Just as you start talking, she starts to sob. It's a quiet kind of sobbing, and you take a look at her gem, as though to make sure that it's still in a good condition. It is...but it's slowly getting darker. "I-I...!"
"Hey..." You frown. "...You still couldn't have known."
"I b-became a murderer." She says. "I d-did that to my b-best friend! She trusted me and I-I turned her into that-!" She's barely coherent.
"You still couldn't have known." You say. "...This system...it's terrible, isn't it?" You frown. "...You aren't bad people. I thought you were...but you aren't. You're just victims." You pause. "...Everyone's a victim."
She doesn't say anything. Instead she just sobs again.
You honestly can't figure out what to say to continue it.

Kagura looks, followed soon by Yuri, Ran and Chou.
"It...yeah, this job kind of sucks." You pause. "It...I'm not making an understatement. If you accept it...you'll be saving the lives of everyone in my city...but you could die." You say. "...I'm not going to go into details right now."
The other girls just stare at you. Yuri starts signing, only for Ako to bring her arm down. She pauses, looking guilty, before Ako just nods once.
"For now...get rest. Calm down. Do some hunting. We can discuss this later, maybe tomorrow, maybe this afternoon. For the moment, you're free to stay...but if you're not going to help, I'll tell you that it won't be safe to be in Mitakihara in about a week's time. You shouldn't be anywhere near here if you aren't committed."
The other girls are just kind of silent. Kyouko looks at you, before she puts a hand on your shoulder.
"...When you're ready, get in contact with Ako or Akane and they'll, in turn, get in contact with me."
There isn't much of a response to that. Everyone's just looking at you quietly.

We do need to say something but I'm not sure a warning is it.
We know, but we're going to just have to strip mine every Witch we can find in the area first before considering alternatives. This might not be sustainable in the long term, but after 6 days, we can figure out a better way.
