still you can do it. Right?" Kazumi giggled as she tapped her cheek, "Well I mostly just watched how my friends cooked too. Say, can you mix some for me in the future?"

"You're still a minor," you pointed out with a frown.

"Well it doesn't have to be alcoholic! Just something nice and sweet. I might even try making some of my own," Kazumi said with a shrug. She sat down before you as she stretched, "It's been a long day it seems."

"Indeed," you agreed with a nod. You raised your gaze and asked, "I was... Unconscious for the most part of your visit. I'm sorry but can you tell me what happened?"

"Oh. Sai and Reika were asking about Evil Nuts," Kazumi explained with a more serious look, "They're items akin to grief seeds but they react in such a way that they turn normal humans into monsters."

"Monsters?" You asked with a frown.

"Pseudo-Witches," Kazumi answered as she met your gaze, "They're dangerous but people could revert back to normal if they extract the Evil Nuts."

"These Evil Nuts... Where did they come from and why are they circulating?" You asked with a frown.

"It's been two years since the incident. But they were created by a person among the Pleiades Saints," Kazumi explained as she thought back to the past, "I... Don't know their exact use but I know they're dangerous."

"But they were manufactured here. Then it's possible that in that time, information on how to create them was leaked alongside the creation of GriefBornes," you guessed with a shake of your head.

"Listen, for your sake don't ever be infected by them. You'll end up losing your mind," Kazumi warned you with a grim look, "It can turn normal magical girls into Witches easily and who knows what it could do to you."

"You sound like you had experience," you pointed out.

"I did. Back when I was... Like you," Kazumi managed a small smile, "My circumstances were different however. I was a full blown witch living in a human shell. Whereas there's five seeds inside of you. I told Sai and Reika everything I knew. There are girls in the city that know but the experts on the subject are Umika and Kaoru. After your confrontation I doubt they would help you."

"We can't rely on them then. But would you have an idea where to start looking?" You asked.

"The freezer," Kazumi replied as she looked down at the table, "It's where Soul Gems were stored once they were filled with corruption. It was a futile resistance of the Saints against the Magical Girl System. It's also where they created me."

"And you sent my friends there to investigate?" You asked with a raised eyebrow.

"It's been cleaned out and abandoned by Umika and Kaoru. But that's also where the Evil Nuts was manufactured by the Pleiades member," Kazumi nodded as she met your gaze.

"If a leak on our creation could happen then it's possible this information could leak too," you said with a grim tone.

"It is highly possible," Kazumi agreed with a firm expression.

"I see. Well, you said you were created there?" You asked her once more.

"Yes. Created there using the magic of the Pleiades. All so they could bring back their cherished person," Kazumi explained as she lowered her head.

You tensed up as your mind recalled the image of Yuri resigning to her fate when you first woke up.

"That's besides what matters," you told her as you shook your head, "What matters now is stopping the production line. But... As it is I can only hope the others could manage things better."

"I know I was the one who made the conditions but... If you want, I can take you out of here," Kazumi said with nod.

"I... But Sai said I need to stay here," you told her with a regretful look, "I can't really leave."

"I see... That's a shame," Kazumi said as she looked out the window, "I hope they're all right. This town isn't all that safe."

"I mean... Even if I did go out, magical girls would still notice that I'm not human," you pointed out with a grim look.

"Ah. I have a solution for that," Kazumi smiled as she brought out a disguise out of thin air, "Just wear this!"

"Isn't that... A suit?" You blinked as you stared at the classy black suit and tie.

"It's a disguise!" Kazumi insisted, her eyes no doubt having another agenda for dressing you in that.
