279 Heroes of Taylor (Worm; Fate/Grand Order)

I mainly chalk it up to society's insistence that "Dogs are the best". Even though they're never treated as humanity's equal, let alone much of their legal protection is as glorified property.

Still, animal health care is almost hilariously complicated, and people often prefer putting an injured animal down even when they could be saved. So by healing the dogs, we'll prevent waste of money and lives.

I mean, I don't see what there is to do about the dogs that isn't done already nor do I see any way for amy and vicky to actively help in ways not of their own volition. I mean we could let vicky punch a dude but that would get her and us in trouble for excessive force as we would be clearly demonstrating that it would be utterly unnecessary not to mention it places her and Amy in harms way. Further we could request Amy help out with victims and such like the dogs but all we can do it offer and if she doesnt want to she won't.

-[] Speak to Panacea about services for the victims of the e88 maybe in collaboration with Tay.

Like I'll ad that in but I honestly fail to see what there is to do. Could you please tell me?
Maybe something when its the cape fight we handle the heavy hitter capes and them the rest of the capes similar to my plan.

I mean, but my whole plan is not to have a cape fight. To at no point lay fist upon the wastrels. Merely to express dissapointment as we petrify them and deliver them to the authorities along with evidence and such and doing the same with all the nazis.

I don't see why we should fight any capes. I find explicitly not fighting is a much stronger message.

So hopefully Amy will agree to treat the victims yeah.

It to show that our temporary is not the usual to the world when we upload the video and will only show that we are heavy hitter but not to powerfull (for now). But with your plan it show everyone high level power even if it temporary and will not hold back when they fight us.

Feigning weakness is largely pointless and doomed to failure on the principle that while we are stronger than we usually are by virtue of install alone we are not weak with any include, any install, or even without either by virtue of the items we have and are accumulating.

People won't hold back when they fight us not because we didn't need to punch a nazi but because no matter what we are indestructible as alexandria. People won't hold back when they attack us because if a situation gets tight we will pretty much always be able to run and punch at supersonic speeds. People won't hold back because holding back in a fight is suicide. People won't hold back because near us powers simply stop working.

We are an S lister and we will always be an S lister. If our power alone hadn't done that the actions we have taken assuredly. Power nulling is an S list power, alexandria power is an S list power, 100 million is an A list power, any include is an A list power. Every single install is an S list power.

Nobody in their right mind would hold back against us.

We gain more from actually doing things and projecting strongly than we could even dream of by pretending to be weak after having already bursted that bubble both in becoming not weak and in showing the world that we are not weak.

We already showed how strong we are, any chance for looking weak has long gone by.

No, we livestreamed S tier power already and showed of S tier capability already. There is no underground street level vigilante for us anymore. We're near the top and the only route left is straight up. Become a symbol of justice and make the world a better place. Be the heroes that heroes aspire to be. We aren't weak and we can't pretend to be. Holding back is suicide and not giving it our all plus some is failure.

No, rather than pretending to be what we're not I put forth that we should if not need to make the most of what we are.

We have temporary ultimate power and our friends or family don't have that same level of power we need to play it smart. It will also help New Wave with PR by a lot. Some of our Servent are not physicaly strong so there will be day will be weak to fight some opponent.
Plus that spoiler suggest that it not just Worm we are dealing.

You... totally just ignored everything I just said didn't you?

Yeah... I'm just going to not. Sorry but if you won't actually debate then I'm not going to throw rhetoric at a wall for no reason.

Because I just explained the sheer unimportance and meaninglessness of said ultimate power and you just siadwe have temporary ultimate power like that meant anything.

As for helping with PR, yeah, beating people up after having shown a marked ability to end conflict nonviolently is so very good for pr.

Also, I just explained how even without a servant we are still strong and literally every servant is like, supersonic. There are no such things as a weak servant not that that matters because even if they were we are never, ever, ever, going to be weak.

Also, opponents wont be stronger simply because you are, that's not how the world works.

I heard what wrote and I did not ignore it. I know we have Alexandria armor it will help but we don't have the full power set. The part when people hold back is part of the unwritten rule in one way or another. Until we have more stuff like teleportation tech, a paralyze clove, combated thinker idem like spiderman. We need to show them some fake weak point so we can hit our opponent when they don't expect that. It just we don't have all the magic-tech to copy the night of BB for the future yet. Until we have all the thing for a similar show I want to trick our future opponent like the Teeth, S9, or Greshenfall. They will most definingly will see the video. I want to trick them.

The part of PR is for New Wave not us.

Should we make our BB but as our sudo Servent or such a AI when we have a tech Caster or Servent?

Well, we won't have any means of non-violently ending conflicts by in-game tomorrow. Even if we get Tay involved, her having to get up-close to paralyze people would be pretty suspicious.

Plus, while enemies don't automatically scale to match us, it would still be insane for them not to "level grind" knowing how effortlessly Taylor/Hamartia took down Coil's operation and the Empire.

Basically, they'll either want to avoid Hamartia's attention or put in effort to make sure they can put up a fight. Given the fact they're planning for "Effortless Badass" Hamartia...

Mean, too late to really backpedal and be subtle, though at least having Glory Girl & Panacea assisting will spread out the attention. "Sure she took down Coil, but she never would of defeated the e88 without New Wave."

That what Im saying plus most people know Coil just a person with a lot of money mercenary with some Tinker weapon. But with the E88 is a very large and old group and with a lot of parahuman. There a big different if we fight them the same way alone.

Except we kinda already did the whole paralysis thing. Like, I propose doing nothing that we didntshow off doing to coil. Like literally the plan is do them like we did coil. like, the same thing but to them

So that cat's kinda already out of the bag. In fact we removed it from the bag streamed live to the world.

I mean, anything we do involving glory girl and panacea won't really mean anything since we'll kinda be livestreaming it. Maybe if it were subtle and we were pretending not to be doing what we are doing and kept it out of the public eye we might get away with that ruse until the PRT leaks but given we're livestreaming and very much acknowledging what we're doing it's kinda hard to have them take more than minor credit for what we do. Maybe if somehow things get a bit out of hand and we actually "need" GG help and can be actually genuine about needing her help then it may work and since we're taking them along that eventuality is already worked out.

Kinda just why bother trying to obscure what we did when anyone who cares enoguh to look at what we did can do so and know well enough what we did.

As for enemies level grinding, they damn well better be level grinding regardless with the feats we have already shown so moot point really.

As for nonlethals, we don't need to always be doing a nonlethal takedown. I mean, we've already done so tonight and continuing on with the reprimanding mother role projects a strong image but we can like, project a different image on different occasions so long we follow postitive vibes ya dig. Just because we decided to show up like a whole earth mother goddess one night doesnt mean we're exempt from knocking somebody out with power of fist. Not to mention that if distant nonlethal takedowns turn out to be a priority or a necessity we can forge us a gadget for the role next time we pull a tinker.

Hells, if we cannot do cape shit without such we can just spend a few days fixing up our muggle life doing stuff like filing for homeschooling and dealing with our dad and stuff not to mention managing acquired assets from coil and the like which need management soon anyway and just do muggle shit for a bit until we tinker up something. We're under no obligation o spend every waking moment fighting capes.

TLDR: Cat's already out of the bag so no putting it back in. We're being far too open to pull that kind of subterfuge seriously, especially since we kinda livestreamed the thing that subterfuge was intended to keep secret. We could(and probably should) spend a few days dealing with our muggle life and assets and are under no obligation to fight capes soon. Enemies level grinding is a basic expectation we should have of them and we beter be overprepared for them to level grind as they should be already.

Seriously, if Kenta isn't hitting the gym by tomorrow like he's never lifted before he's screwing up on his end badly and we should prepare to fight him if we're going to fight him as though he were.

Oh, tangent, If we make a sword and stab lung open to bathe in his bloood, and remove our include or whatever and bathe in his blood maybe drink some before including before he regenerates do we get blood armour of pan asian mob dragon? Does the sword we stab lung with become phantasmal blade felling of yakuza demon? Dragon slayer skill unlock?

Ooh, when we become world known and renown do we get power from our Legend?

We're pretty much unqualified to be a Heroic Spirit, just because we use borrowed power from Heroic Spirits. Not sure if our gear would disqualify us, plenty of Servants have nice toys. Yet few modern heroes qualify because their nice toys are generic and not picky.

Though if we somehow did qualify as a Heroic Spirit, we wouldn't benefit from that status in life. Hmm, then again, what little I know of Fate/Strange Fake is suppose to have the Lancer 'master' train to qualify while he still lives.

I dunno mate, iirc the legend itself was powerful. Like, as I remember it mystery went one of two ways, either it was so mysterious even the world didnt get it or it was so ubiquitous even the world went uhuh that's just how it suppossed to be. Mystery v Legend. I'll need to double check with my lore people but iirc Legend was more than just the throne of heroes but a force in and of itself when it got going

I mean, not to say we can't qualify to be a Hero, like I'm pretty sure we become renown enough and renown becomes strength of it's own virtue.

Huh, that also brings to question the nature of the world spirit and natural Od in this world.

Day 5.5
Sorry for the late update guys, but life decided to throw a bunch of stuff at me at once. Still, now that that's done, I should return to normal speed. As an apology, you can expect a new omake tomorrow. As for the quest itself, plan Take out the trash won. That's... a lot points... apparently I was wrong, you felt up to making the most complicated plan up to date, but that's what you voted for, so let's roll with it.

When you are done explaining your plan, both girls stare at you like you are crazy. Ok, you can understand apprehension with attacking whole Empire with just you two (three if Panacea decides to join), but still! Maybe it wasn't a good idea to invite Glory Girl? She might have offered to be your friend, but...

"So what you are saying is that you want to attack the whole Empire 88, a gang that has more capes than both Protectorate and Wards combined, on your own, with half of your plan being about what to do after you are done with them than actually taking them down, and you don't even think you will need my help, but decided to invite me out of politeness?" When she says it like that... "You know what? That's so crazy that I should be stopping you right now, and yet I can't help but think that you are not underestimating them in any way... Count me in."

Now it was you and Panacea staring at her. Seriously? Is she the crazy one and not you? You know you will succeed, your power is just so powerful today, but she doesn't. Seemingly agreeing with you, Panacea nearly shouts at Glory Girl.
"Vicky! What the hell are you saying?! Hamartia is one thing, but for you to say something like that? You know you have no way of winning against whole Empire!"
"Calm down Amy. Frankly, I think so too. And yet, I believe Hamartia is not saying this from inexperience, but from careful analysis."
"No way I'm letting you two go alone!"
"Actually, Panacea? Do you mind going with us?" They both glance at you surprised. "I mean, not to help us fight them, unless you want to, but to check whether any of them got infected by the parasite?"

Panacea almost answers in a second, but then stops herself. She probably thinks about something, at least her face looks thoughtful. Finally, she speaks. "What do you mean by 'unless you want to'? How would I be able to fight? I'm just a healer." There is something in her voice, you are not sure what.
"Well, you don't need super strength against many capes when you have about Brute 7 durability, right? And if you feel like hitting something, I can provide you with the durability."

Their stares became pretty unnerving. Why are they staring at you like that? Panacea mutters 'How?' so quietly that without Install improving your senses you might have missed it. Still, you heard the question, and so you shall answer. You mentally order the Drone (you really need to decide on the name for it) to fly from your pocket and it listens. Glory Girl almost screams when she sees a flying eyeball thing, which is pretty understandable, but still makes you chuckle a bit.
"This little guy here is how. Don't worry, it's not a real eyeball, it is fully mechanical. I really don't know why he turned out like that, but well, he did. Anyway, this Drone can provide people with self-restoring force shields for seven hours capable of blocking Brute 7 attacking at full power. Here, check it out." And together with your words, the Drone shoots a small beam at frozen Panacea. The hit brings her back from wherever she was mentally, but soon she is too fascinated by the force shield to comment on it. Glory Girl as well, seeing how she is touching the forcefield.

