We need to remember that we can't just go back once we start killing: Once we start playing Taylor as an aggressive, trigger-happy cape, then that's what she is. It's much easier to play out a descent into more brutality than an ascent into less brutality, and the fact is that we're a powerful cape that can easily take them out. We don't need to kill them, so if we kill them than Taylor's personality will be 'go to killing as a first solution', which is a good way to get the heroes actively fighting us.
Not that I disagree with your second sentence, for the record, it's just we're playing a character, and early actions define the kind of choices we'll get later on (different person, different choices).

So, you decided caution is needed and now the girl was shoot. You aren't very good at this whole heroing thing. Your vigilance also isn't impressive, what kind of vigilante doesn't rough up the evil thugs a little bit? Maybe you should go villain for a change?
Ok, sorry for the sarcasm. The joke sounded better in my head. Anyway, let's watch (well, I'm writing and you're reading, but you know...) Taylor finally kick some ass, shall we?
Sigurd, class Saber
Include grants you Brute 4 strength and endurance, Mover 3 speed, ability to manifest a crystal sword and crystal daggers and the ability to fight with them both in melee and in range by punch-throwing(?) them
Have not been Installed yet
That's enough, you decide. You wanted to be careful with a possibly-new-Master/Stranger, but the girl got shot. There is no way you will stay and watch any longer. You enter the alley, surprising the trio of low-lifes. You don't waste the surprise and send three daggers flying. They all hit their targets, disarming the men from their weapons. You don't give them any chance to react and charge at them. When you are close enough (and boy, running so fast feels great) you punch the one who had shoot the gun. You withold your strength of course, you wanted them unconscious, not broken in half. Not that they don't deserve a beating, but you don't want to deal with police and heroes for being too rough, so at least for now you will not torment them or kill them.
The thug you just hit falls like a sack of potatoes. You kick the other one, while at the same time summoning your sword and hitting the last one with it's flat side. Few seconds, and all thugs are knocked out.
You disappear the blades and make your way to the girl. She is looking at you with amazed expression, but it soon changes to fear when you get closer. Maybe it's your costume? You didn't really hurt the men that much, so that's not it. Or maybe she thinks you are a male, when she almost got raped by three? You decide to speak to ease her worries. "Are you ok?"
She seems surprised to hear your voice, but she doesn't seem as scared right now. The male thing it was, then. "I-I... yes..."
You don't think she is fine. She is shaking, maybe from shock, maybe from cold, maybe both. Still, you nod. "Ok then. Cna you show me where you got hit?" She nods, and points at her right leg. You take out some bandages you made sure to carry every time you go out as a cape and start giving her first aid. While you do so, she is staring at your mask, and you are not if it's normal. "Is there something on my mask?" You mentally wince. That came out harsher than you intended.
"Ehm... not really. But who are you? I have never heard of a cape looking like you." Och, so that's why she was staring? "Not surprising, I'm a new vigilante, Hamartia." You wouldn't tell this anyone, but you are really proud of the name. Having English professor for a mother does have it's advantages.
"Hamartia? I see... Thank you for saving me Hamartia. My name is-" You interrupt her before she is done speaking "Don't!" She stops speaking, but seems utterly confused, so you explain. "Look, you really shouldn't be telling me your name. That I saw your face is already a problem." Based on her eyes you suspect that she still doesn't understand. "One of the most important unwritten rules between capes is that you look for other cape's civilian indentities. Those who do become targets of every hero and villain. So don't tell me your name, it would make things harder for both of us."
From about the half of your explanation, she seems to stiffen. You are not sure what you should tell her, so you stay silent. And so, you are bandaging her in silence. When you are done, you stand up. "Can you call police? I don't have phone yet. And you should get your leg checked in hospital." She stares at you instead of grabbing her phone. You sigh, that makes things difficult. Finally, she speaks. "So, my identity is safe with you?" You nod. "Yes, I don't want to know your real name. Remember though, you become a villain, and I will still hunt you down, just in costume." You warn her. Maybe it's not the best idea to threaten a girl who just triggered, but you don't really want her to join the criminals.
"And what would you do if I did become one?!" She suddenly shouts at you. Damn. You don't answer her question, mostly because you don't know the answer. Instead, you walk back to the still-unconscious men and tie them up. You should have probably done that at the beginning, but you had other things on your mind. Once done, you tell her once more to call 911 and leave. You shouldn't leave her like that, but you couldn't stay with her any longer, not with the way she was staring at you.
You really want to hit something, but you are also mentally tired. You really didn't want to deal with such stuff on your first day and it exhaused you... Wait, that's not it. While no way pleasant, you shouldn't be this much tired. Why then... You stop and consider the situation. Mental tiredness. The girl is Stranger. Did she use her power while staring at you? But then why didn't you behave strangely? Could it be... Sigurd as a saber class Servant has the Magic Resistance skill, but you ignored it at first, since you assumed that magic refers only to the stuff Casters and some other servants do. But what if it also works on parahuman powers, despite them not being true magic? It's possible. That... changes things. Both the fact that the girl actually targeted you with her power and that you can gain immunity to some parahumans. Your way to home was filled with thoughts on this subject. (New knowledge! Magic resistance skill can block some parahuman powers. Magic resistance skill will be mentioned from now on on "Current Servant")
Well, well, well, this time you got Miyu Edelfelt, a true Magical Girl! Class is Caster of course, though one with no Item Creation skill. Who would care about such a thing though, when you can shoot unlimited magical beams 24/7?
Include grants you the speed of Mover 2, endurance of Brute 1 and a wand that can shoot magical beams, giving you Blaster 4 rating. Also, Magic Resistance skill means you can resist some of the powers with rating of 3 or less (if only considering it's effect on a single individual)
Install has not yet been used
What's your plan for tomorrow?

