I'm torn between Red and Blonde. Blonde may very well be Tsunade, which would mean Uchiha+Senju shenanigans, or it could be just about anybody else. Red, on the other hand, is almost guaranteed Uzumaki which comes with all the implied perks of boosted life force/chakra and still being distantly related to the Senju. Not sure if that means Rinnegan or not for either option tbh.

Also, I'm pretty sure 'fanon' Uzumaki are at least purported to have mainly used Water, which would fit with Tobirama.

I mean, the red hair could just be faking us out and actually be an Akimichi. I know Choza had crazy red hair.

Is it Rinnegan shenanigans time? To be absolutely honest, the idea of a fledgling Rinnegan user really appeals to me, because unlike Nagato or Madara, we're not suddenly gonna start as gods with unlimited chakra pools and more skill than you could shake a stick at. I'd love to see a character learn to use it effectively, working around their limitations as they grow.

Finally. I really want to see a quest where someone chooses Hard mode instead of going for f*cking normal mode all the time. We're no casual!
 
Wow. Those are actually kind of difficult guesses. I mean, Hard and Difficult are easy and I at least have a guess for a moderate, but Light and Easy are kind of stumping me.

Light looks like a Vampire or Demon of some sort, one of the more monstrous sorts, and the quote at least gives some narrative point to look for, but hell if I know where to start.

Easy is much the same, except even worse. Knee-jerk is, of course, someone from Naruto canon somewhere along the line, but I can't think of any that want to break the cycle because someone they love is on the otherside, so the character may be from an entirely different franchise.

None of them but Hard are from Naruto else they would also have the bonus of in-world knowledge for our character.

This one is probably a Yandere, although it could just be a girl that goes off the deep end. Yandere brings Yuno to mind, but that's mostly because Yuno is the first thing that comes to mind when I think Yandere. Yuki does kill a Yuno, but I can't remember if he ever promised to kill her.

This could be nearly anyone if you operate under the assumption that "True Dojutsu" is from unlocking the higher levels of Sharingan right away because of past trauma. But that way lies madness so I'm assuming it it's a girl with magic eyes. The only one that fits the requirements from my hunt is Oboro from Basilisk.

I'll be closing voting at 2:00 PM EST today. As a brand new author I don't see this quest getting much more active so soon, but if someone disagrees please let me know. As it is the first few updates will be relatively small, as time goes on the voting periods will definitely extend.

    It takes a few months for you to really come to terms with what has happened, and you're extremely glad that your brain isn't functional enough to feel embarrassment, because the old you would be absolutely mortified by the amount of time you spent squirming around trying to physically extricate yourself from your situation.

Looking at her appearance and build she seems to be a civilian born shinobi: you weren't aware of any clans with those particular features, and there's no way a civilian would roof-hop with you in hand to get to the market.     After a few more weeks of practicing the few anger management tips you still remember from the Yamanaka, you come to realize that your situation is quite good. You may be horrified by your own body, buy your mind hasn't changed, and this scenarios offers additional benefits. The Uchiha Clan Library was known to be the greatest treasure trove of information on ninjutsu in the world, and you could never get access to it, no matter how many times you apologized for killing dozens of Uchiha. Regardless, it was now available to you, or at least it would be once you could actually function.

    That brought you to your primary concern. You are a baby. A newborn baby. As it stands you can't do anything at all. You'll have to fix that.

    Nakamura Shiori is a Tokubetsu Jonin from the Village Hidden in the Leaves. Her mother was a maid (yes a maid, not a 'maid'), and her father passed away when returning from a trade fair due to a bandit attack. Her poor childhood made her immensely dedicated to ensuring her own success by joining the shinobi program. Unfortunately, due to her background, she wasn't even considered for the Jounin strack, and was assigned to the genin corps directly out of the academy. She didn't allow her misfortune to discourage her, instead she channeled it into her training and became one of the youngest field promoted Chunin at 16.

