Christ, they're silverfish for money. Wizards are bastards. (it amuses me someone invented this most likely to piss off a thieving dragon)

Interesting to note Takara chose to do that. They didn't have to. I guess it's to cripple Rosso reprisals? Either way they didn't have a personal/revenge stake in it, so it stands out a little.

And do note how they're a shapeshifter, so there's an actual chance we will one day see Takara as a giant dick walking around in a tight rubber catsuit.

Its clearly to cripple the Rosso's, either for reprisal or so that Eldingar can buy them out.

That or the Takara=Amina theory is true and this is all part of their con.
To make Eldingars house the most powerful in the city, which they control from the shadows.
With Eldignar as the rich figure head.

People have been asking why Amina hasn't just taken over some other shmuck's organization, what with her awesomeness and hypercompetence.

I think the answer is that Eldingar is sufficiently lazy and hands-off with his House that someone in Amina's position already effectively runs the whole thing. She is the "power behind the throne," so to speak.

In a different quest, Amina would be prime waifu bait. Add that to the responsibility of looking after the House, and I'm very much up to spending more time with her.

Part of the reason that I voted to spend the time with her, we need a straight best friend.
