So would the mooks just be simple peasants and humans or would certain people have unique mooks like Eggman with his robots, Bowser with his army, KH's Maleficent and the heartless, Xehanort and his Nobodies, etc. and etc.

Normal humans.

Like I said everyone has been nerfed to dynasty warriors standards.

Now it doesn't have to stay like this, but it's gonna take some serious commitment to get an OCP up to the level of power in their universe.

Cause if I didn't do that this would devolve into a VS debate.

Why not give them special mooks? In warriors orochi they had different mooks for the different factions. Hell man this is Dynasty Warriors give these people unique looking armies. Not like it'll make a difference among the 1000 man killing warriors

Well, depends.

How would people feel about certain characters having unique mooks, but they don't amount to much outside of window dressing?

I am asking this of all the voters here.

Would be nice to see them attempt stupid things that work in their universe but fail miserably because we have physics on Earth.
Robots run out of energy and cannot recharge due to it being the Warring Kingdoms period, Mario attempts to jump really high but splats in the ground because of gravity (curses, Newton!), main characters dying left and right because they are no longer in possession of plot armor anymore (what do you mean my brave jump across the chasm doesn't result in me getting saved at the last minute?).

I'm okay with that besides I want to see characters react to there armies being destroyed by Lu Bu, or have a perspective of a mook wondering if his faction will win.

Fine... I say we have crazy powers still active, though. Perhaps logistics problems like robots can still only be operated for short periods before needing recharging, because I have no idea how those things will get the energy they need to operate in this time period.
Magic and superhuman abilities would be cool, kinda fits the setting.
I still want to have that bum who follows the action that gets the action delivered to them constantly but somehow survives. Maybe have a gag OCP who doesn't realized they're isekai'd?

Well Eggman's robots are powered by baby animals so there's that, besides there are the Juggernauts that I still question but hey it's Dynasty Warriors.

Yeah true. I was thinking more of the kinds of robots that need exotic power sources or nuclear reactors. Oh well. However this world ends up, it'll be a glorious mess.

Well if anything I was thinking Eggman would be brought with a factory as his capital, and I say one cause we do need to make it fair to the other warlords.
