[MGNQ reference incoming] So, can we assume that Miki!waffles are to Akana as Mami!pancakes are to Chiaki (amnesiac Homu)? Gonna be my new headcanon anyway.

Also, holy shit that is a beautiful soundtrack. I feel like I should remember this from having seen the movie twice, but...I was too distracted by all the other mindfuckery everything else going on to really notice the music.

You wait for Akane to stop, and eventually she does. You hand her a glass of orange juice, and with that, she looks at you. "Thanks."

"Not a problem." You smile, as she chugs it down.

[x]*Deep breath, serious face* Mom, there's something we need to talk about.

...It's time. You take a breath. "...Mom?" You ask. "There's...uh...there's something that we need to talk about."

Your mom pauses. "...It's related to something involving magical girls, right?" She starts.

"Uh...in a way." You say.

[x] In eight days a witch called Walpurgisnacht will arrive. If it's not stopped it will destory the entire city, and probably kill everyone in it.

I can't just let it kill everyone.


Butchered Aranfan's write-up and took Choo/sighted's idea. Not sure if dialogue fits but eh.

"Mom...it..." You take a breath. "In eight days...there will be a witch called Walpurgis. It's an extremely powerful witch...one that won't just kill a few people if we don't fight it."

She stares at you. "...Sayaka-"

"It'll destroy everything. The entire city will be gone. Millions of people dead. There's a team of us and...well, it's what we've been preparing for. It won't be safe for everyone else when it arrives..."

"Stop." Your mom says, suddenly. "Sayaka-"

"I can't have you stay, but I need to. I-" You gulp. You're terrified right now. "I-I can't just let it kill everyone."

Your mom just stares at you in silent horror. She gulps. "Sayaka..." Her mouth hangs open for a few seconds. She's silent. "I-I...she..." You can tell that your mom's starting to cry again. "...It...why didn't you tell me?" She asks. "Why..."