After some more prodding, Glory Girl speaks with awe one her face. "That's amazing... If it can really block such hard hits, then with just this you would be a powerful shaker... And combined with your other powers... Hamartia, are you perhaps Eidolon who decided to pretend to be a girl for some reason?"
You kind or are, you guess. Eidolon can choose between powers he uses, but on the other hand your powers are more powerful. But how should you answer this? Be truthful? Lie? In the end, you decide on half-truth.

"Well, I might not be Eidolon, but I am a Trump. I have those... packages of powers and each day I get a random one. Some are rather weak, some are very powerful and some are on the level you saw when we first met. The one I got today is probably the most powerful one I can have. Anyway, I made things like the drone when I got a rather powerful Tinker package."

There, you said it. Now you are just hoping you weren't wrong in trusting them with this, even if you didn't explain everything.

Glory Girl nods at that. "That makes a lot of sense. I was wondering why you are much stronger today. But damn, that's still a strong power, even if not the most reliable. I guess you want it to be kept as a secret?" You nod. "Well, then, the least I can do to is not breaking yout trust."
"I won't say anything too." Panacea adds. "As for your offer... I'll go. I know it sounds stupid, but Vicky is going anyway, and I always wanted to try taking a bit more active role in cape fights than just healing stuff."

You smile. Glory Girl smiles too. It can't be a good feeling to never be able to directly contribute in fights and just healing the injured later. You wish you could have given her more, but unfortunately most of your stuff, like the ring, works of prana. Maybe you should consider making something that would let other use prana-powered items? A thought for the future. Right now, you discuss with both heroes the plan once more, this time with them contributing.

"Hey there guys, Hamartia speaking! I know it's late, but with so much trash in the city, I couldn't stop myself from cleaning a bit. This time however, I have some help, as there is a lot of trash. I think you will recognise them, but for those who don't, here are Glory Girl and Panacea!" At that, the camera moved from Hamartia to show Glory Girl and Panacea, the latter waving her hand shily, the former saying 'Hello there!'.

The camera returned to Hamartia. "Now, before we get to the area and start cleaning, let me say how sad the whole situation is. With so many capes, they could have done so much good in the world. Instead, they decided to cause harm in the name of a dead idealogy of a dead madman. But it was their decision, so the only thing we can do now is to take out the trash from this city." At this, camera moved a bit behind the three heroes, showing their backs, as they were walking through the roads of Brockton Bay, before they started flying, Glory Girl carring Panacea in her arms.
It took Myrddin only few moments to realise which gang was the three's target. He might not know much about Brockton Bay, but even he knew that it had a gang full of nazi. He decided to watch the stream, since he was free for the moment. He wouldn't be able to get there fast enough to help the girls anyway, so he will leave that for Armsmaster.

He wouldn't have watched anyway, but Hamartia intrigued him. He got a message from Chevalier to watch the video of a new cape taking on a whole gang by herself, even if a small one, but what shocked him was what he saw in the girl. Or rather what he didn't see. Normally, when watching a parahuman, even through a camera of video, he would eventually see a little of how their power worked, through glimpses into paraller universes. But he couldn't see anything like that when watching the girl. He watched the video again and again, but the result was the same.

On the stream, Glory Girl was shouting something, probably some kind of challange, while Hamartia and Panacea stayed silent.

Myrddin wondered how was it possible. His power worked even on Trumps with power nullifications and power immunities. How could someone just block him from seeing their alternates from other universes?

Some capes showed up to the challange. He didn't know their names, but from what he could see, one of them was a telekinetic of sorts, another produced blades from his body. He didn't know what the third one could do. They tried to say something, but Hamartia didn't give them time to do so. Instead, she just teleported them to her, touched and paralised each of them, then teleported them to a nearby flat roof. She didn't even slow down, just continuing to fly with the same speed. She almost looked disapointed in them.

The magician had to admit, that was an impressive display. She definitely had good reason to be confident. But something like this wouldn't be enough for a whole gang, not one as numerous as the nazi.

Some grunts showed up with guns and started shooting at Hamartia. She just ignored the bullets and was teleporting them two at a time, paralising them and teleporting them back, all the time not slowing down. Glory Gril joined the fight, dropping from the air and punching nearby nazi. Surprisingly, Panacea joined the fight as well. She wasn't strong like her sister, but still could knock down a guy with few strong hits with her baton. Some men tried shooting at her, but a force shield blocked the bullets like they were nothing. Soon, all the grunts were taken care of.

That shield that protected Panacea was interesting, Myrddin thought. It reminded him a bit of the one he was working on. That thought gave him a pause. Could it be?

Hamartia started teleporting nazi capes one by one, before they even showed themselves. Soon, there were 15 capes paralised. That was when Hamartia stopped.
That was just scary, and Myrddin wasn't ashamed to admit that. 15 capes, all taken out by a single person, without even letting them fight back. It was unbelieveable. Even Eidolon would have problems reproducing such a feat. He could already see the chaos under comments section. He could imagin what chaos will be on PHO and the hit to PR Protectorate will take.

The stream ended soon after, Hamartia and the other two just flying around and taking down unpowered members of the gang.
Myrddin went over the stream once more in his head. He would have liked to say it was because of the new cape being so powerful, but in truth there was something else bugging him. The shield that protected Panacea. It was... different... He didn't know if he was right, normal cameras aren't very good at recording prana, but if he was... Well, seems he will have to visit Brockton Bay in the future.

After taking down the Empire, hacking into everything they had and having Panacea confirm that none of the nazis were infected with the parasite (the girl was weirdly happy, you didn't expect her to be such a battle junke), only waiting for police and Protectorate was left. The stream was delayed twenty minutes, so that PRT wouldn't arrive in the middle of cleaning and cause you problems, but that meant you had to wait a bit now.

While the first minutes were spent destroying the nazi all around the world through all the accounts and information you got from Empire, soon you were done, 250.000.000$ richer and had nothing to do. As such, you decided to speak with Glory Girl and Panacea. You glanced at the sisters. Both were sitting in silence, likely still in shock at what you managed today, with a smiles on their faces.

"So, how did you feel after eleminating the biggest gang in Brockton Bay?"
Glory Girl chuckled at that. "It was you who did all the work, but it still was amazing. I-I can't believe Empire is just gone, I still need to process this. But thank you, Hamartia, for letting me take a part in this."
"I know I was unnecessary here. Even so, if you ever try something like that again, please take me with you." Those words from Panacea surprised you more than they probably should. "I was just so... fulfiling. Getting rid of the problem instead of just the symptoms, you could say."
You smile. "Of course, if that's what you want. So, how do you feel about working together in the future?"

Both girls give you a look that is enough of an answer. You admit to yourself, you are quite happy with that. But that remind you about Tay.

"By the way, Panacea?"
"Yes?"
"I have a friend who recently got powers as well. She is a bio-manipulator who can work on humans, though it's easier for her to work on herself than on others. We were thinking she could use that power to heal in hospitals like you do, but couldn't really test it on humans for obvious reasons."
"Dont't. Trust me, she doesn't want to be known as a healer."

Glory Girl looks at her sister shocked, but you kind of expected that already. Panacea doesn't look like a happy person to you.

"Maybe you are right, but I don't want to make the decision for her. How do you feel about meeting with her?"
She looks thoughtful, before nodding.

Soon after, you can hear cars and vans getting closer. Seems like the guys are here. You stand up.
"So, seems like good guys are here. I will leave here, as I don't feel like being interrogated at this hour. So... bye!"

You flew away from them as fast as you could. You managed to catch Glory Girl shouting something like 'Don't dump this on us!' before you were too far. Yeah, that wasn't very nice, you will have to apologise to them later, but you really didn't want to deal with Protectorate trying to force you to join right now. You were in a good mood dammit, you didn't want it being destroyed by those bastards!

Once at home, you saw Tay learning something. You sat down next to her and shared memories. Learning how long she was working, you told her to go to sleep. It was getting really late. You made yourself something to eat and lied down on sofa to rest. Maybe you didn't have to sleep any longer, but you could still get mentally tired, and after the whole day you had, it was understandable. Coil and Empire down, new friends made, discussion about Discord letting you know that Wards keep psychos on their team and PRT is untrustworthy - you were pretty busy.

Soon enough, it was midnight. And something strange happened. You felt Install and BB disappear, but before you rolled new Servant, your head was filled with knowledge. While it wasn't nearly as much as when you triggered, you recognised the sensation. Checking it, you confirmed you were right - two new Servants appeared in your database. And what Servants they were: Hero the first tinker and King, the creator of Slaughterhause 9!

The fact that your power could evolve shocked you, but not enough to stop you from checking your new Servant.

Money: 350.000.000$

Personal Items:
1. The Headband Of A Perfect Student: learn things at 365 time the normal speed
2. Mantellum's Personal Anti-Cape Cloak: a very strange looking cloak that respembles three wings with pink and neon green feathers made from what looks like hair. It reduces parahuman powers in 70ft radius up to 90% and additionally weakens their senses by 50% in 20ft radius. Works only on parahumans
3. Medieval Ring of Shadow Form: weaker version of Shadow Stalker's power that doesn't allow you to move through walls.
4. Steampunk Nose Plugs of Wheel Design: your sense of smell is 30 times better (compare to dogs 60 times better)
5. Armor of Alexandria's Might: a white and cool-looking armor that gives the wearer the Brute part of Alexandria's power.
6. Steampunk One-Time Hacking Device: a device that can be used once to hack into anything the user wants
7. Earring of Never Sleep: now you don't have to sleep! Additional action each evening.

Potions:
*none*

Other Items:
1. Steampunk Defensive Drone of Protection: 5 charges per 24 hours, each one grants to one person a forceshield capable of blocking Brute 7 attacks for 7 hours.
2. Mad Alchemist's Personal Lab: let's you create potions with one effect (up to raing 6) or two effects (up to rating 3 each) for one hour. These potions work only for you. It takes one action (day or night) to make two potions
3. Mini Monitor of Tinkertech Analysing: a tool to scan tinker-tech, giving you information on scanned item, including what it does and how it works, in same cases even weaknesses. It's not enough to reproduce the tinker-tech. Can be used only by you, best mechanical tinkers (like Dragon) and some Thinkers (like Saint)
4. Old 'Not yet a Tardis' Rusty: it's a very, very nondescript van that can assimilate any technology it's given. Empty for now.
Tay: a homunculus that is almost perfect copy of Taylor Hebert, with the exception of her powers. Tay is loyal to Taylor and will be, unless a case of major abuse happens. She can share her memories with Taylor. She also has a special power. It works like Self-Modification C, but can affect other things she touches. A bit like Panacea.
Learning:
GED-level education (50%)

New Wave: this superhero team owes you

Glory Girl: you accepted her offer to be friends, and if there is one thing she is good at, it is caring for her friends (and colloteral damage); together with her you took down Empire 88 and agreed to work together in the future.

Panacea: a well-known healer, who apparently likes to punch nazi. She agreed to work together in future and asked to be taken once more in future to punch some gangs.

    [X] Wait for your dad
-[X] Seriously, full openness and stuff. No secrets from family. Be for real and work out how you, your father, and your relationship with your father will be going forward and what both of you need to do. Things may have been deteriorating but somebody has to shape up and get the both of you together and clearly our father is ill equipped.