[] Register at Protectorate
[] Write-in
Night (choose one):
[] Attack one of the gangs
-[] ABB

We already had one thing that would have been real helpful to know about before. There is probably plenty of other stuff that might be important to learn.

So, Patrol the city option got 2 votes out of 2 votes for the night, so... I wanted to make a pun, but I didn't have any idea for one. As for the day activity, there were 7 votes, all for Try to learn more about your powers. Two of them also asked to Install, but since 2/7 < 50% it won't happen.
Miyu Edelfelt, Caster.

Yesterday taught you something important. You don't know everything about your powers. You didn't know, for example, that Magic Resistance skill can block some parahuman powers. What else is there that you don't know about? You decide to spend this day testing yourself to find out.
First, you decide to consider to consider the stats each Servant has. Strength, Endurance and Agility are the obvious ones. They simply boost your physical abilities. The other three are more complicated. N.P., short for Noble Phantasm, seems to indicate the strength of the Noble Phantasm, but that doesn't matter for you if you just use Include. Mana probably indicates the amount of mana this Servant has. It is another thing that probably matters more when you Install than when you Include, but at least you can feel some effect it has on your abilities with this particular Servant you have currently Included. You can tell that, if a Servant uses mana to attack, like Miyu with her magical beams, the mana stat affects the power of those attacks.
That leaves only Luck. You have no idea what it's supposed to mean. Do you get more lucky with dice of something? You decide to test it by rolling a dice you found in home. Nope. Including Miyu didn't give you better results of rolling, despite her posessing C rank Luck. But then what does Luck exactly mean? You have no idea, no idea at all.
Other than that, you don't really know what more you could test. After thinking for a few minutes, you decide to see how long you can keep up Include.
Turns out, keeping Include for hours doesn't even tire you in any way. So now, here you are, patroling the city. You are rather unsure of attacking any cape, even Merchants, when in your Include you can barely be considered a Brute. You don't have the most experience in fighting, and as fun as shooting magical blasts probably is, a lucky hit could be enough to kill you. Instead, you decide to just walk around in case there are some criminals harrasing good people. It's not like you have anything better to do anyway.
As you walk around, you manage to spot some thugs harrasing an older man. Perfect. You Include, and a staff appears in your hand. You point it at the thugs and shoot magic missiles at them. Each one hits the target, and thugs fall down. You shoot another barrage, just to make sure they are all knocked out, and go to speak with the man, who just looks around shocked. Before you can ask him whether he is ok, something drops between you two. No, not something, someone. What's more, you recognise the costume. It's Glory Girl.
"Stop there, villain!" What? "You are being arrested for assaulting innocent bystanders!" What? "Drop to the knees and wait for the police, I'm warning you this once!" Whatwhatwhat? Is she for real? "Hey, I think ther-" "You will resist? Fine by me!" And she flies at you before you can finish your sentence.
Thankful for Miyu's agility, you barely manage to avoid the first strike. Instincts you didn't know you had make you react to the attack by shooting at the attacker with a laser beam. It hits, throwing her back. You shout while you have the chance. "Wait, I'm not a villain!" She ignores your remark and flies at you even faster, and this time, you can't avoid the hit that sends you back at the wall. You are not sure whether the cracking sound you heard was from the wall or from your body, but being hit like that sure hurts. Glory Girl isn't done though and she hits you again. This time you fall down, coughing and fighting for breath. She looks at your lying form and asks. "Are you done resisting? Or do I have to hit you again?"
