Normally "Suck it up and deal with it" is pretty terrible. But you know what is one place for it? In the middle of a freaking battle!
We don't have time to do the proper social aid. Lives are on the line.
No matter the outcome, I will not regret the blunt approach to trying to get her to snap out of it. This is the time where such measures are needed.

You bring her arm back up and press it against her shoulder...but she bats it away. Her gem is still getting darker.

"-and the rest of your friends with you!" You shout. "The fake's dead! She can rest now but for fuck's sake, you're alive and you're gonna stay that way!"

True, that could of been worded better. But honestly, we need to get her back in order, and shocking her through audacious statements is a valid tactic on the battlefield.
Was it the best word choice? No. But too late for that. But neither is it the worst that we could of done.
At this point, we can only afford to give her two options, suck it uo deal with it for now, or get out of the way. If she doesn't respond well, whelp, I guess we need her out of our way (NOT kill her, just make her retreat)
Staying alive in life or death situation is MUCH more important than social niceties or dealing with psychological issues. Yea, war sucks!

Social niceties are a life and death situation when feeling super shitty can cause your soul to shatter and give birth to a demon.
Can we come up with something good to say to help stop her grief spiraling quickly?
We are in a battle, we don't have time to do extended social-fu right now (no, time stop doesn't count, that is consuming corruption and thus seeds).
If we can't get her to calm down next update, then what?

True, but there is one way to stop them from actively hurting our efforts if all else fails. Knock them unconscious; take their soul gem out of range.
Last resort, yes. Have we hit that point yet, no.
But if she is going to not only not help but be an active detriment to the fight (by risk of witching out), better knocking her out and dealing with the social consequences in safety later than putting us all at risk now.

That's also a nice idea. We can do it concurrently with the reason we are in time stop in the first place (heal everyone up and get then out of danger), and her friends are more likely to stop an active griefspiral than we are.