-[X] if any enhancements can be made while doing so then do so

ID 0: Outsider, by Keani (can't be rolled and Included/Installed)
Identity

OUTSIDER's true name it TYPE-ZION, a being made of pure grain distilled into a mad understanding of [common sense] truly handicapping it as it spreads it's corruptive essence through infinite worlds consuming other entities as it destroys itself searching for an impossibility under it's [common sense]. This endless cycle over aeons formed of a warped [common sense] has led to the destruction of incalculable civilizations who's artifacts have been made to work under ZION's [common sense] among his crystalline form

Appearance

TYPE-ZION is truly nigh infinite expanses of crystal spread over countless realms via horrifically warped refraction phenomena though TYPE-ZION lays manifestations individually as it spreads it's corruptive influence shattering itself and connecting it's agent shards to hosts via vile biological devices it manifests within them as it influences and forces them to warp themselves in pursuit of the conflict it seeks to exploit it's [common sense]. Further it also chooses to manifest itself upon countless worlds as a golden avatar resembling it's the most numerous of host species where it manifests, currently human, a disheveled and naked being as it attempts to consume myriad instances of Earth and Humanity.

Personality

Zion is a being as dead as one can be without ever having lived lacking in true consciousness it merely follows it's [common sense] in a rabid pursuit of impossible exploitation of it as a simple directive of survival lacking in meaning nor malice any more so than that of a virus. The only notable infraction of emotion is it's false depression as it fails to meaningfully execute without it's more intelligent counterpart TYPE-EDEN rendering it unable of anything more than passive infection and manifestation.

Abilities

ZION as it is is incapable of doing more than it's passive infestation of other entities and nigh passive manifestation following it's first given directive. However if allowed action in full it holds the compiled wisdom and ability of countless entities and races that it had consumed though they remain restrained by it's common sense. Further, while it is inhibited by it's broken [common sense] it is made entirely of Grain with which to power itself. However, by virtue of it's common sense it is incapable of luck whatsoever that no fortune may ever befall it.

Strength: N/A(A)
Endurance: EX(EX)
Agility: N/A(A)
Magical Power: EX/NULL(EX)
Luck: N/A(E---)
Noble Phantasm: N/A(EX/NULL)

As a servant one would manifest but it's warped Avatar powerful though it may be as it follows mindlessly any directive given without understanding nor will. However should true communication occur to the greater TYPE-ZION it may fully manifest any given directive.
Passive Skills:

Skills:

Territory Creation: EX/E---
ZION holds within itself endless mass and the accumulation of countless entities and races with it's common sense acting internally as it's own kind of reality marble constraining it. While it may manifest anything of said countless entities and races within it's [common sense] it also holds a territory that restrains it and no other from ever doing what it could unfettered.

Item Construction: EX
ZION holds within itself endless mass and the accumulation of countless entities and races limited only by it's common sense. It can recreate anything it has ever encountered after having had millennia to digest it into its common sense

Existence Outside The Domain: EX(E---)
While in theory ZION could be an extremely powerful outer being it is permanently limited by its [common sense] with its Existence Outside The Domain being effectively turned in on itself with it being unable to force its reality upon others and anything outside of its common sense not being forced to adhere but damaging ZION as an outside context problem that an OUTSIDER should be to others.

Noble Phantasms:

ZION holds but a single Noble Phantasm as it is all it needs.

The Cycle: EX---
ZION is the accumulation of endless cycles of consumption of countless races and entities. It thus holds within itself the combined capabilities of each and every last one of them as a part of itself though limited by its [common sense]. However this pseudo Phantasm is notable for another cause, it is itself the cycle by which it commits this endless consumption thus allowing it to infect nigh endless sets of world through warped refraction phenomena as a virus.

ID 267: King (Assassin), by Raphael
Identity

Assassin's True Name is King, although his name at birth was Gabriel Maxberry. He created and lead a group of crazed murderers known as the Slaughterhouse Nine across the United States for years, and is thus seen as the ultimate villain. It wasn't until he was dethroned by his own protege, Jacob, also known as Jack Slash, that he was defeated. Even with his death, however, he will always be remembered as the ruthless hand that gathered some of the worst killers with powers together and gave them a dark purpose to do harm. Because of this, King exists on the Throne of Heroes as a sort of reminder, kept there to remind humanity of its ability to cause pain and suffering for no reason other than because it feels like it.

Appearance

Not many people met King and lived to tell the tale and the PRT mildly suppresses information about him, so what is known about him is rather little. He's a tall, broad-shouldered man with pale skin and blonde hair, but due to the little information there is about him, people imagine him as having been seven feet tall, and so when summoned as a Servant he is. He carries around a cruel smile on his face and walks with the swagger of someone who believes themselves better than everyone around them.

Personality

King is a bully, plain and simple. He is an expert at psychologically manipulating others, which he downplayed to let others underestimate him. He was a control freak and enjoyed manipulating so many dangerous Parahumans at his whim. He liked killing young women, enjoying the power he had over them.

Abilities

King isn't very powerful compared to other Servants, instead excelling at pitting them against each other. His ideal Holy Grail War would end with Berserker as his only opponent, allowing him to utilize Monarch's Right to force the Berserker to kill itself.

Statistics:
Strength: D
Endurance: C
Agility: D
Magical Power: E
Good Luck: B
Noble Phantasm: A

King only has a C-rank in Presence Concealment, allowing him to hide his status as a Servant and go undetected in his Spiritual Form, although he cannot use it as better than D-rank in his Material Form. King has Independent Action C, and can use Monarch's Right to extend this duration. King has Charisma of an Evil Genius at Rank C due to his ability to manipulate powerful, caustic individuals into doing what he wants. Moreover, he has another Skill, Eye for Talent, at Rank C. His Noble Phantasm, Monarch's Right, can be used to direct damage dealt to him to others, and can be used to gain additional mana that can be used only for using Monarch's Right.

Eye for Talent: An ability to see skill and power, as well as the potential for both. At Rank C, this allows an incredible understanding of the possibilities, allowing the wielder of this skill to use any and all of their subordinates to their maximum potential, however, it doesn't give more information than what the wielder already has, it just lets them use that information better.

Noble Phantasm: Monarch's Right: Monarch's Right is a Rank A Noble Phantasm. It allows King to make connections with other people by touching them. Whenever King would be damaged, the damage is instead dealt to those he has used Monarch's Right on. This includes more esoteric effects, such as Grey Boy's ability to put someone into a field of looping time. He is limited in his choice of targets: The more powerful or important a target is, the more mana it takes to use Monarch's Right on them. Because of this and King's lack of magical power, it is impossible for King to use Monarch's Right on another Servant without aid. Monarch's Right, however, has a solution, and that solution is that when someone is affected by Monarch's Right, King absorbs a bit of their power over time. Because Monarch's Right requires no upkeep, King is able to create connections to many different people, thus gaining enough energy to affect those with significant mana or, even, other Servants. Monarch's Right has a time limit of a day, meaning that King must be constantly making new connections to get to the point where he can affect such a powerful being. Alternatively, if his Master is able to provide King with enough mana, then he could simply utilize that, however very few Masters could keep up with the massive amounts of energy that Monarch's Right takes to stay active.

ID 268: Hero (Caster), by Kejmur (with some edits by Raphael)
Identity

Caster's True Name is Hero, a member of the founding Protectorate, and one of the biggest heroes of the Golden Age of Parahumans. Indeed, his death is what triggered his closest allies naming themselves the Triumvirate. Long before he fought crime, Hero was but one of many that faced numerous health problems, such that they were nearly uncurable. This all changed, however, when Cauldron approached him with the offer of power. Their vials could grant abilities far beyond the normal person, and in doing so could cure any physical ailments troubling the imbiber. Hero, of course, accepted, and so he was able to attain levels of craftsmanship of technology far beyond any scientist or engineer. Together with his allies Legend, Alexandria, and Eidolon, as well as the rest of Cauldron, Hero took many strides towards saving the world from villains, monsters and its impending apocalypse. It is a shame, then, that his life was cut so tragically short before he was able to create the things that would have proven his place as a Parahuman on par with his three closest allies, when another member of Cauldron went mad and drank a vial to gain powers, and ripped him in half. Indeed, the world will always wonder how much farther it could have gotten with his gentle voice and aid.

Appearance

Hero is a tall, blonde man. When given the freedom to build his armor according to his own asthetics, he wears a suit of golden-color armor with a blue chain mesh, and a pair of wings on one shoulder drawing attention to the PRT emblem. His helmet had a golden, heavily-tinted visor, and could be removed while leaving the visor in place.

Personality

Hero is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. He prided himself on supporting and helping anyone who needed it, and went to great lengths to live up to his chosen name. As one could assume from somebody who was a strong proponent of the Wards, Hero loved helping others reach their inner potential, and in fact had a knack for it. It's not just a mentorship: When Hero helps someone, they're a friend as well. He often will go out of his way to play games or watch movies with those in his life, whether friends or those he sees as his Wards, because he wants to be close to them.

Abilities

When it goes to Casters Hero is an interesting example as with preparation he is able to hit way above his class, but if caught off guard or against opponents which can go through his prepared inventions or traps he is vulnerable. His ideal Holy Grail War would be pretty much turtle in one spot as he was also someone who prefers to act conservatively early on to build few first crucial inventions and finish it with something big, preferably taking few opponents at once as his specialty includes stilling powers used by entities like Zion, which was part of their absurdly strong direct attacks.

Statistics:
Strength: E
Endurance: E
Agility: D
Magical Power: B
Luck: D
Noble Phantasm: B

Hero is an interesting caster in that aside from some basic technology that is approximately the same level of gear as the modern military, he doesn't have access to that much powerful stuff when he is first summoned. This means that without preparation, most any Master could beat him in a fight, much less a Servant. Hero's true power comes into play when he is able to set up his workshop and build some of his basic tools. Hero's Tinker Specialty, Wavelength Manipulation, is exceedingly powerful. With minimal preparation, he can create energy manipulation devices, such as heat guns or cold guns as well as defenses from either; sonic weapons, to disorientate and knock out his target; energy guns; and incredibly effective power sources to make all of these weapons work. In addition, he is able to create incredibly advanced armor with advanced capabilities (an unhackable camera, jet boots, etc), which increases his Strength to D rank and his Endurance and Agility to C rank. Given sufficient materials, he might even be able to advance his Endurance to B rank and his Strength to C rank. These increases only apply while he is in his armor. This is, of course, the tip of the iceberg, and given enough time and materials he could create something that could defend him from all attacks or adapt to rip through any defenses, but that would take a very long time. Regardless of his most advanced technology, he can create a wide array of devices and gadgets that easily can allow him to go toe-to-toe with most any Servant he would have to fight.
Passive Skills:

Skills:

Territory Creation: B

Item Construction: A

The First Tinker: A

"The First Tinker: This is a very strange skill that only Hero has, and it is due to the fact that whenever anyone thinks of a tinker, Hero is the first example that will come to mind. All Tinkertech created by Hero acts as if it is a Noble Phantasm. This allows him to store them as a part of his Spiritual Form, just like any other Noble Phantasm. In addition, if something he creates is powerful enough, it's abilities will act as if they are mystical when interacting with other entities, such as whether something is high enough rank to overcome Hercules's God Hand. Note that this only works so long as Hero built and maintains the device in question and pieces of equipment that The First Tinker is applied to require much more maintenance than anything else built by Hero, due to the fact that Tinkertech requires maintenance by its creator. In addition, this means that his equipment is magical, and so if someone has Magic Resistance it would apply, for example."

The Stilling: E/A+ (Anti-Fortress/Anti-Country): This Noble Phantasm is peculiar in that it isn't connected to Hero's life as it was, but instead to what it could have been. The Stilling is a powerful weapon and tool most often used by the Warrior Entity in its day to day life, but Hero's if given enough time it would have been Hero's ultimate work. The Stilling is the ability to manipulate waves of energy. Through this, nearly anything can be done, however any action that could be theoretically taken must be done exactly, requiring preperation almost on par with coding a program on a computer. Indeed, without a computer to control this phantasm, Hero cannot do more with this than use it as a tool, an E-rank noble phantasm that allows him to use Item Creation without any other tools, creating any tools that he cannot mimic with The Stilling. Even with time to create the necessary equipment, Hero cannot use The Stilling to do anything more than make his other technology better, combining it with a freeze gun for example to make it able to produce more consistent colder temperatures, or a more effective forcefield. It is only when given time to prepare massive amounts of energy that he is able to use the Stilling to its full extent, to stop all energy within a small area, proportional to the energy used. This dissolves works of magecraft less powerful than The Stilling, but not True Magic, and destroys all matter not protected by True Magic. This is not a Noble Phantasm that Hero would use lightly, indeed preferring his own death than to use it unjustly. This Noble Phantasm requires extensive preparation to use in its stronger form.

