This is the Science Fiction Scenario that was made only for Civilization II: Test of Time and no other version of Civilization. It has Humans and Bug-like aliens get stranded on a distant lost planet that is in a system that is the ruin of a long gone Sufficiently Advanced Alien Civilization.
