As I see it we have three options.
A: Stay on the ground. Where Tokyo just stumbled. Get pancaked by the descending sword.
B. Sideways. It'll still go after us and maneuverability's limited.
C. Go up, past the blade and force it to go after us instead of smashing us and Tokyo.

[x]Boost sideways. Draw the doll's fire.
[x]Tell Tokyo to SCATTER.
[x]Grab and heal Kyouko, then counterattack.

We can't save seeds by not attacking though, we need to attack to deal damage. If we save seeds by not attacking, we'll just eventually die with a full stockpile. It's like trying to win a battle by not firing bullets, you just lose the battle with full ammo reserves.

Different from not firing blind, of course.

...I'm not suggesting that we not attack in general, I'm suggesting that we not attack with a grief-consuming move that's likely to miss when our main priority should be getting out of the way.

1. The blade's already descending and our priority needs to be getting out from under it and stopping Tokyo from getting caught in the aoe.
2. We need to conserve our grief seeds better. Not sure this is a good time for a wave rend that'll likely miss.

You rush towards the legs, sword in hand, before the entire city rocks. The Doll leaps further into the sky, her sword raised, her face cracked and the side of her torso scorched, as she prepares to bring the blade down on you. The Tokyo girls rush over to your side as quickly as they can, and they all stare up at the Doll above.

Does any part of that paragraph say she's already on her way down?

We have time for a quick strike.

prepares to bring the blade down on you...the Doll above
That's how I read this part, anyway. Too much risk for a probable miss, not enough potential reward. We need to be smarter about using our more expensive attacks at this point, especially when our emphasis right now is on kiting anyway. We have an entire team of DPS, it's not like it's not going to get shot if Sayaka doesn't constantly wave-rend.

Suddenly 1% of our soul gem is too expensive. :wtf:

In that case, meh. I vote to just scatter.

[x] EVERYONE SCATTER.
[x] Get to Koko. Heal her if you can.

Maybe I´m wrong, but the this situation seem like Walamart gifting us with a fucking titanic opening

[x] EVERYONE SCATTER
[x] Boost straight up. Aim for the face. Create a giant sword on the way up
[x] Dodge the descending sword
-[x] If you can´t dodge invoke Blade Block
[x] Activate Rending Blade and stab in one crack, then detonate

Again, we shouldn't boost straight up into the sword. That's just asking for bad end. I mean, Moid likes to play hard when it comes to his fights, but we shouldn't try to let him kill us.

So, what is the weakness(es)/critical point(s) of Walpurgis?

If the doll is NOT the weakness (or at least, not the only "critical point"), I doubt we have enough seeds to go around to destroy the doll AND deal with whatever the actual "critical point(s)" of WN is (or are). There seem to be hints (both IC and from Moid OOC) that there is more going on than just the doll.

Thankfully, Homura took care of a bunch of the "support hands" (though she spent the last of her ammo doing so, so she is basically pure support now), so there is that making it a little easier, but what else?
Is there something else important in the city that we are missing?

We have brought up the audience before, and that's the only thing I can think of that we haven't tried. I think I'll keep voting to attack the doll though, since that seems more appropriate at the moment.
[x] EVERYONE SCATTER.
[x] Get to Koko. Heal her if you can.

Ok, tactical retreat for now, but I insist that checking our soul gem isn´t going to do us any harm.

[x] EVERYONE SCATTER.
[x] Get to Koko. Heal her if you can.
-[x] Check your soul gem. Cleanse if you are above 750