ID 269: Mysterious Killer N (Assassin), by Kejmur
Identity

One of the most mysterious and unknown Servants which exist around. Mysterious Killer N has very short and yet violent history of how his existance started. Mysterious Killer N when he was alive was very close to being a no one. Yet another normal young teenager/kid (history isn't clear here) who wanted to be part of Nazi group situated in Brockton Bay called Empire88. After group called Brockton Bay Brigade reveal their civilian identities and decided to change name to New Wave, this teenager decided that murdering one of the heroes one that hero doesn't expect it would be a good way to gain membership there. He managed to do it when Fleur was relaxing in her civilian identity. Not so long afterwards he died, but there was people even proud of what he managed to pull off. And in history of Earth-Bet this 'achievement' turned out to be one of the most infamous examples why revealing your true name under cape identity can be such a horrible idea and proof that even someone insignificant can take down parahuman.

Appearance

Mysterious Killer N is someone who Nazis would more then easily accept as a member of their group, someone close to Aryan look characteristics this group is mostly looking for in their potential members. Sky blue eyes, almost sunny blonde hair and black coat with Nazi Swastika symbole on the back of the coat make it pretty clear what kind of political affiliations Mysterious Killer N has. While his face is a bit more on feminine, almost delicate side this Servant passes pretty much all 'quality checks' for the Nazi cause.

Personality

While this very young looking Servant may look approachable, innocent and almost nice at the first glance, don't let it fool you. Mysterious Killer N is pretty cruel, cunning and unfair person. He will do ANYTHING to get what he wants. In any situation presented he will approach potential situation with either a play of 'innocent child' who suddenly pulls off sneaky and treachourous attack out of nowhere (preferable with a gun or a knife stab) or simply sneak in behind someone and pull off attack from as long range as possible so no one can connect potential assasination to him. He is also fanatical and straight up racist, as expected from someone who wanted to be a Nazi really. If you aren't Japanese or White (he is an old fashioned Nazi, he can actually accept and respect old Nazi reliable allies even if they don't fit his 'skin colour requirement) then you may expect him to try do something you don't want to do, but in the end he is willing to cooperate or work with someone who he doesn't want to. In his life he wanted to be part of an official group, so actually he isn't a loner type and is willing to socialize, but true friendships in this case may be VERY unlikely to happen, unless they are true 'believers' like him.

Abilities

Mysterious Killer N is a perfect example of an Assasin Class. He will avoid true combat no matter what unless really forced. He will also try to completely his mission in most sneaky, unfair and advantageous way for him. His preferable ways to deal with problems are either going with 'innocent child' look using his almost unnatural charm and pull off attack in a moment no one expects it, also heavily relying on his luck which is pretty high as when he was just a normal person he pulled off something no one would really believe would be possible, so he may consider himself to be really lucky. This ability works thanks to assistance of a Passive Skill called 'Innocence' which increases power wise depending on amount of gained trust someone dedicated towards him. Or straight up do it with long rang attack so a chance he is detected is absolutely low with his Noble Phantasm called 'Killer of Famous' which increases power wise depending on 'fame' of chosen target. Mysterious Killer N is absolutely horrible in any fair fight and he ironically fare worse against people of 'low' power status or fame.

Statistics:
Strength: E
Endurance: E
Agility: D
Magical Power: E
Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: B

The Mysterious X only has a C-rank in Presence Concealment, allowing him to go undetected in his Spiritual Form or hide his status as a Servant, although in material form he pretty much can't hide his persona and relies on his ability to gain trust. He is far better at infiltration type of Assasination then quick sneak in Assasination type. Mysterious Killer N has Independent Action B making him decently independent on his own, which is enough for two days of free action for potential infiltration without any support from his potential Master. Also this young looking Servant start at either Charisma C (everyone) or at B- if target really likes children/teenagers Mysterious Killer works best against. Mysterious Killer N and his Noble Phantasm is mostly a skill which applies direct one hit damage, but it may also siphon mana for his own personal use with it if he decides to do so, but it will lower overall incoming damage.

Passive Skills:

Skills:

Innocence: C-A+

The Killer of Famous: C-A+ (possible A++ with maxed out Innocence on a very famous target)

Independent Action: B

Innocence: This skill is an Aura Effect which makes people trust him more as long as they aren't averse towards young people or really dislike children. It doesn't work like a brainwashing tool and it may be resisted, especially if Mysterious Killer N commits a mistake and commits an action that makes him more untrustworthy in eyes of people he wants to gain trust of us or possibly kill later on. It starts on a level of C and may rise up to to even +A where target considers Mysterious Killer N one of their, if not the best friends. Effect automatically stop working once Assasin applies direct betrayal towards affected target(s). This skill does synergize with The Killer of Famous and may improve overall power of the move if target is both really famous and almost absolutely trust Mysterious Killer N.

The Killer of Famous: C/A++ (Anti-Unit, Quick): This Noble Phantasm is single sneak attack Noble Phantasm which can only work when target truly doesn't expect it. If target detects it or predict it, it automatically stops working. Power of this Noble Phantasm raises based on potential trust gained from Innocence and mostly on how famous potential target is. The more famous it is, the more damage it deals. It may applied either in melee attack (higher chance to work) or from range, but in case of miss or attack lands in a non-lethal position, it also makes it work less.

ID 270: Weaver (Assassin), by Raphael
Identity

Assassin's True Name is Kephri, yet she never was referred to herself as that during her lifetime. Born Taylor Hebert, Kephri is a dark example of the worst heroes that humanity worships. She was born in a rundown city that was approaching its death, yet fighting all the same, and her father was one of those who fought the hardest, yet he never made progress in bringing Brockton Bay back to its previous level of prosperity. Kephri, then, wanted to do the same thing, going out to attempt to be a hero when given the chance. Fate, however, conspired against her, leading to her joining a group of villains and making poor decision after poor decision, eventually escalating to the point that she was a powerful warlord in control of large portions of the city. During this time, she was known as Skitter. She fought against disaster after disaster for her people, and when she had to choose between herself or her friends, she chose her friends and turned herself into the authorities. After this, she took on a new identity: Weaver. Through this, she acted against various villains, again very effectively, until the very end, when Scion decided to cause as much damage as he could. Looking around, seeing the disunity, Taylor knew what she needed to do, and she went to the most powerful biokinetic to get her powers strengthened. She gained the ability to control humans, but at a great cost: The lines between herself and her Shard, the source of her power, blurred, until the two of them were one and the same. She fought Scion and killed him, and was ultimately rewarded for this with two bullets to the head. As Assassin, Kephri prefers to be called Weaver.

Appearance

Weaver is a tall, stick-thin young woman with long curly black hair and glasses. She has a thin-lipped, wide, expressive mouth and large eyes, which others find disconcerting due to the fact that she rarely looks directly at others, instead using her powers to observe her surroundings. She is approximately 5'10", and doesn't wear clothes that showed skin, or bright colors normally, defaulting to a brown hooded sweatshirt over a green t-shirt normally. This can change, however, depending on her relationship with her Master: If she is friends with her Master, she would cherish going shopping for brighter clothing, even as she complains.
Weaver's armor is a black spider silk bodysuit with white armor panels and lenses. Her costume changes according to her mood, gaining and losing different pieces from each of her different costumes, with a few exceptions. Firstly, she has a flight pack, allowing her movement through the air. Secondly, she has a set of equipment that she always has, that she has an unlimited amount of. A spool of spider silk, a can of pepper spray, a handgun, and a taser.

Personality

Weaver is cold, distant, ruthless, and driven, but this is a shell of sorts to protect herself from being hurt, emotionally. She responds to difficulties by withdrawing, emotionally, and pushing forwards to accomplish her goals. Past all of her emotional defenses, however, she is simply a scared girl who feels very alone, and wants friends, but is scared of allowing others the chance to hurt her again. It is important to note, however, that Weaver needs friends, connections with others. She is willing to do anything for a friend, too.
Weaver has difficulties remembering her life, only getting flashes and snippets at a time, slowly gathering more of a picture as the Grail War moves on. Near the end, she might remember one or two of her pillars, but the vast majority life will go unremembered, and anything she does remember will be lost once the war is over, unless she wins.

Abilities

Weaver is much more dangerous than she would appear due to simply her stats.

Statistics:
Strength: D
Endurance: D
Agility: B
Magical Power: E
Good Luck: B (EX)
Noble Phantasm: C

Weaver has much higher stats than she should due to how she is remembered. Everyone that ever saw her fight remembered her as quick, strong, and brutal. Combine that with the fact that people knew that she had killed Alexandria, and they overestimated her abilities. Weaver's luck is EX not because it is better than A-rank, but because it simply is weird. It functions as if it were B-rank, however, Weaver has the unfortunate luck of being a magnet for trouble. Just as her ascension to Warlord of Brockton Bay was incredibly quick, so too does any trouble coming for her come in short bursts of danger with barely a chance to recover, with larger breaks in-between. If she were to be asked, Weaver would undoubtedly see this is a bad thing.

Weaver has Presence Concealment C+, allowing her to completely hide from enemy Servants in her civilian identity and move through the city undetected. Combined with Skittering Insects, she can use this to spy on enemies. Weaver has Battle Continuation B, allowing her to fight through injuries that would leave most others incapacitated, including having her arm cut off, or even forgetting that she had been rendered blind. Weaver has Item Construction (False) D, able to make armor using spider silk. In addition, Weaver has an ability that she gained through fighting against more powerful people than her and winning, consistently, during her life: Counter Force Hero C. This means that whenever she fights enemies stronger than her, any stats that are stronger than hers will be reduced by one rank.

Queen Administrator: Skittering Insects: D: Unlimited control of all insects within a range of ten blocks, along with a fair few types of miscellaneous creatures, such as spiders or crabs. Within this range, she can control each of these creatures as if she was paying her full attention to them, all of them at the same time. She is able to use their senses, all of them, to create a map of her range and spy on those in it. She used this ability to great effect over her time as a Cape, and her power only strengthened when she became a Heroic Spirit.

Nanoblade: C: This is a very costly weapon for Weaver, but can be the difference between winning a Holy Grail War and losing it. The Nanoblade requires large amounts of mana, to the point that Weaver must wait a multiple hours after using it for just a few minutes of sustained use, but it can cut through nearly anything, due to the fact that it utilizes a cloud of monomolecular blades. With this, she can cut through most anyone, including weaker Servant's bodies and those of any Master. This is Weaver's last trick, for when she has nothing else to try.

Appearance

Khepri is a tall, stick-thin young woman with long curly black hair and glasses.
Khepri's armor is a black spider silk bodysuit with white armor panels and lenses.

When Khepri utilizes her Noble Phantasm, Khepri's Reign, she suffers tremendous change. Her right arm disappears, appearing to have been cut off and then brutally cauterized, her armor appears to have been wrecked, with cracks along the armor panels and rips in the bodysuit. Her equipment disappears, replaced with a belt of small, seemingly useless memorabilia: A purple domino mask, a small switchblade, a clay golem, and a small stuffed grey dragon.

