"You didn't really have a choice. It's either 'string her along' or 'give her the truth'." She frowns. "...I mean...I guess it's worse since you're magical girls." She looks away. "...But none of them know about the...witch...thing." She trials off.

"Good." You say. "They don't need to know."

"Being a magical girl's shitty enough as it is, right?" She gives you a weak smile.

"Yeah." You clench your fists. "...Yes it is."

Are they going to be up for it? We meguca-bombed Tomo's parents yesterday and Sukuyo's parent the day before that- I'm not sure if they'll really be in a training state of mind at present. Especially Tomo.

Possibly. If it's just talking/company then yeah, but training I'm a touch dubious about- training whilst emotionally drained/stressed doesn't strike me as the best idea. Although that said, training could serve to take their minds off of the issue, so I'm by no means 100% certain it's a bad idea.

"Cops." You lean fowards. "...A lot of episodes take place in Mitakihara and Kasamino."

"Yeah." You murmur. "...It's like whatever might have happened there was cleaned up but this place..." You shake your head. "It's no wonder this place has such powerful witches."