Instead of answering, you are still trying to regain your breath. She seems to take that as yes, because she retreats from your body and walks towards one of the lying thugs. Looking at them now, you realise that they are all teenagers. GG looks over him, before coming back to you with an angry scowl on her face. You managed to regain enough oxigen to speak, so you do. "I... am not... a... villain." "Yeah right, your costume screams you are a hero, and attacking innocent teenagers is definitely what a true hero does." Her voice is dripping with sarcasm. "They... were... harrasing... that man..." "Och stop lying. I go to school with one of the guys you attacked, I would know if he were the sort to do that. Isn't that right?" She asks, turning the the man. "She just attacked those boys out of blue, right?" The man is staring at her and nods slowly. His behaviour is rather strange, and why would he agree? Is it her aura? You have heard that she emited this kind of aura that made people feel better, but could there be more than that?
For a moment, you let yourself be angry. This is supposed to be a hero?! Attacking someone without knowing the whole situation? Ignoring anything they have to say, because they feel like it? Brainwashing innocents so that they agree with anything they say? If you weren't sure whether being a vigilante would let you do more good than being a hero, you are sure now.
Your emotions get better of you, and you attack Glory Girl. You send a whole barrage of magic missiles, and a laser beam short afterwards. The missiles hit her, surprising her and sending her back. Before the last one hits, you actually hear a scream coming from her. Then the laser hits, and she is sent even further back, eventually hitting a wall. You stop the laser and check to see how much damage you did. You know she is Alexandria package together with the whole invincibility, but she did scream during your attack, so maybe you managed to hit her weakness or something? You have your answer when you see her lying against the wall, a bit of blood on her hair.
Great, you just attacked and knocked down an actual hero, now for sure everyone will treat you as villain. It doesn't matter you weren't at fault here, who wouldn't believe Glory Girl over you? It reminds you of school, and the fact just makes you even angrier. You slowly stand up and start leaving, tired of dealing with everything. Yesterday the girl you saved tries to target you with her power, now you get attacked by a hero for stopping thugs from harrasing an innocent man?
Fuck this, you decide, you don't care any longer. Let them call you a villain or whatever, your job is to fight the evil, not appeal to the public. You start going back home, but the shout from the man stops you. "What did you do that to her? Didn't you say you aren't a villain?" What? He dares to ask you this? Fine, he wants an answer? He will get one. "I'm Hamartia, I'm here to fight the evil that is destroying this city. Why wouldn't I then attack her? If you don't think that assaulting some trying to help isn't evil as long as you call yourself a 'hero', there is something wrong with you, not me." And with that you leave, internally grimacing at the pain you are feeling with every step.
Time for the first non-serious Servant! Good, the story was getting rather dark. This time, your Servant is Nero Claudius (Caster), an obviously Caster Class version (or rather summer version) of Red Saber, as many know her. Well, summer versions are often more powerful than originals, and the EX rank Item Creation supports that.
Including grants you Brute 1 level of strength and endurance, mover 4 speed and most importantly, her combination of Territory Creation A+ and Item Creation (Strange) EX gives you a total of Tinker 6 rating (though whatever you do will look... strange...)