Personality

Khepri is cold, distant, ruthless, and driven, but this is a shell of sorts to protect herself from being hurt, emotionally. She responds to difficulties by withdrawing, emotionally, and pushing forwards to accomplish her goals. Past all of her emotional defenses, however, she is simply a scared girl who feels very alone, and wants friends, but is scared of allowing others the chance to hurt her again. It is important to note, however, that Khepri needs friends, connections with others. She is willing to do anything for a friend, too.
Khepri has difficulties remembering her life, not able to remember anything except for the personalities of four people. She does not know how their voice sounds, what they look like, or even what their names are. These four people whose personalities she remembers are Tattletale, Jack Slash, Golem, and Dragon. These are four of the people who had the most effect on her life, and so they are the four people she brings with her from the Throne of Heroes when summoned.

Abilities

In her Berserker form, Khepri exemplifies her legend above all else: An unbeatable killing machine, willing to do anything for the greater good, up to and including controlling thousands of people to fight in the Golden Morning. This is very clear in her abilities.

Statistics:
Strength: C
Endurance: C
Agility: A
Magical Power: D
Good Luck: A (EX)
Noble Phantasm: B

Khepri has a unique ability, Twice-Shot, at A-rank, which stems from her legend as unbeatable and unkillable: Indeed, any Thinker who uses their power to observe her 'death' knows that Contessa shot Khepri in the head not once, but twice. Moreover, many Thinkers believe that she didn't even die from that, the belief being so strong that if she were to be summoned with her full set of abilities, as opposed to in a class, it is exceedingly likely that it would be EX-ranked. Regardless of what happened in reality, this means that Khepri is a force to be reckoned with even without her Noble Phantasms, especially when you combine her abilities with her perpetual existence as an underdog, meaning that she is very skilled at using her abilities to their absolute maximum potential. Khepri's luck is EX not because it is better than A-rank, but because it simply is weird. It functions as if it were A-rank, however, Khepri has the unfortunate luck of being a magnet for trouble. Just as her ascension to Warlord of Brockton Bay was incredibly quick, so too does any trouble coming for her come in short bursts of danger with barely a chance to recover, with larger breaks in-between. If she were to be asked, Khepri would undoubtedly see this is a bad thing.

Khepri has Presence Concealment D-. stemming from the culture behind superheroic and supervillainous activities on Earth Bet: When out of costume, in normal clothing, Khepri is able to appear as if she is not a Servant, instead just a normal girl.

Twice-Shot: This skill represents a legend of unbeatability, of unkillable power. This skill combines Battle Continuation, Calm and Collected and Mad Enhancement, superseding any Mad Enhancement granted from other sources, such as from the user's class. At A-rank, this functions as C-Rank Calm and Collected, allowing the wielder near-perfect ability to suppress their emotions to fight most effectively. This skill enhances each statistic of its wielder by one rank and makes one able to fight with injuries that would incapacitate others, leaving them lying down waiting for death. Moreover, a Servant with this trait has a chance of being able to fight through what should kill them, surviving and being able to come back later to continue the War so long as their Master survived. This is so strong at A-rank that one bullet to the head might be insufficient, instead requiring two to be sure of the wielder's death.

Queen Administrator: Skittering Insects: E: Unlimited control of all insects within a range of ten blocks, along with a fair few types of miscellaneous creatures, such as spiders or crabs. Unlike when she is classed as an Assassin, Khepri is unable to strengthen her creatures, instead only able to use them as she did when she was alive.

Queen Administrator, Khepri's Reign: B: When she uses her Noble Phantasm, she changes dramatically. First, her appearance changes, as described previously. She stops being able to understand any written language, spoken language, body language or the like, except as described later on. Her Strength and Endurance increase by one rank each to B-rank. Once she activates this Noble Phantasm, it requires no upkeep in terms of mana, and cannot be turned off. So long as Khepri's Reign is active, she has complete control over every person within 16 feet, except for her Master. This can be overpowered by protection from magic equal to or exceeding the rank of her Noble Phantasm, or mental protection at least one rank above her Noble Phantasm. In addition, she has four different abilities. Each of these is bound to a piece of memorabilia that she carries around with her: If these are broken, or stolen, then she loses the corresponding ability.
1: She is able to understand what her master says to her. This ability is bound to a miniature purple domino mask.
2: Her master is able to understand her. This ability is bound to a miniature switchblade.
3: She is able to use Skittering Insects at the same time as Khepri's Reign. This ability is bound to a small clay golem figurine.
4: She has a perfect understanding of the abilities of any people that she is controlling, and perfect control over said abilities. This ability is bound to a small, stuffed grey dragon.

ID 272: Jack Slash (Ruler), by Raphael
Identity

Ruler's True Name is Jack Slash, or Jacob. Jacob was a young trigger. His mentally unbalanced parents shut him inside a bomb shelter with a radio link to his father, who gaslit him by convincing him that a war was underway. He triggered upon exiting the shelter and seeing that the world was fine and having his entire reality challenged.

At some point during or before 1987, Jacob encountered King and joined the Slaughterhouse Nine. He felt great displeasure at King's interest in grooming him as a pet project, so he conspired with Harbinger to kill him. Jacob's reasons were ego-driven, feeling like King saw him as a personal pet project instead of a man in his own right.

Afterward, Jacob renamed himself "Jack Slash" with the specific intention of sounding harmlessly simple and absurd.
Under Jack Slash's leadership, the Nine become synonymous with terror and death, caring nothing for political power or money. They seemed unstoppable, hitting towns throughout the United States seemingly at random and killing as many as they could before leaving. They notably avoided using bombs or more traditional methods of mass destruction, opting to kill personally using their powers.

The recruitment process became a trial in which each existing member of the Nine would torture and attempt to kill recruits and survival meant being accepted as a new member.

Jack Slash and the rest of the Nine arrived in Brockton Bay in June 2011, a few weeks after Leviathan's attack, looking to recruit new members. After being informed of the Nine's presence by Coil, Dinah Alcott made a prophecy that if Jack Slash was not killed before he left Brockton Bay he would almost certainly set into motion the end of the world. Jack Slash challenged Theodore Anders to become a hero worthy of killing Jack Slash, to spare the lives of Theodore's sister and her mother.

Jack Slash eventually learned of his part of the end of the world, and took it in stride, searching out how to do so. He was almost stopped, but he was able to cause the end of the world at the last second by convincing Zion to destroy humanity.

Appearance

Jack Slash is tall and slender, favoring civilian clothing that shows off his lean and muscular upper body. He has an attractive face similar to Johnny Depp's though longer and with pale blue eyes. His hair is gelled back exposing a severe widow's peak.

He has a full beard and mustache that he keeps neatly trimmed in a goatee fashion. These are further trimmed to give his beard sawtooth edges pointing inwards.

Jack Slash appears slightly aged, with minor wrinkles and stray white hairs.

Personality

A cruel and manipulative man with a love of theatrics. Jacob has a playful demeanor even while he is hurting others, whether committing small scale personal pain or wide-scale atrocities. He sees himself as an individual butterfly effect, changing the world around him in small ways through what he calls "keystones" to create larger changes indirectly.

One of Jack Slash's largest philosophies was the meaninglessness of the universe, and ascending to the Throne of Heroes has had a peculiar effect on him, reinforcing and inverting his beliefs at the same time. Jack Slash is happy doing what is required of him by Alaya while continuing playing his games. He's even bettered his understanding of humans: Once upon a time, he only had Charisma of a Mad Genius at Rank E, but as he learns how people work more and more, his natural skill becomes greater and greater, with the goal of one day no longer needing Razor's Wit so much.

With no consequences for death, Jack Slash enjoys playing games with others. Because of this, Jack Slash feels no need for a wish from the Grail and is willing to do what the Grail wants, making him a viable Ruler. If Jack Slash is summoned as Saber, he will likely spend the entire Grail War questioning his Master, treating them like a protege of sorts, trying to get them to question their goals, their cause, and their chosen wish: Jack Slash has no desire to make a wish on the Holy Grail, and if given one would be just as likely to wish something meaningless, like that all British people are allergic to beans or whatever else he thinks might be amusing, than anything meaningful.

Abilities

Jack Slash is incredibly dangerous, able to take on multiple other Servants at once without even requiring the use of his Command Seals given to him as a Ruler. It doesn't pay to underestimate him.

Statistics:
Strength: C
Endurance: B
Agility: A
Magical Power: E
Good Luck: EX
Noble Phantasm: A

Jack Slash weaves through combat precisely, his EX-ranked Luck bending probability to make it near-impossible to land an attack on him. Jack Slash's knife play is skilled enough that he could be summoned as a Saber, and his Noble Phantasm, The Nine, allows him to wound others as if his blade is of any possible, imaginable, length.

Jack Slash has God's Resolution, granted to him by the Holy Grail, allowing him two Command Seals for each Servant in it. Jack Slash also has True Name Discernment B, which combines with his Luck to mean that it is impossible to hide status information.

Jack Slash has Charisma of an Evil Genius at Rank D, however Razor's Wit increases it to Rank B. Jack Slash also has Presence Concealment A+, but only so far as to spy on the games that he is playing that have been agreed to, so if he were to attempt to use this to assassinate a Servant or spy on one that isn't participating in a game he's playing, than he would lose it. In addition, he can use his Presence Concealment to hide his identity without hiding himself, but he cannot use The Nine while he is doing so, and if anyone notices him stop using Presence Concealment in this way than they become immune to his Presence Concealment in its entirety, meaning that he must find an isolated spot to 'switch personas'.

Razor's Wit: C/A+ Rank: This Noble Phantasm is active at all times, and its abilities are nothing to scoff at. Razor's Wit enhances Jack Slash's Charisma of a Mad Genius from Rank D to Rank B. Jack Slash is able to understand the minds of others: Their personality, their goals, their dreams, their combat strategies, or any other part of them are all as clear as day to him, allowing him a great advantage when it comes to manipulating them, whether socially or physically, sometimes both at the same time. This, along with Jack Slash's Luck, allows him to beat most other beings, even many Servants. As a Ruler, however, this is enhanced: So long as Jack Slash has not used both Seals for any given Servant, Razor's Wit is able to take advantage of the connection that Jack Slash has with that Servant to manipulate them just like Jack Slash's power was able to manipulate Parahumans, introducing misleading or incorrect thoughts in his favor that cannot be distinguished from someone's own thoughts, to the point that the targets cannot realize that they are being manipulated. The latter part of this ability is Hidden, and cannot be found except by another Servant with True Name Discernment, and even then it would require a Luck check against Razor's Wit at A+ Rank.

The Nine: A Rank: Jack Slash is well known for leading a group of nine deranged murderers, and so has a limited access to eight abilities, each taken from one of the most well-known members of his group as is his right as its leader, along with one originated from himself. In any other Class he would have access to two abilities along with his own, however, as Ruler, Jack Slash has access to all nine abilities.

Dancing on the Edge: Jack Slash is able to slice others as if his blade is longer than it actually is. He can apply this to any blade, however esoteric effects that the blade has (such as if the blade causes festering wounds) do not get applied at range. Note that the blade doesn't actually become longer, there simply becomes a line of force that acts as if it were the blade.

Brought Down: Taken from Hatchet Face, who relished hunting down powerful capes and making them no more than normal humans, watching as they despaired without their powers. Any magical energies within about twenty five feet are weakened: Most Magecraft will become weak and easy to defend against, and Noble Phantasms become slightly weaker. It isn't strong enough that it would seem meaningful against those of great power, but as Jack Slash knows very well, every bit counts.

Shadows and Illusions: Taken from Nyx, who used her gas to create illusions to manipulate people, which synergizes perfectly with Jack Slash. Jack Slash is able to produce a dark gas that he can use to create illusions. These illusions are fragile, and break when put under great stress or attacked with the intent to damage them, and the gas itself is mildly poisonous, a mere distraction to a Servant or someone with superhuman abilities, but with the ability to knock out normal humans.

One Shot: Taken from Crawler, who had the stupendous ability to become resistant to damage that he takes as he takes it. The first time Jack Slash is affected by a Noble Phantasm, it affects him normally. Every time after, however, he is affected by the same Noble Phantasm, he is resistant to it: It's effectiveness is reduced by one rank.