    In the Chunin corps she gained a reputation as a hard worker, and was frequently chosen for tracking and patrol missions due to her physical capabilities and sharp senses. Her work ethic gained the attention of one of the few other Chunin corpsmen who still possessed ambition: Uchiha Ryota. He was the first to notice her superior senses, and suggested she start training harder at stealth and tracking. After receiving tips from numerous Inuzuka, she became the premier tracker in the corps, and was offered a promotion to a Tokubetsu Jounin member of the Hunter Corps on her 20th birthday. It seems that she was pretty thankful for Ryota's advice, as she married him only two years after they first met.

    Uchiha Ryota is a Tokubetsu Jonin for the Village Hidden in the Leaves. He unlocked his sharingan during his second year in the academy when infiltrators from the Hidden Rain attempted to cull the current batch of students. His eyes allowed him to graduate a year early at the age of 11, but unfortunately he failed his Jounin sensei's secondary test, relegating him to the Genin corps.

    As a member of the corps, he worked diligently and trained non-stop to eventually receive his field promotion. After becoming a Chunin, he started focusing on his one true talent: Kenjutsu. During his grueling training sessions, he noticed one other corps member insisting on keeping up with his workouts: Nakamura Shiori. A man can only see a woman drenched and panting so many times before losing control of himself, so after just a few weeks of torment he gave in and asked her out. Surprisingly enough, everything worked out, and they were married less than two years later.

    Through years of constant training and battle Ryota has become one of Konoha's formost Kenjutsu practitioners, and is on the verge of being considered a master. He was never particularly talented, but his hard work and dedication allowed him to secure a promotion to Tokubetsu Jonin from the Chunin corps at the age of 20.

    I was almost rethinking my decision to leave the SB and SV quests combined due to the votes. Dirty blonde won out by an impossible margin on SV, but it wasn't even in the running on SB. If the discrepancy had been in the difficulty levels then I definitely would have left them separate, but the mother's identity wasn't big enough of a change for me to justify it in the end.

    In all honesty I'm fairly split on how I feel about the votes. The perk from Dirty Blonde was definitely the best in terms of power     adquisicion, as I honestly didn't expect anyone to choose it. Midnight black was likely Uchiha, rich brown was likely Hyuuga, and fiery red was likely Uzumaki, so I didn't really expect anyone to pick the dirty blonde wildcard, but it happened anyways.

    In terms of the difficulty, I was honestly leaning towards [DIFFICULT], because I felt like writing an Uchiha Rin would be wonderful, but the irony of Uchiha Tobirama is also delicious. The three lower difficulty options are also characters I think would be amazing in the Naruto world, so in all likelihood I'll eventually end up starting sibling quests with only those four as options.

    Congratulations to The Creeping Darkness for correctly guessing the identity of San from Princess Mononoke for [MODERATE], and Blonddude42 for correctly guessing Oboro from Basilisk for [EASY]. Since no one guessed all vife no free intermediate ranks, but you can each get a d100 roll for your stat of choice. If no stat is specified I'll just d10 it again like I did for the participation bonus. I honestly expected [EASY] to be the stump, not [LIGHT], so nice job Blonddude42. ShadowAngelBeta was closest on [LIGHT], and SouvikKundu was barely close for one small reason, I don't really want to say what that reason is because it'll be a dead giveaway.

    Either way, this is now Uchiha Quest: Silver Edition. I hope to do one for Rin, San, Oboro, and our mystery XO as well, so keep a lookout!

    Also, I've added a lot of info to the Quest Mechanics and Character Sheets, so check them out if you'd like.

    Voting is now open, and probably won't remain open for more than two days. These first 4-5 updates will be fairly short so I don't want to spend too much time on what's essentially a spaced out chargen.

    I actually do have a guess for Light, but I didn't get a chance this morning and just kind of shrugged since you had locked votes.

    Anyway, my guess was one of two from the same work: Aruceid or... Fuck, I do not remember her name. She was the one girl who got turned during the course of the VN and immediately jumped to being a Dead Apostle with that energy eating Reality Marble.

    I really can't say, because my memory is so fuzzy (it... really wasn't that good), but they both fit the monstrous vampire (possibly) killed by one they love thing.
     
    Okay, yeah, after glancing over all of Souvik's posts real quick, I'm almost positive it's one of those two. His guess being close in that it's the right general setting, but the wrong timeline and franchise.
