Space Hulk was shit and needed at least 6 more months in the oven and Styx was mediocre at best
Styx had reasonably good gameplay, a very obviously flawed set of models and animations, and five stars of Stealth Protagonist Originality (moving away from the usual tall, dark, and handsome/beautiful and moving towards the rarely-seen short, green, and vicious). Also, some of the most non-cliché elves in recent memory. Also, I liked the twist.

Of course it wasn't an AAA title. I don't expect Werewolf to turn out to be the next Bloodbourne/DMC/etc. either. But should we really expect it to be less than half as good as Bloodlines?

No. At the very least it'll be Bloodlines but Werewolf but actually finished

...Sigh, I made the mistake of looking at the Genius the Transgression thread on the official forums to see what they have after ranting about Genius on the discord.

They have Wonder Creation rules, and that's about it. After a year and over 30 pages. It's... not very well managed. Anybody else want to band together and take over the project?

It's kinda funny and sad at the same time. The princess community has two separate versions of their game, across 2 editions, that are feature complete and continue to improve on the work they've done. The genius community barely has a working 1ed version of Genius and have done basically nothing with it for years.

Yeah, but Princess it's a worthwhile, thematically coherent game, while Genius is a crappy sub-version of Mage.

IIRC it's because they were holding onto the hope that Moochava would eventually do something with it and not wanting to be accused of "stealing" his game if they tried to update it themselves, and then the sunk cost fallacy kicked in hard.
And to be fair it did look like Moochava was working on it for a few years, with him posting updates on what he was doing with it.