A Monster Needs No One: Taken from the Siberian, who was known as unbeatable. Even after the Siberian was revealed to be a projection created by William Manton, people still saw the Siberian as an unstoppable monster, with no weaknesses. Because of this, Jack Slash can borrow her reputation to gain Independent Action Rank A+, meaning that he requires no Master to stay formed. Moreover, because of the low cost of his Noble Phantasms he can use them as much as he wants without risking his form.

Rules of the Game: King was well known for playing games with various parahumans and normal people, with deadly consequences for losing or cheating, and when Jack Slash took over the Slaughterhouse Nine he continued doing the same. If these rules aren't followed, however, the Slaughterhouse Nine will punish everyone involved, and their reputation for doing so allows Jack Slash to more effectively do the same. When playing a game that has been agreed to by the players, if Jack Slash is given sufficient evidence of cheating then he is able to exercise this part of his Noble Phantasm, strengthening his Dancing on the Edge, making it able to cut through defenses that directly block it, such as Magic Resistance.

Minimal Martiality: Taken from Harbinger, who was a master of destroying other people with minimal effort and minimal damage taken, Jack Slash emulates his style of combat. Because of this, Jack Slash's style of combat uses the bare minimum of energy required while hiding it through large, sweeping movements. This includes knowledge of the weaknesses of others, both inanimate and animate. Dancing on the Edge deals damage as if Jack Slash were twice as strong.

Berserker Mode: A double-edged sword that was given to Jack Slash by Bonesaw, to represent her leaving him and his philosophy behind to become a hero. Such a betrayal is something that Jack Slash can't help but be proud of. During her life, Bonesaw had many defenses against mental attacks, but her first, her most basic, and her riskiest was her Berserker Mode, and this is what she gave Jack Slash. When Jack Slash is being affected by mental manipulation, Berserker Mode overpowers it with raw rage, slightly stronger than whatever manipulation is affecting him, freeing him from said affect. There is no upper limit to how angry Berserker Mode can make Jack Slash, meaning that this is an incredible weak spot for him.

Adaptive Combat: Taken from Mannequin, who went around killing Tinkers and, in the process, was able to incorporate a lot of technology that he didn't build into his body. This allows Dancing on the Edge to utilize esoteric effects of the blade that is being used, such that if a blade, for example, causes festering wounds, then any attack with Dancing on the Edge with that blade will also cause festering wounds.

True Name Discernment
: B
If summoned as a Ruler, during a direct encounter, a Servant's true name and entire status information will be automatically revealed. In regards to Servants with concealment abilities, a

PERSONAL SKILLS

Charisma: A
The natural talent to command an army corps. Raises the abilities of one's own army on group battles. A rare talent. It can be said that A Rank is the highest peak of popularity one can acquire as a human being.
In his case, other than the leadership necessary for building a nation, this Skill also denotes the eloquence and advocacy techniques refined during his time as a lawyer.

Enlightenment of the Bodhi Tree: C

A protection that only those who reached the truth of the world, the answer of mankind, are clad in. A proof of "protecting the world" also called anti-purge defense. Unconditionally reduces the damage from physical attacks, conceptual attacks and inter-dimensional attacks by the degree of his own HP value. Also, the higher this Skill's rank is, higher are the chances of mental interference being shutout.
Although his nature is extremely similar to one, since he is not a genuine buddha, the rank of this Skill is confined to C.

Pioneer of the Star: EX

A unique Skill bestowed to a hero who became a turning point in human history. Any and all penances turn from "impossibilities" into "events that can be realized".

As the very first precedent of a successful non-violent revolution in recorded history, his name became a mark in human history as a proof that is possible to change the world (society) by means of something other than strength of arms.

Predisposition to Suffering: B+

A Skill that increases the chances of being targeted by the enemy during group battles. Tends to appear as a Minus Skill, but for a Servant that has a strong defense, possessing this Skill allows one to function as an excellent escort. It also includes some plus modifiers to defensive values.
In his case, this derives from a way of life that followed his pet theory of "proving one's legitimacy by shouldering all sorts of pains".

NOBLE PHANTASM

Sabarmati Ashram – Others Seal・Temple of Peace
Rank:
B
Type:Anti-Army
Inviolable Holy Ground. The monastery that served as both his residence while alive and the headquarters of the independence movement he sponsored reproduced by means of magical energy. A High-Thaumaturgy falsely similar to a Reality Marble, but while a Reality Marble repaints the world itself, this is molded by accumulating on top of the proper world.

Inside the monastery, one will find himself surrounded by an atmosphere of absolute peace and tranquility. All those within this territory will have their will to fight robbed away, consequentially causing the accuracy rate of their attacks to fall extremely. There is also an effect that causes all sorts of mental disturbances to become undone. Furthermore, because this monastery is endowed with attributes as "the optimal place for Gandhi to perform his work", he will receive bonus modifiers towards all actions carried out inside of it.

Ahimsa Satyagraha – White Flowing River
Rank:
EX
Type:Anti-Unit (self)
The symbol of Heroic Spirit Gandhi. His pet theory, way of life sublimated as a Noble Phantasm. A constantly active-type of Noble Phantasm, but its operation depends on him not performing any attacks as an absolute premise. Should he ever voluntarily cause harm to another, it will permanently cease to function.

Whenever an enemy successfully lands a blow on Saver, his attack power will degrade by means of a divine punishment of sorts. Not only such effect will compound on itself with each strike received (the greater the inflicted injury is, the harsher the retribution will be), but it also cannot be undone by any means – even Saver's annihilation will not cause the attack power to revert to what it was. Furthermore, normal attacks are a matter of course, but this can even deteriorate the performance and eventually seal away any armament-type Noble Phantasm employed by the enemy.

Back when he was alive, in the daily battle of right against might, the Sage of Peace never raised a hand to harm another, regardless of what sort of abuse he suffered. By sticking to his principles of moral truth derived from love and peace, he eventually robbed a great empire from its means to fight.

ID 274: Cassimir III the Great (Caster), by Kejmur
Servant: Kazimierz III Wielki (Translation: Cassimir III The Great)

Identity

Cassimir III The Great is one of the most known and popular polish rulers in the history of Poland. He is the one who managed to reform law system to make it more efficient and uniform with his own organized royal council acting as his advisors. Also he is the first polish ruler that introduced advanced back then war inventions like catapults, battering rams and siege towers are part of new reformed military, which relied on properly applied discipline and banner system with based on the banners of nobility and territorial system. Surrounded by his enemies (mostly Teuton Knights and Brandenburgs) at the start of his rule at 1333 year when he was 20 years old, position of Kingdom of Poland was shaky at best, with only two provinces making part of the country (Małopolska and Wielkopolska). And yet he managed to almost triple the size of the territory and secure Kingdom of Poland as one of the main European 'players' in Europe. At 1327 after one of his marriages he suddenly ended up seriously ill, but he managed to survived and afterwards Kingdom of Poland thrived. Under his rule his kingdom established 100 new cities with his main focus being support of cities as best way to improve economy of his kingdom. Casimir III The Great also organized monetary reform with first coins being created called Krakowski Grosz and financed first in Poland (and second in that part of Europe after Prague one) Krakow University later on renamed Jagiellonian University. Casimir ended up also pretty famous for being a very skilled diplomat, which managed to secure unexpected alliances and buy enough time to reform his own country and military. Also the saying which is pretty famous pretty well describes his achievements: "When he ascended Poland was wooden, when he left us, it was from stone".

Appearance

Cassimir III looks made him pretty charismatic as a ruler. His pretty much trademark beard, well cared for hair and tall, broad posture full of confidence make him look pretty attractive and confident. He also has tendency to wear highest quality clothes based on his rule.

Personality

Cassimir III The Great and his personality isn't really widely known, but what we know is enough to present something. Cassimiar is the person, who was never afraid of being confident, decisive and innovative in his actions. He valued discipline and organization above all. Also it was pretty known fact that Cassimir was also pretty amourous as in his life he married 4 times and had also some lovers. Number is unknown, but 2-3 sons from those relationships are confirmed (Niemierza, Jan and Pełka even if last one isn't confirmed for sure). Although he also wasn't the type to simply keep pushing and pushing, but also know when to stop and organize things around with his very well trained diplomatic skills.

Abilities

Statistics:
Strength: C
Endurance: C
Agility: C
Magical Power: B
Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: B

Cassimir III The Great is a Servant who like many Casters needs some time to truly prepare when dealing with problems, he is really good at improvising, diplomacy or dealing with problems even when he is pushed or surrounded. Cassimiar functions the best when surrounded by allies or specific battlefield inventions (like catapults) as he may easily upgrade, even almost instantly and make them viable in Servant Combat thaks to Noble Phantasm called Impressive Improvement. It is important though to know that more time he has, the better potential upgrades are and their power may jump up to even +A with prep time. This Noble Phantasm doesn't stack with Reformer Skill, which is only connected to the concept of Territory, Education or Reforms. He may use them himself or one of people or Servants around him, but in his life he was also known as someone who knows how to ride a horse and use a blade himself, so in close combat he isn't completely hopeless unlike many Caster types. But if he deals with someone superior skills wise, he will either move to better prepared battlefield, approach diplomacy or simply escape.

Passive Skills:

Skills or Abilities:

Territory Creation: A

Item Construction: E

Charisma: B

Beauty of Trouble with Women: C

Beauty of Trouble with Women is a type of awareness that has been raised to a level of a curse. In case of Cassimiar III The Great it is easy for him to encounter and be drawn to females due to the beauty of their eyes or their figure. As mentioned before Cassimiar was the amorous type, so resisting female flesh may be hard to deal with here. There are far worse example though, so it's not that crippling of a weakness. But it's there.

Reformer: C-A+

"Reformer: This unique skill makes Cassimir III The Great one of the best Servants when it goes to upgrades, improvisation and preparation of things that already exist or people, especially if place is considered 'primitive' or 'in trouble'. This skill starts at C Rank and may even end up at A+ with enough preparation time. Cassimir with this skill has instinctual knowledge on how to improve territory, creations or people connected to territory considered his or his own allies. Important thing is that Cassimir is very subpar in creation of more personal items as he was never famous for it, so this skill automatically operates on a rank lower when it goes to more invidual creations like personal equipment. If already created item is very advanced, this skill may not even activate and it works far better in spots/items which needs serious application of work, but even if place if very impressive/advanced this skill still works connected to the concept of Territory (thanks to his high Territory rating), but operates on a rank lower then it would normally. If this Caster works very closely on things closely connected to his main specialties which are Reformation, Education, Diplomacy and Architecture this ability works 50% better then it normally would.

"Impressive Improvement: C-A (Fortress Noble Phantasm/Anti-Unit). This Noble Phantasm is an ability to affect territory or items that already on a battlefield Cassimir III The Great and his allies are in. Once casted, anything man made (like buildings, personal items, etc.) may improve rapidly once it happens till the end of this specific battle. Improvement here is based on specific effects man made creations provide (like strenght of the shield or speed movement of vehicles) as they gain automatic A Rank in those and in other more general cases it's C Rank. If item or specific people have skills good enough to already be ranked, this item or skill gains additional 1 rank up. This Noble Phantasm ignore Cassimir's weakness towards Personal Equipment. If Cassimir doesn't want to improve power wise anything per se, but instead use this Noble Phantasm as a defensive skill, one chosen item may become a building big enough to protect people inside from any attack of a A Rank or lower. Once it 'tanks' the attack, building dissapears.

