You find a ruined bus. As in an
entire bus. You try lifting it...and you pick it up without any effort whatsoever. You immediately realize that perhaps it's a bit too pathetic to try lifting a bus...then you realize something.
You could try crushing things. So that's what you do.
You form your gauntlets, heat them to absurdly high temperatures, and start
melting several cars. After a few minutes of melting, you have one enormous, dense lump of metal, with the plastics, rubbers and glass either mixed in or burnt away. You lift the lump above your head and, thanks to the
enormous weight, you actually struggle a little.
So that's what you use to exercise. Your each and every push causes a small dent in the ground, and whenever you step on concrete, it cracks under the weight of the lump.
You realize how absurdly strong you are.
Feels good, man.
[Damage Increased. Punching now powderizes human beings into slightly finer clouds]

You throw the entire lump into the air with a loud
grunt. It goes flying twenty feet in the air, before you rear a fist back and
punch.
It explodes into a
wave of molten metal.
