She turns to you, before you grab her hand and look over to Homura. The world freezes, Walpurgis stops, and your vision turns sepia. "...It's like you read my mind."
Homura blinks twice, and as she walks into your vision, she keeps her hand on your shoulder.. "That joke isn't funny."
"That was a joke?" You say back.
Homura opens her mouth to retort, before she sighs. "...Okay, perhaps I was wrong before. You're still an idiot." She smiles thinly.
-[x] Pick up arm and shield and reattach
"Well, I'm not
that much of an idiot." You pick your arm up, and reattach it with a glow of blue energy. "If I was, I wouldn't have gotten this far against Walpurgis."
-[x] Hand Homura ~4-5 cleanses worth of seeds (check how many seeds we actually have)
You hand her three seeds, one of which is half-used.
[FOURTEEN CLEANSES LEFT]
-[x] Scout the other fights. Look for anyone heavily injured, and bring them into timestop for healing.
"So uh...can we scout the other fights?" You ask.
"Yes." Homura says. "We're in an awkward position, since we can't communicate with the Tokyo girls."
"You think?" Kyouko mutters, before she quietly puts a stick of Pocky in her mouth.
"...I don't remember you ever doing that." You murmur.
"Huh? I fucking love Pocky, though."
"Yeah, but you haven't even eaten it that much."
"Had shit to do. Girlfriends to kiss. That's my excuse."
"Stop talking and start
moving." Homura says, before you shrug and follow. It takes all of three minutes to walk over, and as soon as you do, Homura uses the half-spent seed to boost her timestop.
-[x] Set healed people up for a timestop-gank if it seems feasible, while we finish making the rounds.
You look over...and you swallow
hard. Chou is already down...the top half of her head is gone, leaving a body that still in the process of healing. She is lying in the midst of a clearing, her chest impaled by several knives. The magic that is supposedly healing her is frozen in the timestop, just like you are, now.
You see Ako, still impaled on rebar in the distance. She's lying there, throwing a Glaive from her place in a pile a rubble straight towards Nao.
Meanwhile, Yuri fights, despite missing an arm and a chunk of her torso. Ribs are exposed, and her heart has been pulled out of her chest.
Akane herself has a knife impaled through her cheeks, with a wide-open slit throat. Crystals are impaled through her, and blood is splattered out from her many,
many wounds, but she seems barely fazed by them as she holds the False Kiyoko's head in a gigantic stone gauntlet, ready to slam her into the dirt.
She's preparing to pound her into dust.
Meanwhile, Ran is impaled to a rock by a scythe...
Kagura's scythe. She looks as though she was struggling, reaching out to Kagura as tears stream out of her eyes. You see Kagura holding onto the False Nanami in as tight a hug as she can manage, her soul gem in one hand and a another scythe in the other. The False Nanami is missing two legs and an arm, but still has a crystal sphere in her palm.