ID 275: Noah (Rider), by Kejmur
Servant: Noah

Identity

Noah is possibly one of the most iconic characters from Bible and his legend is pretty much known by everyone, at least bare basics. Noah was the tenth and last pre-Flood Patriach, which pretty much means male-ancestor figure between Adam and Abraham and one of most famous prophets. He was also the one who managed to create very famous Noah's Ark and gathered on this ship lots of wild animals to possibly repopulate their populations once God summoned The Flood to punish humanity for their misdeeds. He also took on the ship his own family. In overall his faith in God was not questionable and once The Flood crisis was over, he decided to become a husbandman (pretty much traditional farmer) and planted and raised his own vineyard and this also made Noah first human to taste wine. Also at one point Noah cursed Canaan, son of Ham for the sins of the Ham for seeing him naked when he was drunk after drinking wine of his own production. Later on that event would be called Curse of Ham.

Appearance

Noah look wise was pretty much a perfect example of an average male of that period. Short, brown hair with completely standard beard and moustache complimented by brown eyes. His clothes were very simple white type of robe, which suggests that Noah was a modest or poor man.

Personality

And while his legend describes Noah as dedicated, loyal and determined, he could also be harsh towards people which wronged him when he punished Caanon, son of Ham with a curse. We don't know alot about his personality, but after tasting first wine ever made and legend based on it, he also has a tendency towards enjoying alcoholic drinks. Noah is a person that may be considered someone, who would do alot for people or animals he cares about, but can be decisive and judgemental if someone offends or backstabs him in his own opinion.

Abilities

Statistics:
Strength: D
Endurance: B
Agility: D
Magical Power: A
Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: EX

Noah is the Servant which isn't a really strong Rider in direct combat himself, but he can easily make up for it with an ability to easily tame or simply summon animals which can easily compete with Servants in combat and defensive almost impossible to penetrate defensive Noble Phantasm called Noah's Ark based on the main part of his very famous legend. While in direct combat he isn't strong, taking into account his past and the hardships he needed to deal with at Noah's Ark (including even lack of sleep as he needed to take care of animals on his ship) he is actually someone with pretty good Endurance even if he isn't direct combat based Servant. Also Noah has an ability to apply Personal Curses, which can easily debuff opponent in any chosen statistic Noah decides to punish. If he can keeps his distance or simply hide in his ship, Noah can be really annoying and hard to deal with.

Skills or Abilities:

Territory Creation: A

Riding: B

Magic Resistance: A

Animal Dialogue: A

Wine Lover: D

Wine Love is a minor curse, which make Noah less rational and reasonable once he decides to drink too much wine and decides to commit important actions afterwards. Under its effect one of his abilities or statistics (depending on what kind of action Noah focuses at the moment) gains -1 penalty for the duration of this Curse effect.

Animal Guardians: B-A+

"Animal Guardians: This interesting ability allows Noah to either tame quickly animals he meets or simply summon his own as projections to act as his and his allies personal guardians. Every single affected animals gains personal power comparable to a Servant operating on B rank level of combat capabilities with a possibility of Chosen One Animal may become A+ Rank level direct combatant. More esoteric statistics like Luck are not affected by this ability.

Personal Curse: A

"Personal Curse: Noah has an ability to apply personal curse towards target of his choice if they end up in his sphere of influence. That target receives penalty of statistic drop up to 3 categories of Noah's choice by 1 point (up to max 3 points). This ability may only be applied to one target at once and it may last up to 30 days. Only exception to this is Luck, which may be dropped by 2 points, but in this case it only leaves 1 more potential statistic drop left.

Noah's Ark: EX

"Noah's Ark: EX (Fortress Noble Phantasm/Anti-Unit/Anti-Army/Anti-Gate). This very powerful Noble Phantasm is the most powerful skill of Noah and for a good reason. This isn't a Noble Phantasm Noah can instantly summon, but instead it takes time to build, but once it happens it includes effect very similar to Bounded Field, but with an ability to move around. Pretty much what happens inside of Arc is that mystic boundary line separates what happens from the outside and in theory it should be impossible to affect it from outside. Sheer size and volume of this Noble Phantasm allows to lock in absurd amount of units inside taking into account that in legend Noah's Ark was more then massive enough to keep most animal population inside of it. Any unit or structure which ends up directly moved or rammed by this Noble Phantasm, receives damage similar to that hit by an A Rank attack. Noah's Ark may without issues tank ANY type of attack at least once without receiving any damage (EX rank once, A Rank twice in a row) and once cooldown sets in, this metaphorical 'barrier' is up again and applies same defensive bonus.

ID 276: William Tell (Archer Prototype), by Kejmur
Servant: William Tell

Identity

William Tell is a folk hero of Switzerland and in this case Archer Type of a Servant. His fame mostly come from his Anti-Tyranny rhetoric and actions (which includes assasination of a Tyrant called Altdorf Gessler) , excellent markmanship skills and mostly for avoiding execution of his and his son organized by ruler of Altdorf called Albrecht Gessler for refusing to bow to him. Execution was supposed to be cruel and vindictive in its simplicity - Gessler ordered William to shoot an apple on top of his sons head with a crossbow bolt. Tell managed to do so flawlessly, which also allowed to avoid death sentence like Albrecht promised before it happened. Unfortunately he received prison sentence for stating the truth about removing second bolt from his quiver once Gessler noticed it happened and asked why Tell did it - William saved the second one to kill Albrecht in case he failed and killed his own son. Prison sentence never began as boat travel that was supposed to move him there was halted by storm at Lake Lucerne and they landed on rocky place these days called "Tell's Slab" with a memorial chapel marking that place and used this opportunity to assasinate Albrecht. First mention of William Tell as a legend showed up in 1307. Later on William Tell was popular enough to receive series of books in his name, theatre plays, movies and even his visage showed up on William Tell patterned playing cards. Not only William Tell is a pretty famous legendary figure, but also popculture icon.

Appearance

William Tell is an average looking man. Not really ugly, but also not very handsome. His looks may be described as something on a rough side. Unkempt, oily looking hair combined with small black eyes, pretty distinctive moustache and typical for this time and age crossbowman clothes make him look like a typical fighter of that time. Height and weight wise he is also completely standard as a person, although you shouldn't be fooled as he was also pretty strong and not only he was an absolute marksman expert, but also very skilled mountain climber.

Personality

According to his legend William Tell is someone who deeply cares about his son and is willing to kill anyone who would threaten him. In overall he was a person who deeply cared about children as in 1354 he was killed trying to save a child from drowning in the Schächenbach River in Uri by one of his enemies. William Tell is a Servant who dislikes anyone who commits evil acts and is willing to fight them till the last breath if they opress or torment people weaker then them. His main characteristics may be described as caring, determined, ruthless towards his enemies, cunning and more chaotic in his actions with lots of potential improvisations.

Abilities

Statistics:
Strength: C
Endurance: C
Agility: A
Magical Power: D
Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: A

William Tell is an example of a Servant who prefers to rely on his crossbow skills and keep his distance. He is according to his legend pretty strong physically person, so he can do keep up in close combat as well easily enough, but it's not his prefered way to deal with his opponents. William Tell also has some known history as an Assasin, so he also has +C rank Presence Concealment, which he may use with pretty good effect to eliminate someone more subtly. But if you want to describe William Tell's fighting style, it's pretty much Hit and Run with a preference towards Mountain Terrain where he is at his strongest and with possible assistance of traps.

Skills or Abilities:

Independent Action: B

Magic Resistance: B

"Tyrant Slayer: A (Anti-Unit). This Noble Phantasm once activated is very dangerous in a way that with it William Tell may hurt lots of Servants directly which otherwise he would struggle to do so. Once effect of this Noble Phantasm is applied, next attack directly ignores and hurts directly opponents like he or she would operate on a one level lower Endurance, Agility and Luck at the same time. If it happens against that target is either Evil and/or a Tyrant, bonus doubles in this case, but it can't drop lower then E rank.

Perfect Shot: B

"Perfect Shot: William Tell is so good at aiming that it's almost impossible for him to miss as long as he has at least one round of preparation to commit, although this ability still grants a bonus even if attack happens instantly, even if it is lower. It it happens without preparation, damage is increased by 20% (and rises to 30% against enemy with Evil characteristics instead of 50%/60% with one round of preparation). As mentioned before once position is prepared, next attack with Perfect Shot deals additional 50% of damage once it hits one of more vulnerable spots on his opponents body (increases to 60% if it happens against enemy with Evil characteristics). ID 277: Jack Slash (Lancer), by Raphael
Identity

Lancer's True Name is Jack Slash, or Jacob.

His hair is gelled back. He has a full beard and mustache that he keeps neatly trimmed in a goatee fashion. These are further trimmed to give his beard sawtooth edges pointing inwards. Jack Slash appears to be in the prime of his life, with no signs of aging beyond it.

When summoned as a Lancer, Jack Slash's ego is brought to the forefront of his personality. If Jack Slash had ascended to the Throne in the same manner as most Heroic Spirits, Lancer is the class he would be most suited for, and so he takes great pride in his skill in said Class. When Classified as Lancer, Jack Slash is the closest to his full power in terms of skill and power, not including Noble Phantasms. Jack Slash cannot allow himself to lose, because that would be admitting that even in the Standard Classification best suited for him he isn't powerful enough to compete with the heroes and villains of the multiverse.

Abilities

Jack Slash is a Servant that can fight at any range, against nearly any other Servant, and stand a fair chance at winning due to his high Agility and his unorthodox combat style centered around Dancing on the Edge. He is especially well suited against most Archers, able to slice their projectiles out of the air with ease. If attacked from multiple angles, however, his defenses quickly crumble if he cannot attack the source of the attacks, making many Casters a bad matchup for him, able to overpower his defenses with a large number of powerful attacks.

Statistics:
Strength: C
Endurance: B
Agility: A
Magical Power: E
Good Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: A

Jack Slash has Charisma of an Evil Genius at Rank D, however, Razor's Wit increases it to Rank B. Jack Slash gains Magic Resistance C by virtue of being Lancer, which is incredibly useful as it reduces the chances of him fighting a Magus that can overpower him through a great number of attacks, because those attacks need to be more powerful to defeat this skill..

Razor's Wit: C Rank: This Noble Phantasm is active at all times, and its abilities are nothing to scoff at. This allows him a great advantage in combat with any person, even a Servant, allowing him to predict their thoughts, actions, and reactions, and act accordingly.

The Nine: A Rank: Jack Slash is well known for leading a group of nine deranged murderers, and so has a list of eight abilities, one taken each from eight of the most well-known members of his group as is his right as its leader, that he is able to use two of, along with one originated from himself.

Appearance

Jack Slash is a tall, slender young man that wears jeans and a t-shirt that show off his muscles. He has a face similar to Johnny Depp's, though with longer hair and with pale blue eyes. His hair is wild and uncombed.

Personality

As Berserker, Jack Slash can't remember anything beyond when he killed King. This means that Jack Slash is an angry young man, having just escaped the overbearing control of a man who treated him as a protege, a captive and a toy all at once, only to be taken under the control of another Master. Jack Slash enjoys hurting others for the sake of it, allowing him to hide from his own pains, not that he doesn't recognize why he enjoys it.

Keeping Jack Slash in line can be tough for most Magi. If his Master is seen as too controlling, he will try to undermine their authority and prove his own independence, up to and including being willing to kill his own Master if they try to use him as just a tool: It is inevitable for most Masters that they will need to either use a Command Seal to ensure their safety or they will be killed.

Abilities

As Berserker, Jack Slash fights entirely differently from any other form of his. In general combat, he is a fairly well-rounded warrior: While his Strength is a higher rank than his Strength in any other class, he is less skilled than he would be in any other class, overpowering his opponents through powerful attacks instead of many weaker ones. There is a way for him to become stronger, but he would rather die than have his Master control him...

Statistics:
Strength: B
Endurance: C
Agility: C
Magical Power: E
Good Luck: C
Noble Phantasm: A

Instead of gaining Mad Enhancement, Jack Slash's Noble Phantasm, The Nine: Berserker Mode, gains a similar ability. Charisma of a Mad Genius is granted to Jack Slash at Rank D by Razor's Wit.

