Hm.

Is Jaune just getting a headstart, or is he going full Joan of Arc and being guided by (a) God :Sa

[X] Burst past him. You're confident enough in your skills that you can find the relic before him, no matter how odd his start was. You just couldn't afford to let him get the upper hand.

Arrogance ho!

I really liked those exchanges with Yang and Ruby, and then Yang alone.

[X] Trail the boy. You can afford to watch him from a distance, and put on a last burst of speed at the end to outtake him and take a relic before him. From then on it's only a matter to making it back before him.

Let him lead the way and run into any dangers first.

That way he can fall to any traps first and you don't have to deal with them.

[X] Claim the boy as your "partner". Ozpin said something about teams and you're not going to come back first only to find out that you "needed to do it as a team" or some nonsense like that.
Edit: Changed vote.

Mostly because I want to see the look on Pyrrha's face when, after fighting her way through a horde of Grimm, she sees Jaune is there first, without a scratch.

Because God told him the safest, fastest passage :V.

Screw it I'm doing a write-in. Pyrrha can probably guess that there's a fair chance for there to be more to the test than retrieving the relic and getting back.

Ozpin said something about teamwork, so that probably means you can't win if you finish on your own. We might get penalized if we don't have one. Therefore we need to choose one that won't drag us down. He knows where he's going, so he's probably not worthless.

[X] Chase the boy down. He knows where the relics are. You will have him divulge the location to you

PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE

@Jemnite since I finally wouldn't be double posting for doing this, is the write-in I made valid? GM's tend to have very different standards when it comes to write-ins, and I've known some to get angry if players vote for one that hasn't been approved yet.

Fine, tactical.
