I can't decide one is a castle or fort the other has possible advance tech but heavy security...

the name of the hill behind the castle is also the title of a song by a swedish band, and the flag is in a total war game if you can correctly guess it, Ill give you guys a reward. Also, correctly guessing things like where you currently are (city,state/prefecture/province, and country) will also get you rewards.

We're in the Japan in Kagoshima on Kyushu island .

That castle is Kagoshima Castle .

And the name of the hill is Shiroyama in Kagoshima Prefecture. The symbol in the flag is the symbol of Kagoshima.
