Well, at least we've seen just how OP Sukuyo's power is. She shrugged off the same attacks that just took down Tomo and Yoko. Couple that with the easy to use weapon of Guns and you can see why I rate Sukuyo to probably be the strongest Newbie in the city. With her elemental ammo I'd almost be willing to say that she IS the current stronget newbie.
Of course, that's stil using the newbie scale of power so veterans from other cities would still be able to stomp her flat as Emiko proved. Always a bigger fish and all that.

She's pretty much invulnerable to mundane strikes, but anything slightly less direct or more magic-based is going to ruin her day, and she's pretty much done for if they're ruthless enough to go for the gem and ignore her actual body.

"Okay, fuck waiting." You grab Yoko and Tomo. Yoko seems to be in intense pain. Her chest has been burnt out; you can see her ribs piercing the skin through the ruined remains of flesh, and Tomo is unconscious, with most of her face gone.
You look at Sukuyo. "Come on! We're leaving!"
"What?!" Sukuyo screams, before she's knocked backwards by a stray hand. She's sent tumbling into you, before you grab her, too.

"W-wh..." She stops when she sees both Yoko and Tomo. "O-Oh my god." She's absolutely horrified. "O-oh my g-god."
"Come on." You all leave the barrier, and when you look back, you see the crayon drawings and sketches wreathed in flames, before they're quickly replaced by another set of crayon drawings."

You look at Tomo and Yoko's gems. Yoko's is getting darker, and she's desperately trying not to cry...and failing. She's in horrible, horrible pain. Tomo's not in pain herself, but that's only because she's out cold.
You can see her skull through where her face ought to be.
"I-I'm calling them!" Sukuyo shouts, as you just sit there with the two new girls.
Your name is Sayaka Miki, and you just soundly kicked the ass of a witch! It wasn't even that difficult, and, once again, you didn't lose a limb this time! "Alright!" You shout, before you give Kyouko a high-five. "That's another one down!"
Kyouko laughs. "We're gettin' better at this!" She smiles...before you hear something.
'S-Sayaka!' You can hear Sukuyo on the other end. 'S-Sayaka! T-tomo and Y-Yoko a-are in really b-bad shape!'