Razor's Wit: C Rank: This Noble Phantasm is active at all times, and its abilities are nothing to scoff at. Razor's Wit normally enhances Jack Slash's Charisma of a Mad Genius from Rank D to Rank B, however as Berserker Jack Slash doesn't have Charisma of a Mad Genius, meaning he is only granted it at Rank D. Jack Slash is able to understand the minds of others: Their personality, their goals, their dreams, their combat strategies, or any other part of them are all as clear as day to him, allowing him a great advantage when it comes to manipulating them, whether socially or physically, sometimes both at the same time. This allows him a minor advantage in combat with any person, even a Servant, allowing him to predict their thoughts, actions, and reactions, and act accordingly.

The Nine: A Rank: Jack Slash is well known for leading a group of nine deranged murderers, and so has a list of eight abilities, one taken each from eight of the most well-known members of his group as is his right as its leader, that he is able to use two of, along with one originated from himself.

One Shot: Taken from Crawler, who had the stupendous ability to become resistant to damage that he takes as he takes it. The first time Jack Slash is affected by a Noble Phantasm, it affects him normally. Every time after, however, he is affected by the same Noble Phantasm, he is resistant to it: Its effectiveness is reduced by one rank.

When Jack Slash is being affected by mental manipulation, Berserker Mode overpowers it with raw rage, slightly stronger than whatever manipulation is affecting him, freeing him from said effect. There is no upper limit to how angry Berserker Mode can make Jack Slash, meaning that this is an incredibly weak spot for him.

Because he has been summoned as Berserker, Berserker Mode is stronger than it would be if summoned otherwise. When it activates, it grants him a Rank-Up in his physical statistics. This includes being controlled by Command Seals, however, it is unable to have enough strength protect him from the control of the Command Seal, making this defense useless against them.

ID 279: Jack Slash (Assassin), by Raphael

Assassin's True Name is Jack Slash, or Jacob. Jacob was a young trigger.

When Classed as Assassin, Jack Slash represents the him that led the Slaughterhouse Nine to success more than anything else. He will play the war like a game, pitting the various combatants against each other based on their abilities and the abilities of their Masters, in an attempt to leave the weakest Masters for last. He is much less capable than in other forms, requiring tricks and traps to allow him to survive confrontations with other Servants. Make no mistake, this may be the Jack Slash that plays games with others, but he is also the one that breaks them whenever the game becomes too dangerous: He will use anything to attain victory, and he will do it in any way he must.

Abilities

Jack Slash can barely keep up with most Servants, requiring the setting up of the battlefield ahead of time to maintain the illusion of power. He will use the abilities of his Master as optimally as possible for this purpose, meaning that his combat style will be different depending on his Master's abilities.

Statistics:
Strength: E
Endurance: D
Agility: C
Magical Power: E
Good Luck: A
Noble Phantasm: A

Jack Slash still has a very high-ranked Good Luck, meaning that his planning is much more likely to succeed when the difference is simply circumstances out of the control of any of the combatants. As Assassin, Jack Slash has Presence Concealment D+, meaning he can not only go incognito, hiding his existence as a Servant, but he can also stay hidden from his own reputation, meaning that even in Brockton Bay he would be completely unrecognizable as Jack Slash. Jack Slash has Charisma of an Evil Genius at Rank C due to the circumstances of his summoning, meaning Razor's Wit increases it to Rank A.

Jack Slash will take advantage of Rules of the Game to convince the rest of the Servants that when he declares a game, they MUST follow it or he will grow stronger. He may intentionally underplay the strength he gains from it to keep himself a low-priority, intending to allow a Master or Servant he knows will agree to and then cheat at a game he plays near the end to give him the win. Aside from that, regardless of what his Master brings to the table, Jack Slash is able to set up Shadows and Illusions ahead of time to drastically modify a battlefield before a fight, creating a virtual environment that suits his purposes and grants him an advantage.

Razor's Wit: C/A+ Rank: This Noble Phantasm is active at all times, and its abilities are nothing to scoff at. Razor's Wit enhances Jack Slash's Charisma of a Mad Genius from Rank C to Rank A. Jack Slash is able to understand the minds of others: Their personality, their goals, their dreams, their combat strategies, or any other part of them are all as clear as day to him, allowing him a great advantage when it comes to manipulating them, whether socially or physically, sometimes both at the same time. This, along with Jack Slash's Luck, can allow him to prepare fights ahead of time, knowing how the other person will act, so that the fact that they have superior abilities doesn't matter.

HAHAHAAHA! YES! YES! YES!

This was just the greatest bestestthing and thank you so very much just YES!. HAhahahaahaaaa!

The jabberwocky is dead! The jabberwocky is dead!

I can feel the sheer goodness and betterness and actually accomplishing things flowing through my veins in a show of epic glory for that grand slam snicker snack dunk it on them. And merlin and new servants and everything was just awesome.

The Teeth, Fallen, Elite and Ambassadors will be ready to fill the void I'm sure.

Next time we get that much power, we should go after Mama Mathers and shut down the cult entirely.

Also, can't belive we haven't already done this, but tinker up an anti-master and anti-thinker bracelet.

We have an anti tinker anti master tool. Our cape nulls all powers. And yes, all the endbringer cults need to go down.

So plans for tomorrow. I would hope we face at least a brief reprieve from cape duties before anything explodes while everyone is in awe.

What say y'all on what we should do for that time? For instance we could probably use our skill and prowess alongside our durability and anti power effect to "fell" lung(not kill him per se but definetly taking him down is feasible as we have a variable power shutdown and if needed we can back off to let him regenerate after hurting him before closing back in and dragging him to containment. Hell, we could probably try and see if we can do like seigfried if we want and bathe in/drink his blood as total muggle before re including if we wanna go there which I think would be cool not that it is the only way and damn this is a long ass tangent) and take down the ABB just like that. We could also patrol like basic capes but that would be lame and a waste of our time right now IMO.

Of course my preference would to be to get our muggle life in order deal with Danny and Tay and the state and our assets which all need a degree of management and probably somebody trustworthy and competent to manage things at least untill we can forge a better solution. I figure we could deal with Danny, Tay, and the state all this day and get lead on a good accountant and a secretary maybe follow that up tommorow and "slay" a dragon?

I dunno, ideas?

I think we should take care of both the Merchants and the ABB before they test our patience sooner or later. Also, we should hire someone to do PR for us and take care of the Undersiders if they prove to be hostile.

As for any groups that come to fill the void I'm pretty sure it will take some time to do so and that its best to nip it in the bud if found. If any group did fill the void when we were busy then it best to say the PRT was to blame for it due to lack luster nature.

Well a lot of parahuman villians proably are wearing their brown trousers after coil and E88 take down and cauldron must be wondering how they did not see this coming. Butnwhen it comes to the mysterious moon lit world thinkers tend to get 1+1=banna bread and carrot smoothie.

So hows about getting our personal life into order and getting a start on finding people to manage our assets today, slay the dragon and manage our assets tomorrow, and takedown the merchants the day after?

Fun update ;). Well I'm kind of glad we ended up with this plan as it is so insulting way to defeat them, holy cow ;). Nazi cause received a massive hit. Good.

Yep. And all this money we picked up, lol
Once I'm back from work I will post my plan suggestion.

350 milion dollars, lmao. With this we may start corporate Hero team as a nice middle finger towards Protectorate.

I can see The Fallen and The Teeth may be insane enough to show up. Butcher may consider suicide to possess our body. Accord won't bother, too smart and careful to risk it against cape as powerful as Taylor.

I approve of The Fallen ownage idea.

Our cape REALLY counters all powers, but I admit there may be exceptions. Cherish master power has massive range. We may get something just to be sure.

So plans for tomorrow. I would hope we face at least a brief reprieve from cape duties before anything explodes while everyone is in awe.

Typing from a phone is so annoying x_x.

Short points for now.

1. Deal with Lung and Oni Lee.
2. Deal with Boat Graveyard. Create fake corporation or something so Dockworkers get money they need.
3. Secure Danny so nothing happens to him.
4. Hire economy and parahuman cape lawyers. Good PR is a must.
5. Study Math and specialist language (like for engineering) as basics for other subjects.
6. Contact Brandish and sue Winslow and The Trio.
7. Make a list of Tinkertech or skills (Cranial) we may consider to pick up from Toybox.

With this we may start corporate Hero team as a nice middle finger toawrds Protectorate.

Okay so my own short points awaiting further discussion based on yours would be my priorities in order of priority

1. Deal with danny, secure him but also do the social with our father because dealing with family is important even when they don't meaningfully help us.
2. Deal with the state, it's literally as simple as filing literally two letters. Get us out of the school situation we can deal with the perpetratorsd without subjecting ourself to bullying that can and has gone to degrees that would be better described as torture. We triggered from that shit, we can be as strong as we want or as just as we want but the environment gains us nothing and sevres only to harm us.
3. Deal with our assets, higher lawyers, at least one secretary, preferably the barebones of who we need to run larger operations, we have New Wave and our father as close people who have reliable connections. This is important so that our assets are protected so that some lucky IRS mook doesnt take it all away and that they are managed so we can do stuff like funding large projects to help the community.
4. Deal with the gang sprouts and remove people like Lung, Oni Lee, Skidmark, etc. from brockton bay and ideally like, their muggle mooks of at least highest level.
5. Safeguard against foreign gangs like the Teeth when they come eventually.
6. Deal with our toturers through legal due process at first and then extralegal actions after and only after legal processes fail us. That means first filing complaints DIRECTLY to the local relevant councils, offices, departments, and boards for their duties and doing so in full with the aid of a proper legal team. And yes, that means everyone from local regulators to the police. Open communications in efforts to assure action is taken and if action is stonewalled to skip arm twisting and sue everyone we can for everything we can. Everyone for everything. The little girls, the principals, the school staff, the police department, the local admins, the state, the fucking janitor if we have anything to sue them on they get filed. Pursue this and use money and if necessary connections and publicity to either get action or raise this as high up in the courts as we can. Go all the way up to the supreme court if we have to, make shit public if we have to, show up to goddamn oprah if we have to. There are structures in place to do this legally and we should use them. Finally if we take things as far as we can and go public as far as we can and nothing is done then we twist arms and go for blackmail and extortion.
7. Setting up full structures to rejuvenate brockton bay and eventually the area and expanding so on in technically not but really charitable actions. That means stuff like dealing with the boat graveyard, buying out businesses and utilities to pump money into them and get vital services and goods provided to those in need free of charge while turning at least some net profit so things can continue and expand without debt or our own financial boosting. Do the megacorp but do it quietly and kindly without glory because brockton bay can be a better place but things like inaccessibility to basic needs forcing people to turn to crime and a lack of viable and attainable jobs forcing them to stay there while blemishes like the boat graveyard and nazi gangs stand as a mockery and a further nail preventing brockton entrepreneurs from stepping up to make things better. Because yeah we can arrest gangsters but like it has been earlier said criminal records do nobody good and what we really need to do is deal with the issues that make everyone have crap lives and end up needing or feeling like they need to do crap things and if that means buying the world then damn well we will make brockton bay greater than it has ever been.
8. Building up a profitable financial engine of some make and some sort because shit don't pay for itself and 350 million is nice until you start trying to actually employ a meaningful percent of a city at which point it quickly vanishes and becomes chump change.
9. Work on ever bigger displays of justice like our worldwide smackdown of nazis taking out people like the teeth, fallen, 9, heartbroken, etc. who just wont let us have nice things
10. become a symbol of justice rightly earned as we make real lasting improvements on peoples lives and deliver onto the world much deserved and overdue justice to those who escape it.
11. ???
12. profit

#shamelessoptimism

Because yeah, that's where I want to go. I want to make things better and I want to do it right and justly. Because really, what would be better than for a minor idol magical girl from a small town in new england stepping up to the plate and making people happy. It's like the mushy happiest thing ever and I want more accomplishment and joy feels like this where we have a real and powerful positive impact on the world.
